Everything about the hotwl is amazing. From the food, environment even the room. I would say what needs to be addressed is temperature of the water when showering. Hot water is very mild. Then the TV in the rms are difficult to operate. Overall love the hotel
Always a really nice and easy time at Fiesta Royale. Easy to get a taxi, pretty central location and well kept grounds
Nice and presentable
Nice hotel, very well presented. I feel that the rooms need to be updated But overall a pleasant hotel to stay in
Best place to stay in Accra - try it and you will never regret.
Amazing and very hospitable
Great Hotel
Clean and quite.
Not a bad hotel but it wasn’t for me. The pool was green not swimmable, the staff wasn’t too Friendly besides the doorman they were great ! Restaurant/bar area expensive prices are USA prices, compared to the rest of the area it’s better to eat out. This is more of a business hotel, meetings etc not for vacation.kitchen closed very early ,No microwave to use at night ! No irons were available wouldn’t go back
Excellent
Very nice hotel
It was my first visit to the hotel and my first engagement was a let down as I was entitled to an upgrade as a Gold member but the staff lied and told me I had indeed been given an upgrade but I discovered soon after I was in the room I had initially booked. That aside the room I had was large and well fitted. Comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi, shower and hot water very good. The staff were very friendly. Housekeeping staff were friendly and did a great job. The breakfast buffet had a good choice albeit African focused. Well placed for the airport and Accra Mall. I would stay again
Very clean amenities and nice customer service. I really enjoyed my stay at Fiesta. It's also close to several places in Accra.
The property is lovely. Very comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful scenery and vibes. Wish I could have stayed longer. Very good food options as well.
Beautiful hotel. Great costumer service. I will be back next summer
Amazing
Had a amazing stay and the customer service from Francesca at Reception was excellent. Chef Daniel gave us his special touch of scrumptious 😋 food.
I stayed overnight the night before I left for the UK and the Hotel was excellent and very understanding of my need to check out slightly later than normal which was absolutely marvellous
I would recommend it to others
Frank and his team were the best.. he made sure our program was successful .. You have to reward people like that. They keep the hotel going
I spent seven days here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are recently renovated, clean and new. The beds were very comfortable, something I really need as I have back issues. I stayed in the standard plus room that had a little extra living space and it was well worth it - room to stretch and exercise, work on the computer, read, etc. The air conditioning was very comfortable and consistent. The buffet style meals were beneficial in that they were both quick when we needed to get on with our work days quickly and helpful as I was unfamiliar with Ghanaian food so I could try a little bit of a variety of things until I figured out what I liked (which was just about everything!). The pool was also a nice place to relax for a bit after a long day of meetings and driving. And there are enough grounds around the hotel that you feel less hemmed in that in a downtown skycraper hotel. .
People were friendly, will stay there again.
It’s has a serene environment and the place is neat.
It's a great place to relax. I love everything about the place
The rooms are very roomy and great breakfast
Do not stay. The hotel is just for locals to eat high priced cheap food. I could go on about the issues I had. But let just say. It not worth USD $150.00 a night.
Alarm went off
The room was clean at all times. However the alarm went of in our corridor and no one said anything. Action was not swift and we were not informed as to what happened, this was disappointing. Breakfast and food on the site was excellent. Reception service was good. Generally the support and service was very good only concern was the alarm going off and the laid back attitude towards our safety, did not see a sense of alertness by the staff or management.
Noisy place, staff has no customer service skills and lairs and thief’s. We stayed 13 nights and each night was either one towel or none in the rooms with two of staying. Even we put do not disturb, they entered our rooms, we had nothing secured and things were scattered all over the room. Had some items missing. Reported to front desk, they brushed it off. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. Two beds were joined together. Shower was narrow and now shower curtain and was would slash all over. No ironing board and no microwave. Breakfast was same thing EVERYDAY. WE LITERALLY got duck each time we ate. It was expensive. One night we came late in the hotel and no one at the recesnd when we rang the operator from our room several times, no one would answer. So much to write but no time. Just stay somewhere else for less amount.
Nice and quiet environment
A beautiful Hotel
The rooms were beautiful and modern. The staff was very professional and courteous. The food was great. The entire facility was beautiful and clean.
Property was nice and spacious. Nice wide parking area. Pool to the rear. Seemed not used frequently but understandably because of the Corona virus.
This hotel is overhyped . Property is dilapidated and room services are poor . My room did not even have a telephone connection . Food is expensive and sinks terribly old . I will never waste my money lodging ever in this messed up property again .
Everything was excellent except one thing. I didn't like the fact that I was charged two days before my arrival at the hotel whereas in booking with Expedia I chose the options Free cancellation and Pay at the Hotel. The choice of the two options carries extra fee but it was not respected. I didn't find it honest that the hotel charged me ahead of time. I could have cancelled my trip or changed my mind. I felt trapped.
The standard has been maintained over the years. Well done.
I liked the location. Staff was professional and service was excellent.
Hotel has seen its better days.
The hotel has seen its better days. Furniture was damaged. Room housekeeping was very spotty. One time they omitted my bath mat, another time they did not give me wash clothes. Many days they did not clear away and replace dirty glasses. The room was so dark I had to ask for an additional bedside lamp so I could read in bed, they did this without question. Water pressure was nonexistent. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice and the bar people were very nice. The day before I was leaving they delivered a notice that the pool would be closed for a week. If I came with the intent on using the pool I would be very upset, as it was I was leaving the next day. Also the last day I was there they didn't replenish my tissues, I had paid for a whole day stay because my flight left in the evening. I know this is a very mixed review, but I truly would not stay there again.
The staff are just brilliant and Kind. This made my stay very pleasurable. Also love the art hanging of the walls - great exposure to true Ghanian talent
Staff were helpful. Amenities included were great. Able to eat all meals in restaurant.
Good location . Friendly. Good breakfast. I t was good in general. Room could be better and bigger. I'd come back to the hotel . I recommend it highly for the price
Good place to stay
I had a good experience in this hotel
excellent stay in a friendly hotel
Ok
Just okay
Was amazing, had a birthday party over there , customer services and everything was A+ except expensive 😀
Hot
It is so real and organic. The staff is human. Wonderfull environment where you feel relaxed. Great place for a stop over though it's in town. I loved t
My first business trip to Ghana
My stay at the Fiesta Royale was amazing. Clean hotel, awesome staff. Close to the Accra Mall. Please note, this hotel is not a party hotel. There are events here and there but it's not one of your super packed spring break type hotels. The hotel is close to a busy road and can get super congested at times but overall it's nice place and I will definitely stay here again
Excellent hotel and location close to the airport
The hotel is very clean, the staff friendly and the food a mixture of Ghanaian cuisine and universal dishes (e.g. pasta, pizzas, burgers). The buffets are a good option but go there hungry. Rooms are spacious and kept clean. Internet is the only negative - sporadic connections, sometimes fast, often non-existent in the hotel rooms. I've stayed here on numerous occasions and the hotel has never let me down. Worth noting - they do free transfers from and to the airport.
I like the green surroundings The breakfast was excellent Rooms are nice
Location is useful, not far from the airport. Large, comfortable, clean room, though not updated. Very functional, had a good night's rest. Nice selection of food at breakfast and dinner, most of which was tasty. Attentive service, though multiple times the food took a very long time to arrive.
The rooms and gym look a bit worn out, like they need a bit of a refresh. But everything was clean and lobby and restaurant area were good. The staff were really amazing, they were friend, attentive and always glad to help.
Happy
We had a comfortable stay and very relaxing
A good place to stay in Accra
I stayed at the Fiesta Royale for a week. The rooms were spacious and clean, although a little old. The service was excellent and they had a very convenient airport shuttle.
We stayed at the Fiesta Royale three times on our strip, storing luggage at the hotel between stays. Each time, the staff was very helpful.
Good Experience .
Nice hotel facilities and very friendly workers. Neat ! Yet the buffet needs items for non-meat eaters. It was expensive for the locals. The telephones in the rooms need checking . Many colleagues tried to reach me in my room and were unable to do so. All in all, it was a good experience.
Nice hotel. Bathrooms are dated for the price you pay. Things are overpriced and the hotel itself is also pricy. I'll not rank this as a four star. May be a 3 star at best.
The restaurant is a great source to this hotel! We stayed at the hotel for the entire visit and everything we needed was there so I enjoyed the workout room and the other amenities!
Nice location
Had a beautiful experience , nice food, nice location, all friendly staff
Very clean great food, and hotel
Buffet breakfast very nice choices, room always clean, but they have to do something about the keys almost every other night the magnet in the key would go nad!!
Nice hotel and great vibes
It’s was great and very warming to stay there, very welcoming too, great experience
Fine, but not value for money
I was at this hotel for a work event, and it was fine for what it was. The staff were very pleasant, and the garden was lovely. Beyond that, my room had a distinctly musty smell, and a few things just never quite functioned well (poor WiFi in the room, A/C and hot water sometimes not as expected.) The location is also not terribly convenient to anything. Overall, I don't have much to say against the place, but, for the money, I think you could do better.
Good hotel
I really enjoyed my stay there and I will stay there again on my next visit.
Nice hotel. Big rooms, nicer bathroom and pool. All in all a comfy Aust stay.
My trip was good and enjoyed my stay.Fiesta my choice of hotel
Quite expensive for the quality but generally ok.
I enjoyed our stay at the Fiesta Royale in Accra. The hotel is very comfortable but on the older side. The staff at the hotel are good. I must mention Rita who is amazing at the front desk. She went over and above to assist. I think the hotel needs to inform guests more about the water heater switch in the rooms. I am used to it having travelled in Africa but for some guests, they will wonder why there is no hot water. The buffet was good as well as the breakfast. Again service and quality of food is good so one should be OK. Overall a comfortable stay.
Great
The hotel is not set up for business clients
The hotel is generally nice and clean, but the internet connection is so dire in both public spaces and your room it is impossible to conduct business here. I complained to the management numerous times during my 4 day stay and saw no imporovemetns. For the price, I simply expected more.
If I can give 6 stars, I would.
Not the cheapest hotel for sure, but definitely the best hotel in town. Never experience such an excellent customer service in my ten years of traveling to Africa. And the room, the food, shuttle, etc are all really nice! Simply amazing.
Friendly staff and good food.
Friendly staff, good food and OK service. No thrills but your basic needs are well covered. However, if you bring kids they might be horribly bored since there's little for them to do or explore.
Enjoyable Stay
Great hotel, friendly staff, clean, good room wifi
Perfect.
The breakfast was amazing, buffet meals were great. We were in the pool everyday and the children loved that. The temp was perfect for it. The staff were very friendly, polite and approachable.
This was a vey good hotel
Hotel near the airport, near the university and the staff great and helpful and courteous. Good food and location.
Just ok, but easy location
nice enough place, but for what they charge it seems like it needs an upgrade.
Fantastic Estab;ishment
Great neighbourhood....wonderful service
Decent ,hotel with issues.
Waited 15 Minutes to get checked in ,pleasantly surprised at the size of room ,but that has drawbacks, Airconditioner could not get the room below 80 Degrees Fahrenheit.70 Degrees for this Canadian is ideal ,so a not so comfortable sleep . For the cost of the room 238 USD for 2 People in the Room 1 small bottle of water for a preplaned Double Occupancy is not acceptable . 140 Cedis for a bottle of Nederberg ,Chardonnay is highway Robbery when you can buy it for about 35 at West Hills Mall . All prices for eating or having Drinks in the hotel are overpriced ,so if you stay,Pack your own Lunch and Wine it will be worth it .
A great experience. I will return on my next trip
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.I contacted the management ahead of my trip and everything was perfect. The driver of the free airport shuttle was waiting with a Fiesta sign when i arrived at Accra airport. Check in was very easy. By chance i arrived on Wed which was fish buffet night, very tasty and reasonably priced. The room was spacious with a large bed, good shower and AC. Free kettle/coffee/tea setup in room.
Excellent place to relax
I found everything in this hotel perfect. They care for their customers. I had a chance to meet the general manager through my student who has work with them in the past. The smile and concern from the general manager clearly shows that their excellent customer service. I have stayed in many hotels in Accra and can say honestly say, there are two hotels in Accra, Fiesta Royale and all the others.
