Amazing stay!

Amazing hotel and great location!

Good location, breakfast was good, gala dinner on New Years Eve was good. Room clean but was missing hair conditioner, and had to request an iron but no ironing boards available.

Nothing the bar in the hotel was supposed to open till 12pm the staff put the lights out in the bar ar 23.30 every night told everyone to go and sit and finish their drinks in the reception a d when you sat there they put all the lights in reception to get tou to leave for an adults only hotel this is not very good we ended going along to the hotel next door and you could sit and listen tha the music and drink till 2 am

Holiday in Flash Hotel

Had great holiday. Hotel Flash in good location near beach, shops and bars. Rooms comfortable big beds. Fridge, safe, make-up mirror hairdryer power shower, large gel/shampoo. Staff all friendly and efficient. Good selection of food in restaurant.

Good modern hotel in an ideal location, excellent decor with lovely bar and pool area. Was half board and food was good but if I’d have stayed longer than 4 days I think I’d have eaten out a couple of times as variety was a bit limited . We was in a room for three as we were on a girls trip but was a bit disappointed with the sleeping arrangements which was two double bed shoved together! Otherwise good experience

Ideal for all the nightclubs with very good tribute acts.

Great central hotel with great staff

Perfect for a relax or a mad one

Great location whether you want a quiet trip or a mad one. Everything is walkable. Food in the hotel is ok for what you pay. There were limited / no vegetarian options some nights but then a lot others. Rooms large and comfortable. Smelt a bit of smoke but was ok when the balcony was opened. Would stay again.

Stayed in the flash before but felt this year it’s gone down the nick. Toiletries not replenished room not the cleanest and door left open by housekeeping also on last day she left her master key in our room. That’s so bad. Had breakfast on 1st day didn’t bother going back. Won’t stay again unfortunately.

Picked this hotel as it was central. Room really nice, Food is edible, but pretty much same choices. Reception staff very helpful & friendly. Staff (female) in the flash bar on the front, abrupt & quite rude. I feel the the sun loungers could be updated, very uncomfortable. The VIP loungers were a bit pricey at €30 a day to hire . Hotel entertainer is a credit to the hotel, friendly & helpful. Overall this hotel was a satisfactory stay, just a few minor things let it down.

Great hotel with amazing staff!

Our stay was amazing, lovely modern hotel with great pool area! Staff are so so friendly and make your stay even better ☺️ entertainment is on everyday which is great fun and evenings spent in the flash bar are fab. The rooms were great size and nice and clean. I’d say the breakfast food was perfect, lunch and dinner was okay always something there for everyone but only area I’d say could be improved. Would definitely recommend anyone stay here, perfect location and overall great hotel! Will be back next time in benidorm

Lovely hotel and great pool

Nice Hotel very friendly staff at reception Good location if you want to be in the middle of the action. Not so good if you want a nice peaceful walk from the hotel. ( On the plus side I was looking over the Main Street and windows kept it quiet) Only complaint would be I paid for partial sea view but had no view I did not make a fuss as I was only there one night

Nice modern hotel, calm relaxed vibes. Food very good, rooms very comfortable. Definitely recommend and return.

Stay here often , friendly staff and nice and clean. Did notice this time that furniture in the rooms are looking old and worn! The bath towels were awful. Thin and not absorbent. Did not feel dry after using them.

Air conditioning only in use during summer months regardless of temperatures. Told it would be fixed before finding this out when requested for the second time as initially told a technician would attend to fix it. Food was terrible.

Fourth stay at this hotel unfortunately a day short due to flight cancellation,but yet again superb stay.

Being located right at the start of The Strip was a huge draw for me, brilliant for starting my night out. The hotel was clean, modern and adults only! The restaurant was clean and the food was tasty. Didn't go in the pool (December) but the outdoor area looked clean and spacious.

Nice & modern, poor area not great in October as there was very little sun on the area

when we arrived the receptionist told us that our holiday was not paid for i and when she realized we had , she never apoligised., then one day we asked the same receptionist if there was a weighing scales we could us to weigh our cases ,she told us it was broken, but another traveller told us that they had just used it and it was fine , so when the next receptionist came on , we asked him if we could use it , he gave us the key to the luggage room and it was grand.

Beautiful modern hotel, lovely pool area, and spotlessly clean, very central location . Staff very friendly and pleasant, check in and out very swift. Only downside was the cramped dinning room and not many choices of food at mealtime. However would definitely stay again x

Hotel in itself was nice with some friendly staff. One or two members of dining room staff could do with some customer service training. Worst thing about Htel is very poor quality food with extremely limited gluten free food or signage

I would give the hotel a 5 star everything about the hotel i enjoyed apart from there was blood on sheet and pillow case of one rooms i booked .this was not noticed until going to bed after late night out.as bed were two double my son stripped bed left bloody sheet pillo case bathroom floor..slept on other one.reported next day to reception .this was not rectified on day of reporting .a d nxt day couldnt believe the maid.made bed up with no sheet. And never lifted bloody ones from bathroom floor So reported again maid came up not happy saying that bed only changed every 4 or 5 days it was explained that blood was on sheet on arrival and d eventually got fresh ones.so obviously maid not dòing jobs properly .as i said everythung a out the hotel was excellent apart from thus

Very outdated for a 4* hotel. The sheets were ripped and the towels thinned out from use.

The hotel is in great location and the food was nice what we had , we only ate in there 3 times 2 breakfast 1 dinner even tho we were half board as we like to eat out . Pool and bar area were nice and clean as was lobby bar and reasonable prices . Fresh towels daily . Negative - there was a half can of beer , half bottle of milk and water left in the fridge from previous guests . Bathroom door handle was faulty reported it first morning it got repaired Tuesday night at 7pm which we were getting ready to go out should of been done in the day . Under the bed could of been cleaned a lot better noticed as dropped something under weren’t on my hands and knees finding faults with room .

Great location and comfortable rooms in a central area for the New Town bars and restaurants. Our second stay and all went very well again.

You can not hire an iron, the laundry cleaning they offer is an absolute rip off, good hotel, clean,staff are good.I would stay again if I could hire basics like an iron. You get a kettle but no welcoming tea coffee etc The flash gets all the main things right just the small stuff that I found annoying .

Liked the location. Very close to all the nightlife but far enough away that it's not too noisy to sleeo

Everyrhing about this hotel is excellent there was only one down fall we was 4 wonen sharing a room it was just a little small but for 3 days we managed..staff was so nice food excellent really clean throughout the hotel..tryed booking again while i waa there for September but fully booked 😔😔

Would not go here at this time of year again full of old people and entertainment catered for old people I’m only 45 n my daughter 19 we were youngest so very bored did not like how they all qued up for dinner either we never ate dinner had breakfast couple times n lunch once it was realy nice

Things are not what they seem..

Was there for a weekend catch up with friends, arrived and thought what a lovely hotel, that soon changed. Receptionist was on a phone call and took over 30 mins to check in. After checking in and getting a real nice room, the problems started the next morning. Even with a do not disturb sign on the door, the cleaner let herself in. I told her not to worry as I didn’t need anything. But as I lay in bed this happened a further 3 times. Also my mate in the room next to mine had the same problem, at one point he woke up and a lady was putting a complementary drink in his refrigerator as he was sleeping and woke him up doing so. The main problem came on my last day, I was getting my bag packed and noticed that all my things where not as I had left them and discovered that £1300 had been stolen from my bag, I had requested a key for the safe in my room the first night and was told that as soon as they could locate it I could have it. I went to reception to complain and was told they couldn’t do anything as there was no manager there till later, I had to leave to catch flight, my mate was booked in for another day and was told when the manager came they would review the cctv together. As soon as I landed from my flight I got a call from my friend saying they had asked him to leave the hotel and didn’t want his business. Now I’m out of pocket and can’t sort things out as I’m out of the country.

gone down the hill

Having stayed here before I had no hesitation about booking again...big mistake. Apparently there has been a change in management since the previous ones walked out and this place has gone to the dogs. Unhelpful staff, no air conditioning in the rooms, food was absolutely awful, cleanliness was sub standard and it ruined my holiday. Get your act together guys, I'm not sure you think you can get away with this just because it's Benidorm and we will put up with anything but I for one will not return to this establishment until it has improved. Such a shame.

Lovely hotel

Great hotel, very clean, good food Shame they don’t have a kettle in the room for a morning cuppa, Rooms above you can be noisy when the cleaner drags the furniture whilst cleaning, or people with heels on can make quite a bit of noise But overall it was great

Fab adults only hotel

Love the location of the hotel , pubs and beach on the door step, food great as usual staff very helpful and friendly , rooms are really clean beds are so comfortable , and you get two doubles in yer room, for a couple , the bar at the front of the hotel excellent great for sitting in the sun , the entertainment really good during the day , only complaint was when ordering a cocktail and was a que took ages cause the waiter asked what we wanted then kept serving guest that wanted bottles and pints etc so waited bout 30mins for a cocktail .

Back Again

This is 4th time at this hotel and as ever the standards were really high. Good food, excellent rooms and couldn't be better location wise will definitely be back. Entertainment was brilliant.

Hotel was great couldn’t fault it. Purchased room through Expedia very easy site to use everything I reserved on booking was passed straight to hotel check in process was easy. Hotel was very clean rooms cleaned every day. Breakfast was fab had plenty of choice. We didn’t go half board as there was plenty places to eat outside hotel. Would definitely be staying here again if I came back to benidorm in the future

Great location, friendly staff. Food was good and hotel clean. It was my birthday and the staff put a cake and fizz in my room great touch as I did not tell them it was my birthday! Drinks well priced and good happy hour prices. Overall a great stay.

Lovely modern hotel.

Stayed at the Flash Hotel for 4 nights with 5 friends,staff really friendly and accommodating putting our rooms next to each other on request. Stayed half board food lovely, good choice of menu. Central for shops,bars and beach. Overall a really great Hotel,would stay again.

Great location

Great location nice spacious rooms, great staff. Only flaw was uncomfortable pillows but I’m super fussy. I extended my stay and I would definitely stay again.
