Not your typical hotel, but rather a “Japanese love hotel.” Actual room was not as depicted in listing. Room was okay but not as luxurious as shown. Breakfast was lousy. Close to major train statione and restaurants. Probably would not stay here again.

Loved staying at this love hotel

It’s a love hotel which my friend and I found hilarious. They have karaoke in the room and a projector and all sorts of interesting items for couples. It’s an experience to say the least!

Towels are too old and not clean well because of in a plastic bag.

It's A Love Hotel!

I couldn't tell from the photos on Expedia, but looking it up on Google after I booked it, I found out it was a love hotel. (Perhaps I should've noticed when the listing said, "adults only." Since it was non-refundable, I ended up staying there for a night. I've heard a rumor there are so many Chinese tourists in the area nowadays, most of the hotels are booked solid. Perhaps that's why an establishment like this decided to open up to non-love hotel users. Just a theory. They did seem to pretend like they were a normal hotel. Upon quick search, the tv channels didn't seem to have any porn. And I didn't see things like condoms in a vending machine. However, I did see a maid costume on sale inside the room. And there was also a prominent "neck massager" by the bed. In case you don't know what a Japanese love hotel is, I urge you to Google it.

Not what you might expect from a Japanese love hotel. Request top floor where tourists rooms are.

Not meant for families

It's definitely not a family hotel. Avoid at all cost if you are looking to stay as a family.

Perfectly Fine Place To Stay

Wasnt sure what to expect from this "love hotel" but it was a pleasant surprise to see it was pretty clean and friendly. You can go in and out but you must turn in your key, then they exchange it to a card. When you return, you give them the card to get your key back. The mist difficult thing was learning to turn the music off in the room. We finally figured it out by turning the volume down on the control console next to the bed (not using remote). This definitely is a love hotel, so dont expect regular hotel service. Its affordable and a bit in the night club/red light area but its perfectly safe.

First love hotel

Our first try at a love hotel so we pre booked on the day. Room did smell strongly if smoke as advertised. Lots of toiletries. Oddly the phone started ringing at at about 9, then cut off when answered. Couldn't work out how to order room service, work the karaoke or games machine as no English. In hindsight I would stay somewhere near Dotombori, but it was convenient as we were late off the train. At the advertised price its very expensive and other love hotels would be cheaper (we used a free night so it was cheap). Overall big space and good if you can read Japanese!

Biggest room in Osaka!

Biggest room among all hotels in Osaka. It might be in the red district, but it is a good place to shop and eat. Free breakdfast, jacuzzi, TV, massage chair.... SO GOOD!

Roomy and cumfy Love hotel

No mistake about it; this is a love hotel. With that in mind, the room was huge with a tv projector (too bad the input is still av/dc), and a comfortable bath. If you don't mind the lady clubs in the neighborhood and couple coming in & out for a quickly, it is one of the roomies the rooms you can get in Japan.

Hotel is in a decent location. Since it is a love hotel, it's located in the red light district area and requires some navigating to find and get to the station. If you want to stay alone in Osaka, do so at a western style hotel. This hotel has awkward vibes and a non-English speaking staff. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable and provided great amenities such as karakoke, free movies, projector, lighting system, massage chair, jacuzzi, big room + bathroom, etc. I recommend staying in this hotel if you're a couple and only for a couple nights max, not meant for a weekly stay.

Great cheap stay in Osaka.

The hotel was clean with friendly staff. Close to the 2 major train stations, but far enough that the train sounds were not an issue. Lots of things to do and food places within walking distance and also a full room service that is priced within reason. Be advised it is considered a love hotel, if that doesn't bother you then this is an excellent place to stay.

Big clean room

Big clean rooms, in a good area close to the station with friendly discrete staff. Great for a romantic night.

Interesting experience

It is a love hotel but the room is extra large with lots of amenties with everything wrapped in plastic, massage chair, spa, large tv with surround sound and karoke machine. staff were friendly with limited english and location wise -pretty central but similar to red light district area so wouldn't recommend for people travelling with kids! the downside was one light couldnt be turned off, breakfast wasn't great and staff didnt speak much english. Wouldn't recommend for people travelling with kids but if you're open minded and like your space -try it for fun.

Es war hervorragend! Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber konnten leider kein English. Ansonsten war alles top. Wir hatten ein sehr gepflegtes Zimmer mit voller Ausstattung. 10 Min zu Fuss vom Bahnhof entfernt. Kann es nur empfehlen!

綺麗で食べ物も美味しくてお酒も安くて美味しい！

ビジネスホテルと思ったらラブホテルだった。アダルトオンリーとはそう言う意味か！ハッキリ明記して欲しかった。

ロケーションは抜群。堂山の飲み屋街にあるので夜に徘徊するにはもってこいの場所にあります。ラブホなので部屋とお風呂が広く、ゆったりできます。 すぐ近くにコンビニもあって便利でした。

アメニティも充実していて、車での旅行だったので駐車場の料金がかからないのでとても良かった！食事をするのにも繁華街が近かったので、梯子出来ました。

立地も便利でお風呂も広々としていて快適でした。アダルトオンリーなので、外出の時にカップルと出会す気まずさはあります😆

初めて宿泊してみて

場所は少し分かりづらい所にありました。 部屋は清潔感あり冷蔵庫の中に、水とお菓子が置いてありました。 アメニティも種類が沢山あり逆に使わない物が沢山出るくらいでした。 部屋に両替機が置いてあったり、部屋のテレビで映画を見れたりカラオケも出来たり、食事の注文も出来ました。 食事はメンバーなら無料で注文出来てメニューも豊富にありましたが、メンバーじゃなかったら食事は４８０円の有料でメニューも質素でした。 朝、外出するため部屋を出ようとしたら、遠隔操作で鍵がかけられて部屋から出られませんでした。 フロントに電話をしたら、有料の注文があればフロントに電話をしてお金を払う意思を伝えないと部屋から出られない仕組みになっていたそうです。 そう言ったシステムなら、チェックインした時に説明をしてほしかったです。 今回の宿泊、それが唯一のマイナスだと感じた所でした。

서비스는 굉장이 훌륭하나 방에 담배냄새가 배어 있어서 냄새에 예민하신 분은 숙박하기 어렵습니다. 또한 주변에 유흥업소가 많고 큰 길에서 떨어져 있어서 여자분들께는 비추입니다. 방이 넓고, 가격도 합리적이고 어메너티도 모두 다 갖추어져 있고 큰 월풀욕조와 마사지 의자 등이 있습니다. 영어로 소통이 안되기 때문에 번역기가 꼭 필요합니다.

繁華街に近いので、良かったです。 部屋もタオルが２セットあり、満足ですが、 ルームサービスがないのが困りました。

遅い時間まで梅田界隈で飲食する方にはお勧めです。

繁華街に近いので、遅い時間まで宴席のあるビジネス層には良いと思います。 ファミリーにはお勧めしません。

このタイプのホテルを予約サイトで予約できることを知りませんでしたが、カップルでの旅行でしたので、ゆったり過ごせる部屋で、翌日もお昼まで滞在できたので、予約しました。 梅田駅から徒歩数分と立地もよく、手荷物もチェックイン前にもかかわらず、フロントで預かってくださいました。 部屋は快適で、ゆっくり過ごせました。繁華街にあるホテルですが、もちろん防音がしっかりしているので部屋の中は静かでした。 アメニティも充実しているので、女性にはうれしいですね。ビジネスホテルやシティホテルでは自前のシャンプーなどを持参していますが、豊富な種類が用意してあるので、むしろ手ぶらでOKです。 タオル類も、一泊なのに何枚も用意してあって、お風呂が大好きな私にはありがたいサービスでした。 また、利用したいと思います。

일본의 다른 호텔에 비해 방이 넓어서 좋았습니다. 객실에는 안마 의자가 비치되어 있어서 여행의 피로를 풀 수 있었습니다. 다만 호텔 주변은 유흥가여서 조금 무서웠습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 방이 시끄럽지는 않았습니다.

有趣的地點，實在的房間

雖然是位於紅燈區的中心點，但房間乾淨，且服務良好，周邊雖然紅燈服務多，但是不太會搭理外國遊客跟情侶，就價位與空間而言，實在物超所值！

普通のラブホテルです。 空きコンセントが少なく、備え付けのスマホ充電ケーブルもありましたがアンペアが低いのか充電できなかったので、二人分のスマホを充電したい場合は要注意です。 あと、食事はメンバーにならないとかなり高いです。 メンバーになればお安いですが、室内の販売機等にメンバーズカードがあるわけではないので、メンバーのなり方がわかりませんでした。 なかで食事をされたいのであれば、チェックイン時にフロントへ要確認です。 立地は良く、近隣に飲食店が多い（ただし飲み屋が多い場所なので、朝食が食べられる店は少なそう）ので、飲んでから泊まるのにはちょうどよいです。

Difficilmente si trovano camere d'albergo così spaziose e comode in Giappone e soprattutto a prezzi così contenuti. Ho soggiornato una notte qui venendo da Kyoto per prendere un volo da Osaka. L'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione.

가성비 좋은 성인용 호텔

이 곳은 과거 러브호텔이었던 곳을 개선하여 일반 관광객도 받고 있는 호텔입니다. 유명한 러브호텔이었던 만큼 객실의 편안함과 만족도가 높습니다. 거의 모든 방에 전기 안마의자가 설치되어 있고, 목욕탕도 매우 넓고 제트스파가 가능합니다. 방도 넓고 가격에 비해 좋은 편이지만, 러브호텔 이미지는 지우기 힘들며 낮에도 대실하려는 커플들이 왔다갔다 합니다. 성인 전용인 이유가 있습니다.

梅田中心部に近いホテル

部屋もお風呂も広くて快適でした。アメニティーも充実していて、ヘアアイロンまであり、女性にとってはとても嬉しいサービスでした。朝食もボリュームがあって美味しかったです。また是非行きたいです。

梅田真是不夜城、半夜三時不愁沒吃

按摩浴池、讚！ 又有按摩椅！ 洗面膏、護膚霜一應俱全！ 只是日租房間已固定、不能多試幾個款式。 只是我選了JR pass有點雞肋、要步行10分鐘。

基本的にはとても良かったのです。ただ一点のみ。そして、それが大きくマイナスだったのが、風呂場のカビくささ。 カビ臭くてお風呂入ってる間きつかった。

The room is full of stuff (hot tub, massage chair, playstation...), that's fun. Nice to have a bed in Japan (after all those hard futons). Close to many restaurants and station.

러브호텔이라 넓고 러브 호텔이라 좋았던 숙소

숙소위치는 상점가 쪽이라 나쁘지 안았습니다. 방안에 마사지 의자가 있어 너무 좋았고 일반 비지니스 호텔에 비해 무척 넓으며 아침 식사도 매일 고를수 있어 좋았습니다~

食事がとてもよかった

朝食がサービスだったのですが、とても美味しくてびっくりしました。 ただ、困ったのがチェックイン時間。 エクスペディアで予約した際は15時チェックインと書かれていたのですが、15時にホテルのフロントに行ったらチェックインは19時からと言われて追い返されました。 設備などはとてもよかったのですが、荷物を置かせてもらって出掛ける予定だったからそこだけは本当に困りました。

진짜 가격대비 완전 만족합니다. 우선 방도 넓고 물도 콸콸 잘 나오고 안마의자까지 정말 마음에 들어요 단지 직원분이랑 의사소통이 잘 안되는 점이랑 객실에 한번씩 이상한 소리가 나고 한 곳만 빨간색 등이 이상하기는 하지만 별거는 없겠죠!? 그것 말고는 정말 다 좋는 호텔인거 같아요!

客房空間大

客房空間大，備品充足，女生會很愛。 冷氣稍嫌吵了點，外頭環境較複雜一點，不過還是很安全，鄰近一蘭拉麵，很方便(阪急東通商店街)

标准的日本成人酒店

地段还算可以，在东梅田，靠近商业街，街上吃饭的店家很多，但是也有很多“无料案内所”，对比有忌讳的要当心，其实该地区治安还好，走到梅田地铁站大约10分钟，到JR站稍远。房间很大，有淋浴有浴缸，其他成人酒店の标配都有的，特别说一下美发用品很齐全，另外有一个很棒的按摩椅。

近梅田車站，行十幾分鐘就到。位置比較隱蔽。 優點：房間大，有按摩浴池。大量食市在左右 缺點：情侶酒店，每次出去都要比鎖匙櫃檯。

喜出望外

想不到市區會有如此舒適的空間，有queen size bed，有溫泉式浴室，有齊各式各樣護膚品，還有按摩椅，需然是成人酒店，但很靜。

整理而言 有機會的話我還會再訂這間

如果介意煙味的人 可能要選別間飯店 但是整體的分數c/p值絕對讓人滿意 櫃檯人員雖然會簡單英文 但是溝通是沒有問題的。一出飯店就有好吃的店 但是 如果晚上十點後出去 就要小心安全

出張時利用しました。何より立地が良いです。車も無料で止めることができましたし、チェックアウトも遅めで私の旅程にぴったりでした。

平價舒適寬敞

空間很大 有按摩浴缸跟按摩椅 乾濕分離 提供的衛浴用品也很多 地點也不錯 旁邊很多居酒屋 拉麵 壽司等等 整體來說很棒

初めて利用した。 部屋はもちろん、バスルームも広くて、アメニティも充実してた。 また今度も是非利用したい。

日本很多酒店空間很小，但這酒店空間頗大，而且梳妝設備很齊全，有卷髮器，落妝用品等等。最滿意是按摩浴缸，燈光可調節變色效果，氣氛很好! 此外，最重要是位置方便，附近很多食市，有一蘭拉面，一風堂，附近亦有驚安殿堂，梅田物價亦較便宜。交通便利，近地鐵站，去心齋橋，日本橋好快!
