Terrible hotel in a terrible area of Paris. Most basic of rooms, “bathroom” was awful, no towels provided so had to use sheet from the bed, and the shower head wall attachment was missing so was just hanging down. The area around the hotel was awful, ver intimidating and I was jumped by 4 “locals” trying to rob my jewellery as I entered the nearby Metro station. If you value your safety, don’t stay around this area.

It was exactly as we expected basic but perfectly acceptable for a 1 night stay £50 don’t get you much in Paris

You get what you pay for. The room and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. It was in terrible condition. The toilets barely flush. No water pressure in the shower. The ceilings look dingy. Very small. It’s located in a bad neighborhood! Sometimes is better to spend a little more for comfort and convenience.

Its a 15 minute walk from sacre coeur, although the staff are very polite the bathroom wasnt as pictures show.. but it was a very enjoyable stay

Good Value

Good value for the money. A bit far out from center of Paris but close to train station and transportation

Cheap but not necessarily nasty. Merit to the guys in reception, they could not do enough to take care of us, regardless of the broken toilet seat and shower sliding doors. Could to with more towels, and a fan instead of a remote control for a TV (who goes to Paris to watch television?)..., but hey, I wanted the bohemian feeling of Paris near Montmartre, on the style of what Marius Pontmercy would have rented when he was neighbour to the Thenardiers..., and that is exactly what I had. The car park for additional 20 Euros per 24 hrs is definitely a bonus (I dare anyone to find anything cheaper in the centre of Paris). Running water was there, clean sheets, even central heating for when it is neaded..., Thanks guys. I will not hesitate to return.

FM Hotel - Acceptable

The Location is waking distance to public transport. The room and staff are acceptable.

Hotel near Gare du Nord

Broken toilet seat. Only hand towels provided. Room was cold. TV not tuned in. Had to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to room. No light on the stairs at night. The local supermarket was in the middle of being shoplifted when I first went in. No prior mention of the extensive building works going on outside.

Very quite street and good location and good staff

If I was not staying on the first floor, I would have hated this hotel. The stairs are a killer!!! I also would suggest the hotel managers to pay attention to little things which would not cost much. Such as, moving the shower head away from the tap, which takes the whole space in the tiny bathroom. The towels are just a joke! I understand they charge an affordable price but even so, service makes it all and attention to details.

Don't stay there..

i would never recommend anyone staying there...the rooms were horrible...beds weren't made, just had a sheet lying on top....not even a toilet seat on the toilet!! The bathroom smelt..alittle bleach can go a long way !

horrible hotel do not stay

Horrible horrible hotel shower door was not connected and hit you during your shower, bedbugs, the window to the outside would not shut letting bugs in and street noise all night. The room and bathroom were filthy dirty. The pillows and sheets looked like they have not been changed in months. Horrible hotel stay away

FM Hotel Review

Very nice hotel. Friendly service and very helpful staff. Rooms are very cosy and comfortable. Great location. Can easily access the Metro line tubes and the Gu De Nord Station within walking distance.

Inexpensive hotel

I think this was a good hotel, there was two major plusses for me, the first was that the room was en-suite and also the bed was very comfortable. On the downside,the room wasn't overly clean also paint coming off the walls, one end of the towel holder was hanging with an earbud inserted to hold it up (different!!!). The area in which the hotel was situated in was not the best, there were a lot of foreign extremities living in the area, it didn't really seem like I was on Paris. I would say that I felt safe though. Another plus was that the hotel was fairly close to the Metro to get you to the centre quickly. On consideration i would probably stop at this hotel again.

Budget hotel for those who don't want the frills

It is what it says on the tin, an excellent value for money place to stay. Hostel prices but with your own room and within easy walking distance of Gare du Nord. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The drawbacks? In a fairly quiet but seedy area and onlyfor the fit as your room could be up four or five flights of stairs. TV failed to work In all I would recommend this to budget travellers seeking a great deal without frills

Sporco sporco antico decadente, non rifanno il letto ne la camera. Non c' e' carta igienica, non ti danno guanciali in piu'. Non mi hanno dato la camera che avevo chiesto. In 4 abbiamo dormito in una camera per 3. Hanno voluto soldi in piu'

Hôtel très simple, chambre "spartiate", une seule toute petite serviette dans la salle d'eau, une sorte de duvet en guise de drap du dessus. Chambre et salle d'eau propres, une bouteille d'eau offerte a l'arrivée. Prestations en rapport avec le prix relativement bas.

ne venez pas ici, l'hôtel est un taudit insalubre,mal nettoyé, pas même un bureau pour écrire une lettre. Le personnel mal poli. et le quartier est une poubelle!!!!!

Personnel chaleureux, mais propreté des chambres qui laisse à désirer. Nous ne parlerons pas de l'insonorisation des chambres.

Absolut widerlich! Dreckige Bettwäsche, Treppenhaus und Zimmer Boden sehr dreckig. Im Bad stank es moderig, irgendwie schimmelig. Der Rauchmelder im Zimmer war in eine Plastiktüte eingewickelt. Ich bin sofort wieder ausgecheckt und hoffe das nicht noch andere Menschen da ein Zimmer buchen. Ich hatte gehofft, wenn ich über eine große Seite wir Expedia buche nicht zu solchen Hotels komme, die man eigentlich nicht als Hotel bezeichnen kann.

Schlechtes Hotel, sehr schmutzig und runtergekommen. Extrem schmutziges Hotel.Überall, auch in den Zimmern liegt ein eigenartiger unhygienischer Geruch in der Luft. Das Badezimmer war sehr eklig und schmutzig. Die Zimmer waren auch nicht gepuzt. Nach 10 min haben wir das hotel verlassen und andere gebucht, doppelt bezahlt

Hotel indescrivibile sporco wc rotto per raggiungere i piani solo scala a chiocciola, in camera 1 letto neanche matrimoniale, tenda con bastone rotto e wc rotto. Personale che non parla inglese usa il telefono per tradurre zona molto rumorosa nel quartiere africano....mai più

Hotel da dimenticare

Hotel fatiscente,5 piani di scale a chiocciola senza ascensore e naturalmente con un infant e un bimbo di 2 anni e mezzo ci hanno messo al 5 piano! ...senza parlare di pulizia che praticamente non esisteva,asciugamani in dotazione scoloriti macchiati di varechina e strappati( neanche a casa) lenzuola macchiate cuscini da non dire e copriletti macchiati di tinta spray insomma un orrore...questo hotel deve essere tolto dalla lista per le prenotazioni!

Le personnel est sympa et heureusement car pour le reste cela laisse à désirer : la propreté est douteuse et l état des matelas et des sanitaires sont plus que limite. Ma réservation s est faite à la dernière minute donc peu de disponibilité. J ai fait confiance à Hôtels.com cela sera la première et dernière fois.

Verste hotell jeg noen gang har sett

Jeg sjekket ut etter 5 minutter. Det var mange flekker av ulike farger på veggene. Resepsjonisten satt og sov ved innsjekking. Det var sopp på veggene, alt var utslitt og skittent. Har aldri opplevd noe liknende.

À éviter moisissures sur les murs et le plafond, humidité, mauvaises odeur, draps sales douche n'en parlons pas une auberge aurait été mille fois mieux. Je déconseille pour les personnes dotées d'un minimum d'hygiène.

Hotel in schlechter Lage

Das Hotel liegt in einem Viertel, das für Touristen eher ungeeignet ist. Es ist gefährlich und sehr dreckig. Das Hotel an sich, war sehr schmutzig, wir hatten zum Beispiel keine Klobrille, ein kaputtes Fenster und flecken auf der Bettwäsche. Das einzig positive, das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich. Aber alles in allem würde ich es nicht empfehlen dort seinen Urlaub zu machen.

Seul intérêt pour moi est que cet hôtel se situe à proximité du lieu où je devais me rendre le lendemain matin !... Equipement minimum et de qualité moyenne. Pas de volet et rideau à peine occultant. Hôtel très sonore (ne pas oublier ses bouchons d'oreilles !)

メトロから徒歩５分の場所にあります。

パリ北駅の近くにあり移動するには便利な場所と言えます。ただ女性一人だと少し不安な場所かもしれませんが特に治安が悪いという感じは受けませんでした。ホテルの方は鍵が固く開けるのに一苦労でした。初日はフロントに行って開けてもらい開け方を教ええてもらいましたがそれでもなかなか簡単には開けられない二重ロック式の鍵でした。それ以外はシャワーも完備していてストレスなく使えましたし日ごとにタオルを交換しベッドメーキングもちゃんとしていました。

Det var en meget ubehagelig oplevelse, som jeg helst havde været foruden. Dårlig service/betjening i receptionen. Uhumske værelser/ bad. Skimmelsvamp ved vinduerne og røglugt i madrasser og hovedpuder. Er ikke en hotel titel værd. Vælg ikke dette hotel

Très sale, la chambre avait une odeur de vieux, pas de prise de courant, la salle de bain était sale, le quartier n'est pas rassurant du tout. J'ai dû changer deux fois de chambre du à des soucis de commodité et le wifi est vraiment nulle. Et aucune compensation financière, déroge au loi en vigueur sur le débit de votre carte de crédit. A vite oublier !!!!!!
