Convenient but noisy.

Good stay, though personally the bed was much harder than I’m used to. I didn’t sleep well. The business rooms are soundproof to an extent. I heard everything going in the bathroom next door since they share a wall, otherwise it was quiet. Excellent staff and cleaners. Affordable price.

It is what you expect from a three star property in a small town. The room amenities are bare minimum, but again considering the price it is reasonable.

Very dirty and old room

The balcony was dirty and it felt like it hadn't been cleaned. All the hardware looked old and old. If it weren’t for the lack of choices in hotels in Pingtung, I would definitely not stay in this hotel.

Staff is very friendly, but bathroom is not cleaned properly!

The room has a smell that is old and moldy. The pipe in the shower room was plugged when we first checked in. The mattress was giving me a backache after waking up on the first morning. The TV service was very lagging that it can't stream properly. On the plus side, the staffs are friendly and attentive to our problem. They brought extra bedding and towels upon request and unplugged the shower drain after being informed. Washer and dryer are available. It is quite close to the Pingtung Train station and Pintung Nightmarket. We are satisfied with the location.

A real solid, mid-modern hotel in Pingtung

One of the more established hotels in Pingtung. Rooms are spacious, for a mid-modern hotel this place is a great bang for the buck. A couple things to note for travelers, Wifi is a little spotty. It's there, just not pristine for business zoom calls. The Gym is sad to say a joke. It's not even worth describing, so don't rely on it for your excercise. The breakfast buffet is excellent. A lot of choices and a great value if you want to load up before the day. Location is across the street from the night market, so very convenient and lively.

Good service

First impressions was disappointing, while entering room. Bad smell, owder, of cold smoke which transferred into clothes. Was usable to open Windows. Room was basic, small. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Check in staff were friendly and polite. Good location for Pingtung City centre. Price was reasonable good.

地下室停車場全部被固定車輛佔用,住宿三天二夜期間都無法停車,十分不便。房間內面紙用完(第二天打掃人員僅留半盒供使用),8/28早上七點打電話給櫃檯要求提供新的一盒面紙,櫃檯服務人員（男性)告知必須等打掃人員上班才能提供,一直到上午10:30退房時皆未提供,打完電話到退房前皆在房內未離開

入住很舒服，附近機能也不錯，隔音是真的沒有很好，但也沒有持續奇怪聲響，整體來說適合出差住宿!

很新的一間飯店，整體上感覺非常舒適。地點也非常方便，鄰近屏東夜市。

Facility was really old. Hot water very hard to control, it was either too hot or too cold. Lighting needs improvement. Curtain needs improvement, there was no veil curtain for privacy. Room temperature was set too warm and the winter blanket was too thick for that temperture at 23C. The toilet roll had run out and not replaced. A piece of garbage on the floor when we came back to the room after daily housekeekng service.

Location is good with a free parking, but meal???

The location is very good, and with a free parking is even better. However, the breakfast was not very attractive since some of the dishes look like yesterday’s leftovers.

A bit outdated

The hotel is a bit outdated for its price. Though it's clean in most visible parts, under the bed was extremely dirt (used toothpick). The bed was squeaky and a bit uneven. On the plus side, the service was good and the location is very close to a night market.

Grossly inadequate services, relatively new hotel

It took a longtime for the front desk to find my booking and same to the guests behind me. We drop our bag into bed then headed out for tours. Once we retired in to our room we found lot of hair on floor so we requested for some cleaning. The help never arrived and they questioned why we did not report it as soon as we checked in.

It has everything near by, ranging from night market to movie theater. Highly recommended.

Location is good

This hotel is near the night market (3 minutes walking) & Pingtung train station (10 minutes), location is convenient. The check in time is 3pm, not allowed for early check in, even there are rooms available. The room is basic, the breakfast is also not fancy, just basic.

（1）房間大 （2）房間設備老舊。毛巾也是很舊，飯店應該定時更換一批 （3）電梯不是用感應上樓的所以安全性沒那麼好。 （4）樓下跟陽台因為鴿子太多鳥屎一堆衛生待加強。因該把鴿子問題測底處理好。之前住沒有鴿子問題。 （5）房間噴太多芳香劑，聞到受不了都快氣喘發作 （6）櫃檯、房務服務人員態度佳。 （7）飯店是否會考慮提供存黑咖啡包？三合一咖啡太不健康。

Guests staying on the same floor were noisy after midnight, and I could not sleep because the hotel did not solve the problem. Moreover, when I first called the front desk, they did not answer at all, and I had to go to the trouble of calling from an outside phone number. The soundproofing of the facility seems to be poor, and I could hear the door between the room and the bathroom in the other room closing all night long.

普段は駅前の古いホテルでしたが、今回はじめてこちらを利用しました。客室内は明るく清潔で好感が持てます。また屏東夜市も徒歩５分以内なので、軽装で散歩がてら楽しめます。大変良いホテルでした。

受房內清潔不足及設備不佳影響入住心情

入住後發現，厠所櫥櫃內尚遺留之前入住房客或其他人丟棄的空保特瓶及用過的毛巾，向櫃檯反應後才請房務清走；房間書桌前方的壁燈無法完全關閉 ，會一閃一閃的，所以整晚只好開著；另房內另一張雙人床，右邊床位使用時會塌陷、躺下會滑落床，但已近午夜，家人都盥洗完畢，所以不好要求換房，只能自行應變著。次日退房時突逢大雨，一時忘了反應給櫃檯，若有機會，希望能飯店知曉並做改善。

外觀在晚上整體看起來很像鬼屋 都沒有開燈，超詭異 服務人員不錯，全部最反感就是餐廳外面跟內部很暗沒有什麼燈光，電梯也沒有防夾裝置..超危險 再來就是房間就也很普通 這樣一晚金額有點高

服務沒有問題，但是房間整潔度跟上次入住經驗有差。這次住在8樓的房間。馬桶沖洗後水會繼續流，對於缺水的南部很傷。淋浴間有多處黑黴，加上水流會堵塞。房間部分是都ok.

鮪魚のモニュメントがロビーにあるホテルに部屋が広かったのでくつろげた。シャワーのお湯が熱くなる迄時間が掛かりますが 熱いお湯はでる。

訂房時有註明會有VIP待遇，可是入住時並沒有提供。前檯人員態度親切，地點也很方便，就在夜市旁邊。 不建議訂沒景觀的房間，很暗很有壓迫感。

飯店整體服務都很好，位置也很方便。不過飯店停車場較少，服務人員告知可以停在附近的停車場，建議可以事先告知住客停車的選擇，避免開到地下停車場之後找不到車位，還要開出來停車的問題。

櫃檯人員親切，建議早餐可以有變化、增加當地特色早餐，連續四天早餐的菜都一樣，只有湯有變化。

Be careful when parking

Overall is good, especially the location which is beside Pingtung night market. Since it is the tallest building in this neighborhood, my family staying one night on top floor (12th) and enjoyed the city view. The only complaint is the dangerous parking environment. Parking lot in the basement is dark and that's an one-way passage with only one warning light in the entrance.

價格便宜，近夜市。停車方便，雖然本館停車位少，但可以停在旁邊的立體停車場，一樣由飯店付費。服務稍嫌被動。

飯店停車場滿了應該要有提示，而不是下去兩個樓層都找不到停車位再辛苦的上樓去立體停車場。三人房的充電座只有兩個，真的很不方便。外觀好看而已，內在的設施實在不友善。

第二次入住，跟第一次的印象差很多。 這次一入住沒多久，房務員就破門而入，要不是有門鏈卡著就直接進來了，跟房務員對話的感覺像是打掃還沒結束就把房間給我們入住一樣，整體清潔度沒有很好，而且房間衛生紙完全沒有補，這樣的價格真的不太好，希望別因為是屏東市少數的住房選擇就降低品質。

感覺應該是屏東市比較好的住宿點，可惜地下室停車場限高1.8m，我的休旅車下不去，只能停路邊停車格

這次帶家人旅行，飯店服務員看到同行的年長者，便主動詢問提供洗澡坐椅，櫃台接洽的人員也很親切的說明入住事宜，一切讓我們覺得很溫馨。
