This place is nothing like the photos. The pool has water but isnt on, the gym has 3 dumbells, and they moved us to another room because our shower was leaking

We were very satisfied with the buffet. Very good. The staff very friendly The beds very small and really hard mattresses.

Please have room service it used to have before that's why I would love staying there but if no room service is available I will need to find another hotel

Rooms need to be renovated, property has been neglected. Need to clean out front and parking lot was flooded for 2 days even after rain stopped! Front desk rep were very nice and polite.

Hotel bad condition and staff low customer service

Room door did not close properly, phone in room broken. Room service took several calls to get someone to take an order, staff would transfer call to another and no one would provide service.

I’ve stayed in every hotel in Nuevo Laredo and I won’t stay anywhere else but here.

The staff was amazing

The staff was extremely friendly- however this is not a family friendly hotel. prostituís are allowed in the property and that makes for a very uncomfortable and inappropriate environment for children. The amenities are not taken care of and the swimming pool has freezing cold water and the gym consists of 3 machines.

The property is clean and everything I need I recommend this hotel thank you

Very bad service at front desk

Front desk area was really hot! Front desk not friendly and phone was not working in the room. They could not fix it and never informed me that. I had to go to from level 3 to front desk and ask about the phone. Very bad service at front desk. After working all day had to deal with this. I had to go down the restaurant to order a drink when I arrived, then had to go again to order food. Very bad experience.

Website needs to be clear

Overall I enjoyed the stay The hotel has breakfast and a pool pool was closed due to covid but website did not report that breakfast you must add it IT IS NOT INCLUDED WITH RESERVATION. I believe website needs to be more clear and updated as far as what amenities are available upon booking

Very old, not clean at all.

Our room was not cleaned and we had no fresh towels and no toilet paper when we got to the room. Asked the front desk for towels and toilet paper and was informed that they had no one in housekeeping to assist. Horrible experience.

The room smelled of urine. We asked for a different room, but there were none. I guess the only good thing I can say is that they didn’t hesitate to give me a refund. Went to another hotel and the experience was much better.

En general todo bien. Recepcion contesto todas nuestras preguntas. La ciudad no tiene tan buena reputacion pero si nos sentiamos seguras en el hotel. Alguna de las amenidades mo estaban disponibles pero estuvo bien

We enjoyed our stay but the swimming pool water was ice cold and water was dirty

It was the second time we stayed at the hotel. We know there are still Covid restrictions but at this hotel there was nothing available. We even had to go get some glasses because not even paper cups in the room. No breakfast either. Staff was friendly and helpful except the lady at the door. I don't think we'll give it another try when passing through the city again.

I've stayed before in this hotel and its been exceptional, i understand because of holidays it was super booked ,but due to shortage of keys i had to shower inbthe dark and had to get escorted to my room because of no keys !

I booked a room and called to confirm that it was available and that I would be able to arrive after 12 midnight and still be able to check in, which they said it was okay. I arrive and the receptionist who was very rude told me they did not have my room available that I had to contact Expedia for a refund. I told her to find me a hotel since I checked and no one had availability and she said she couldn’t. I told her “so am I suppose to sleep in my vehicle?” Her respond was I guess. Another family was also told that did not have the room available for them. Very rude receptionist never will I book that hotel.

Dissatisfied

Had a double bed room, seem to be 2 full bed not queen, for some reason service lady only did one bed and they stole a new pair of jeans from by luggage that still had price tags. Notified receptionist and they call the cleaning lady to confront me instead of taking a report down. Disappointed,

Don't stay here

Had to switch rooms. First room check-in someone had laid on the beds, dirty towels and mold all over the bathroom. If you want food don't eat here. It's good for being near the border that's all

All staff was helpful, and kind, especoally Waitress of restaurant ,Socorro was so kind and helpful with us , especially when our daughther need help because her surgery recovery.

Bueno hotel con modernidad. Tiene refrigerador y microwave. No tiene cafetea en cuarto. El lugar está limpio y bonito. Un detalle mal es afuera en el estacionamiento está muy mal cuidado y se mira feo. También tiene unos topes muy mal hechos. No me gusta la entrada en coche para nada.

Everything was fine, the check in and keys to go up the elevator was different. Not every place utilizes this new method I guess, but overall, just fine.

Lady at desk didn't help me, she kept acting busy on her computer waited 10 for another guy to help me out. As soon as he helped me she became available to help a male extremely nice to him. While she ignored me while waiting. Not sure if she has a n issue with other lady's

Not what i expected

Usually i get a bad experience, this time pool was closed, they offer shuttle and wasn't available, my sheets where stain. Shower tub wasn't drain, etc. I like to get what i pay for what the hotels offer to the customers. 80% happy.

I liked price and location. I did not like missing some toiletries (no bar soap, no face towels) in the bathroom when got into the room.

We’ve stayed at different multi hotels when we travel to Nuevo Laredo, but this one has been my favorite. Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were nice and clean, the staff was friendly, and they were taking all necessary precautions due to the current pandemic. Definitely recommend it and we will be staying there again during our next visit.

I am not into writing reviews but this time I would like to say that I was positively amazed when I got early into the hotel front desk and the lady did not question anything, she just simply follow up the registration process and gave me the keys. I love her gentleness and kindness. The rest of my stay was simply full of kindness and great service.

This is one of the better hotels in NL. The prices vary a lot, from quite affordable to quite expensive. These days, it's a little more reasonable than usual. The parking is small but sufficient. It seems to be one of the safer hotels, in that the front desk staff do stop visitors, ask who they are, and call upstairs. Sometimes it's a pain to have visitors because they count the number of people who have gone upstairs. If you didn't reserve for two people, the change for that second person is about 250MXN, I think I remember. As I reecall, the restaurant is good, but breakfast isn't included and the tables were socially distant, etc., as we expect. All staff had on their masks against COVID19 and you expected to use them too. The lobby is inconvenient now, because there are no chair and ways to wait comfortably, presumably to keep people from congregating during the COVID19 outbreak. The rooms are comfortable with a refrigerator. It is clean and up to date. Quiet.

I loved that as soon as we walked in the hotel omg it smelled so clean and fresh and not to mention the staff and everyone with a smiley face and attentive and the food is excellent also everyone at breakfast gave us the best service and Made us feel very special also every single one of their staff members always made us feel welcome and at home. Last I’d like to say that I won’t ever stay at another hotel that isn’t Fiesta Inn in Nuevo Laredo Tamaulipas oh and before I forget the pool was awesome also the way everyone minds their own business and makes you feel very comfortable regardless of whether you are the guest or not.

The room in this hotel was super nice and clean. Everything inside looked very new. Bed had nice fluffy pillows. It had nice flat screen tv and the AC worked perfectly. I will definitely stay here again.

It’s ok...

The indoor pool smelled like sewer and had several dead bugs in the water. The hotel needs repairs for sure but our room was clean. We had a bottle of water that was already opened when we got there, so double check your water bottles.
