Loved the location, its closeness to sanctuary .

My wife got sick we was suppose to arrive friday, i call expedia they said that they try to call them but not answer, expedia send me a email, saying that they can take 72 hours resolve the issue. So i book another night.

Walking distance to Fatima sanctuary, clean and responsive reception staff. Highly recommend this hotel for a good value for money rate.

Not so good

It was very noisy late at night and it was difficult to sleep. Should have a noise policy after certain times, let's say quiet after 10 pm

Very easy, short walk to the Fatima Shrine. Dining places including an excellent pastry shop along the way.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Wish there was at least a bottle of drinking water for the weary travellers. Specially for those who arrive late.

Close to the sanctuary

We really enjoyed our stay here. The gentleman at the front desk who welcomed us was very friendly. The room was comfortably appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit in Fátima. It was an excellent value for the rate.

It is a very nice, quiet place to stay. Rooms are clean, no frills w/ minimal decor. Front desk staff very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is very good. Located on a street with many shops, restaurants. Short walk to the Basilica. Highly recommend.

Our first time in FLAG Hotel and this one is a special one due to its combination of hotel and active Convent... Walking distance to FATIMA complex and also to Jacinta-Francisco and Lucia house in next little village... Plenty of restaurants and small shops including a top toy store just next door the hotel entrance... Great parking... We highly recommend the hotel...

Desde a entrada até á saída só posso definir como excelente equipa de atendimento, instalações e até o próprio edificio maravilhoso leva-nos para uma época passada mas com todas as condições modernas para satisfazer o cliente. Sempre que precisar não tenho duvidas onde ficar, obrigado

The front desk staff was very helpful. When I checked in, he fixed the air conditioning problems for me immediately. Other facilities were functioned well. The room is spotless and the location is convenient for me to go to the Sanctuary. Shops and restaurants are around. One point is that the cleaning lady keep opening the window when I was away, after having advised them not to do so.

Peaceful and Clean

Excellent service! Clean and spacious. Close to shops, restaurants, and the Sanctuary. There is a lot of caring history in this structure. The first large building to care for the pilgrims that came due to the apparitions of Our Lady of Fatima. There is also a beautiful chapel. Very peaceful and serene.

Good location, good staffs

The food was so nice, friendly staffs and was able to get the taxi immediately when we asked for. Good location, good room size for 2 people. But if you keep the food in the room, you will see a little ants though 😂 except this, everything was perfect to stay here.

Just right for Fatima.

The hotel was excellent and went well with the local area. It's location was perfect and the food was excellent.

The only thing I would like them to improve is the breakfast. It’s too simple and doesn’t have variety. I’m vegan and I could eat at least fruits but even that were in a basket where I had to peel a kiwi and an orange for example with a blunt knife and without a near spot to wash my hands

Close to sactaruy

I had a small bag of clothing washed. Came back with stains and was asked to pay 126.40 c. euro that would be about £100.food was OK beds uncomfortable. Sister's very nice.

Excellent Service and Location

Excellent service and nothing was too much fuss for the staff to make our stay as pilgrims as comfortable as possible. From extra pillows to preparing an early breakfast for us as we were departing very early in the morning. The warmth and care of the staff and Sisters is much appreciated. God bless you all and Thank You so much. We stayed 04 nights and will definetly recommend and stay with the Dominicans again on our next visit to Fatima.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very calm and serene. All staff members are very kind and dinner is very delicious!!!

Spotless rooms close to all the sights

Firstly the location was perfect, close enough to the main sights far enough to be quite and relaxed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the sisters who live in the convent were lovely. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was acceptable. If your going to visit Fatima, stay here.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca al Santuario, hay desayuno disponible muy bueno y variado. Me parece que el baño podría ser reformado y el servicio de aseo no me dejó satisfecha.

El ascensor fuera de servicio. Sugiero que haya servicio de desayuno, aunque se lo abone aparte. El comedor es espacioso y varias mesas y sillas. Un lugar desperdiciado.

Ficamos muito confortáveis no hotel e fomos muito bem recebidos. A atendente nos orientou em tudo que precisamos e até nos ajudou a encontrar um serviço de taxi. Compramos as refeições servidas no restaurante do próprio hotel e tudo é muito bem preparado. A localização é perfeita para quem quer ficar próximo do Santuário.

Camas individuales cuando se reserva una cama de matrimonio. Muy duras. Por lo demás, satisfecho.
