Staff barely speaks English, they are rude, the rooms are small, the shower had black dirt coming off the walls every time I turned the water on. They don’t provide face towels unless you ask. It’s so much more I can say but overall I’ll say it was the worse place I’ve ever stayed and it totally ruined my birthday trip and made me never want to visit Paris again. I paid over $1,100 for a 5 day stay and the room was the size of a jail cell this shouldn’t be a 4 star hotel
Best place to stay with your friends and family it’s close to Eiffel Tower
I really like its proximity to the Metro station, the boulangerie next door and that it is a very short walk to UNESCO. The rooms are small, but that's normal in Paris.
Every thing was Amazing
good customer service
Beautiful hotel in great location
Business trip in Paris. Stunning hotel in a great location 15 mins walk from Eiffel Tower.
Friendly staff clean. Good breakfast
Friendly staff!!! Great people overall
Can’t wait to come back
The location was absolutely perfect. The metro was just outside the hotel, we were worried it was going to be too loud but the windows completely blocked out all the noise. Rooms were spotless and spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were wonderful from start to finish. We were there for two 40th birthdays and they helped to make it feel special. Breakfast was plentiful, the cheese was delicious and the fresh fruit juice was lovely. The only suggestion I would have would be to have proper croissants. Other than that it was absolutely perfect.
We enjoyed the hotel for location and friendliness. A bakery was next door and wonderful!
The property nicely located for shopping and bakery next door. Also convenient store that opens late. Rooms are small like very small. If solo travel would be fine but for 2 people it's not. Unless you get a suite.
Not the best
For the price that I paid I expect something more and a bit bigger. I was in the 1st floor next to the lift and it was a bit noisy and the corredor very dark.
The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Stayed for a week and it was perfect. Close enough to everything (less than 10mins via metro or less than 20 walking). But just far enough to mentally relax and end the day. Was a little nervous about it being on a major street with a metro. However the windows were amazing at muting the sounds. Also extremely easy for ubers and cabs. Did not have hotel breakfast, however, they have a 2 euro coffee bar in the lobby that is self service and a boulangerie literally 5 steps from the hotel. Air condition was amazing almost a little too cold at some points! Would be excited to stay again!
The front desk person who told me his name was Prince, very nasty attitude, honestly he’s a disgrace to the hotels image. He was unnecessarily rude, I have a gold membership and I’m allowed a room upgrade if there’s an availability when I questioned it he was disrespectful honestly he was standoffish from the moment we walked in and pleasantly greeted them. Anyhow, I informed him I was staying one night and wanted to take advantage of my upgrade he fought me tooth and nail even lied that no rooms were available and then said if I wanted a room I’d have to pay for the upgrade, his colleague (I forget his name but he was very kind) he looked at him crazy like why are you causing them so much trouble. It escalated to management and they accommodated me. I would stay again because the place was cute, clean and my UPGRADED room had a nice view of the Eiffle tower, the first room was terrible (clean but terrible view which he tried to sell as a garden view, it was a view of a brick wall in a yard). The other staff members were kind to us it was just Prince that was rude and if I were making my decision off his actions then NO, never again. But since I’m not I would recommend the place affordable, clean, conveniently located 15-20 min walk from the tower.
Convenient location!
We had the Eiffel Tower Suite Room on the 6th Floor and it was amazing. Very large room! The views were absolutely incredible! The staff was terrific. Perfect location - 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower and directly across from the Metro (M6). Great bakery next store and several cafes.
This was a great hotel. Excellent service, amazing bakery around the corner. Metro station across the street. Centrally located. Has great AC!!
Good location and 15 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. We had the Eiffel Tower view and can enjoy the day and night view of Eiffel Tower.
Very nice hotel. Highly clean, well decorated, and the views are astonishing. The Eiffel tower is easily visible and very close to the hotel. The breakfast includes many well though out options and it would be hard to find an even better place. The workers are very nice and explain everything very well. There are plenty of benefits to take use of including laundry and ironing boards. I would definitely stay here again as there are simply zero downsides. 5 Stars!
Room to small for the price ! Carpet discus this hotel taiting 4 is a lir
Perfect place to stay
Perfect in ever way Staff was the best of all room was great clean at was great breakfast was great the best stay we had in quite a while
The property was solid. It was small, but to be expected in a big city. The beds were comfortable. Travelling with spouse and two kids and usually stay in mid range Marriott brands. Great bakery beside hotel and across from metro.
The View
The overall stay was great, we had a small problem when we checked in regarding our room key but nothing to ruin the mood. The room was good but the view of Eiffel Tower was even better.
Great hotel
First Hotel Paris Tour Eiffel is ideally situated right opposite a metro station. The trains are not particularly noisy and our room was really quiet. Watching the Eiffel Tower sparkling as you sit on your balcony is extremely special. We did not use the breakfast room, there is a fantastic boulangerie next door, be aware it is closed on Tuesdays! The hotel staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal and felt very safe.
The room is clean, and the staff is professional and friendly.
The hotel is very clean and closed to Eiffel Tower. The breakfast is really good. Strongly recommend to all traveller.
We had a great stay. Very friendly staff and atmosphere of the hotel is very welcoming. Hotel meets quality and price. It’s not luxury property and rooms are small, but overall we had no issues. Breakfast had limited options, but coffee was good and staff was friendly. I saw hotel manager few times helping during rush breakfast hour being very nice and helpful. Also same hotel manager was helping with check out during rush hour 12pm check out time. We felt welcomed.
Staff 5 stars
I liked Public transportation is right I front of hotel. Customer service by the hotel staff not great. I don’t think this “VIP” property cares if you are a gold or platinum member of Expedia. They don’t go anything special for this be worth the price. Also the beds are uncomfortable.
This property offered the perfect view of the Tour D'Eiffle! I didn't receive the complimentary bottle of wine until I asked for it (when I remembered) the next day. It would have been nice to have control over the temperature in the room, but I understand with older buildings, there are some caveats. Staff were friendly and the property overall was of great value! I would stay and recommend to others
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfy. Great location near metro stop and lots of restaurants.
Its not exactly as close to walking to the Eiffel Tower. This is an ok option
Liked the property very much! But the lighting in the room and bathroom needs to be improved. It was very darki
Great Spot!
A+ to the staff. They were all incredible. There was a bit of a language barrier sometimes but the willingness to help and make sure we had an awesome stay was fantastic. If you travel with 2 or more bags make sure you get a larger room. They are a bit small but extremely comfortable. Overall a great stay. M6 Metro station is across the street, 4 restaurants and a bakery less than a minute away. Convenience store opened till 4AM right next door. Highly recommend it.
Our stay at the first Hotel was exceptional. The location was perfect, with easy access to a nearby subway station and a delightful 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Surrounded by charming restaurants and cafés, the hotel's setting added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our visit. Highly recommended for those seeking a central and vibrant location in the heart of Paris.
First Hotel was good value for money and very well located for those with meetings at UNESCO
All good
This hotel was located in a great location, being directly across the street from the metro station. My husband figured out the subway system here pretty quickly so it made life easy to hop on there and go all over Paris in no time. The room was quite small and with two large bags of luggage, there was barely nowhere to walk around. But the room was very clean. The bathroom is almost larger than the room itself but there was so much wasted space in there as there is absolutely no shelf/table or anything to put your toiletries, towels, hairdryers etc on. So everything had to sit on the floor or you had to bring it out and leave it on the bed. Lots of good eating establishments around! But all in all it was a nice little boutique hotel to stay at and it was super convenient which was nice.
Staff was friendly and responsive.
The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly as we navigated the city. The room was always clean and breakfast spot on to get us going for the day. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris - centrally located as well; across the street from the metro.
It's in the centre of all shopping, restaurants, transportation and tourist attractions.
Our stay could have been perfect however on our last night the front desk told us that we make too much noise. We just totally ignored him, did not want to make a scene.
A boutique hotel. Very nice and attentive staff. The rooms are efficient but if you are a larger person it may be on the smaller side. The Metro is steps away, great restaurants all around and a 15 minute walk in any direction will take you somewhere worth visiting.
Great location and fantastic dinner recommendation. Merci!
Nice stay in Paris
We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice and close to the metro and also walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The room was quite small, but we had expected that when booking. No fridge in the room but could get ice and ice bucket to chill drinks. Would recommend staying here 😊
Did not get any type of perk for being VIP platinum. Not the wine, no upgrade. Rude concierge
Really Enjoyed Our Stay!
Wonderful hotel i a great area. Nice room with lits of storage staff were very friendly. Store righ next door and many restaurants. Clise to the Eiffel Tower and other attractions.
This property was good. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Close to train. And I had a great view of the Eiffel Tower from my window! It was a little small and for some reason the hallway and decor was all black. It felt weird. But overall great stay.
the room is too small and noisy, the lobby is so tiny, the elevator is too small for a hotel, i even got sick using this elevator, I would never return to this hotel in the future , the staff are very friendly, no Eiffel tower view at all, the only thing i love is the next door bakery, i ate there every morning
The room with the Eiffel Tower is beautiful
The room is too small and not bright but the area is good.
First Hotel Paris Tour Eiffel was excellent! As common in Paris, the rooms are tiny, and in the case of this hotel, so was the lobby. Breakfast was great and in a larger room, and although there is no proper bar, the "honor system" bar in the lobby lounge was cool! Staff was friendly and very helpful. They even upgraded us to a room with a balcony! Overall excellent stay with an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower.
Just returned from a perfect mini holiday to Paris with out 2 children. We booked the suite which was perfect, good space and very comfortable. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. They were very pleasant and took the time to talk with our children. The location is great with the metro right outside and a taxi stand on the left. We would certainly return in the future.
Location was amazing. My Eiffel Tower view was a very limited view but still great.
Quaint, undated hotel with amazing staff.
Near metro. Nice bakery next door and restaurants. Walkable to many areas. Quite and appeared safe. Booked an Eiffel view. Got a 2nd floor room with a view of the tip of Eiffel. (Not worth the money ! )
Amazing
The day time gentlemen at the front desk was so friendly and made the hotel for me. We had a wonderful stay. It is in a great location. It is a small place but unique. My only complaint is the facility could do away with the carpet in the rooms which I believe is where a particular odor came from. But it wasn’t a deal breaker as everything else was perfect and we enjoyed our first visit to Paris.
Great location. Great staff.
Close to the metro
Please next time in the price included breakfast
Magnificent stay and will definitely be back.
Great hotel and fantastic location! We would definitely stay there again!
The location was great, but it was strange that everything was black. Pretty small room.
Staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is delicious
Prime location, easy access and friendly staff
AC not like USA
A good break
A great location, friendly staff. The room despite a welcome upgrade, with a balcony, was small, the en-suite shower was also small but functional. Eiffel views as promised in details
Beautiful and easy location. Near many restaurants and within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and public transportation
The location was great. Check in was a breeze & the staff all-around were very helpful & professional.
Delightful Hotel
Lovely hotel- great location to all the Paris sights. Ideal for a couple looking to explore the city with very helpful and friendly staff.
Nice staff, location is not central, just keep that in mind.
Delicious restaurants and bakeries in walking distance. 20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Safe location. Pleasant front desk staff.
All staff at any time of day were very friendly and helpful, and made us feel wanted as guests at the hotel and welcome as guests in their country. Great service in all facets of operation, and truly made our anniversary special. We would definitely stay there again!
Very walkable to good restaurants, grocery stores, metro and Eiffel Tower.
Great location
Excellent location and view (if you select the room with the view). Great staff - very friendly and accommodating. Everything is very clean, daily room service, comfortable bedding. Easy to get to the nearby metro, restaurants and cafes, as well as the supermarket. Walk to the Eifel tower is about 20 minutes. On the minuses front - no fridge or microwave in the room. No free parking if you rent a car - the nearby parking is 29 euros per day which adds up to be pricey. Best to research those things in advance and make a decision for yourself. Overall, a great experience staying at this hotel, exploring Paris and enjoying the view. Thank you, First Hotel!
Very nice
Great location!
Great locAtion, staffs are polite
Nice
Front desk was very pleasant. Breakfast was very good.
The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. It was slightly inconvenient that the near by subway line is under construction but that is no fault of this very clean and pleasant hotel. I will stay here on my next visit to Paris.
Clean nice room, friendly staff, good location and reasonably priced. Can’t fault it.
Extremely small. No room to place the luggage. Toilet on one side of room, sink on the other side. Had to jump on tbe bed to go from toilet to sink. Noise from train right across from room. Hallway pitch dark. Needs few seconds for lights to turn before able to walk. Good location in paris. Walking distance to Eiffel tower. Multiple restuarants walking distance . One of the staff was nice in helping me check my flight. Other ones not too helpful.
Great location and the view I had from our balcony to the Eiffel Tower is exactly why I chose this hotel. We celebrated my daughters 9th birthday here and they worked alongside Amex to make our wishes came true. The bed left much to be desired for me (it was way to firm) and the lighting was not ideal but the ambiance was fun, dark cool sexy although what really got us was the view. The breakfast was quaint and the eggs were delicious but the variety lacked and I found it rather small for such a hotel (eggs, sausage, croissants, 2 cheese varieties and 2 meat varieties and butter jelly some cookies) All in all, location and view is what I needed and I got it!
I only stayed a few hours before my connecting flight and wanted to see the Eiffel Tower. For the price the hotel is great with the rail station right across the street (from CDG with a single tr4ansfer from Metro), a bakery next door and a restaurant opposite the circle. Eiffel tower is about 15 minute walk and felt safe when walking past midnight. The property itself is old with old carpeting but they did their best with clean room and although got a small room it serve the purpose and was comfortable. Breakfast (included with my reservation) was descent with freshly squeezed orange juice. Noise level was good with no outside noise except for the occasional passing of the rail across but even that did not bother me.
Nice little hotel in 15th Arrondissement
Comfortable stay in a very convenient location, steps away from the metro station. The front desk was always so friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. We were very happy with our stay!
The location is very good. Right in front of the metro station. Great restaurants and meet the effiel tower. Hotel small but nice enough. I ask for an airport pickup but it never showed up. They said I didn't confirm but I did and showed them the mail. They said it was the wrong email address but I just answered the question to the same mail they sent. Then I asked for flowers but they where not there. The pillow was wet so we had to ask for a new one All night I had a city construction worker pounding in some structure So I couldn't sleep. The next morning I asked for another room and at first the man in the lobby said there was no more rooms. After complaining 5 more minutes the administrator ( I guess) told the man in the lobby to give me a room in the back. I asked if the room was bigger or if it was the same. They told me it was actually bigger. They offered to change my things Witch they did. When I came back at night I went to my new room and it looked smaller an it had no windows apart from two very small windows very high up in the wall. The other thing that annoyed me was that the fire alarm went off every night around midnight. Breakfast was very good
Paris 2019
Very nice rather small boutique hotel right next to Cambronne metro station and very near Eiffel Tower. In fact many rooms have a very nice view of the tower. Staff was exceptionally friendly and speak English well. Right next to hotel very nice bakery and restaurant. Hotel is very much recommendable.
Location location
Overall great service in a great location. The room was small but it’s Europe and that was expected. The view from the 4th floor wasn’t that great as you could only see the very tip of the Eiffel Tower. Having the metro right across the street was great and convenient but did make for a noisy atmosphere.
The staff were rude and disappointing. Property was clean and wellmaintained
The staff made the stay. They went out the way to make sure all my needs were met. My air condition in my room didn't work though and there's no gym.
Great location , hotel clean and unique. Close to Eiffel Tower , restaurants and metro
Staff excellent and very helpful. Really comfortable beds and good location for Eiffel tower. Decor just a bit tired but otherwise great hotel
Terrible comfort. Not a 4* hotel
1. the room was very small. I asked for two single beds and they were practically together given the size of the room. 2. the toilet/shower room was very small. 3. the mattress was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. 4. The pillows were terrible. They were lumpy and had clumps in them. Please feel the pillows and you will understand what I am talking about. When you lay on the pillows it is like laying on a mountain. I had very bad nights sleep - on the first day I had 2 hours of sleep in total. My neck was in a lot of pain from the unevenness of the pillow. 5. The website advertises that it has a minibar inside the room. This was important to us as we wanted to buy and store breakfast in our room for the mornings. We also wanted to store cold bottles of water given the heat. However, upon entering the room we discovered that it did not have a minibar. 6. I asked for an iron and board to iron my clothes. I was given a miniature board with no stand. I had to iron my clothes on the bed bending down which was far from ideal. 7. I used a green tea bag and it was not replaced the next day or the day after that. 8. The hotel was not peaceful. All we could hear was the loud noise from the metro renovation works outside. I was very disappointed with my stay at the hotel. I paid a lot of money per night to receive such a basic room and service. I would like to hear from management about the above and about a partial refund.
The staff was all friendly and helpful. The metro station across the street was super convenient. I think the breakfast was a bit overpriced, but it was always well stocked.
This property is terrible. They lied about the view of the Eiffel Tower. DO NOT stay here! I have all the proof and I disputed this with my credit card company. They ended up giving me the money back because of how awful the experience was! Don’t stay here for your own good
The hotel's location was great! Right next to Cambronne metro station with easy access to Gare du Nord station. Though the room was smaller than expected (especially the deluxe room we had booked), we had a comfortable stay. Our first thought when walking into the hotel was not great as we found the man checking us in to be quite rude. He did not make any eye contact with us and was giving us short-handed answers.
Best Hotel in Paris
We were so thrilled the first night we got into our room. We opened the window and had an amazing site of the Eiffel Tower twinkling. We watched it ever night as we went to sleep. Awesome room, clean and very helpful staff. This was our first time doing Paris and we did it without a tour guide.

Good location
