Comfortable room (got a free upgrade to the club room). Breakfast was pretty good, though they didn't have idli out yet at 7:30am. In room dining was also good, and the staff were all friendly. Fitness center is well maintained. Would stay here again.

For 2 out of 3 days, Taxi never came on time inspite of repeated reminder at the reception. (Driver however was excellent). I believe, the hotel is trying to accommodate more trips with less number of vehicles. Also for the first day of local travel, an arbitrary increase of Rs. 1000 was put just for 1 1/2 extra travel and without any prior discussion. Upon my complaint, no logical consideration was made. I had lodged a complaint with the acting general manager (29th. October morning) about my above experience, however no action except a simple regret and a promise to take care for future travel.

Bangalore city has become intolerable because of the traffic and the polluted air. Therefore the time spent inside the hotel was my solace. Its in a central location and has good amenities. The staff were courteous enough and Got me an upgrade. Room service Food was good and had good options.

Really pathetic service at the restaurant. Staffs at restaurant was cold, unwelcoming and uncooperative. Didnt get a slice of bread for breakfast after couple of request. The chef it seems did not know how to prepare a 'bulls eye'. Highly disappointing!!!
