These are very good & huge service apartments at very convenient central location. Friendly staff. Service can be improved further as there is no linkage from the apartment to their office staff, except for their mobile contact. Can't even go to their floor due to restricted room/ floor card.

we stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, and it's a horrible experience!!! It's a part of berjaya Times Square, but its not a hotel, its a service apartment. No reception area, just gonna meet the person incharge at the lobby.. Check in time supposed 2 pm, but almost 3 pm already we still don't have a room! Since we book the pay later system, upon check in we paid them the said amount, but surprisingly the guy still want to collect 6% percent tax which is not stated in our print out voucher. When we finally get into the room, were so disappointed because the room smells newly painted room! The paint smell is too strong! I can't even breath properly and we can't sleep comfortably!!!!! Towels and bed sheet not even clean! Bath tub is to dirty! Tv not working, no heater at the shower!!! I won't recommend this service suite, and won't ever come here again!!!

Rooms are looking worn out, great pool.
The suite was a good size but looking a bit tired. The pool is top shealf, good security, access cards to floor and doors. Its a funny set up the office is on the 32nd floor and after the intial meeting in lobby you can not get access to office, everything done over the phone, 200rm deposit lucky we had cash. No hot water the first night , no one showed us the switch for hot water, internet was a hassel, finally got sorted out. Cleaners came at 6.30 pm to service room, we asked them to come back tommorrow at 10.00am. For what we paid all in al not to bad.
