The hotel is situated in a bad area, but within walking distance from Taxim square and Istaklal St. (about a mile+). The room was very small overlooking a noisy road. It was not clean at all. The staff was very nice and helpful. In the overall, it was OK for the money.

Lovely,friendly and helpfully staff,clean room and good breakfast. 1 mn away from bus station,10 mn from taksim square. They prepared for us the roof for our last eve,it was very nice and cozy. Highly recommended

How much can you tolerate!

We book two connected rooms (1st floor) and once we checked in we immediately realized what it mistake it was. Room size (specially space around bed) is phenomenally small. Bathroom is tiny and barely fits one. Closet was tiny too but non of that actually mattered to us because we blamed ourselves for choosing this one. The cleanness was the issue here. Bugs and flies on the walls of the bathroom. Even that we could tolerate. When we came back at night, I noticed some water on the floor coming from the minibar making it's way towards my luggage. One of my suitcases was soaking (as well as half of our clothes!). Even we could tolerate. The last thing was seeing bed bugs! We asked for clean sheets and when they came they were dirtier than the ones we had! and that was the straw that broke the camel's back. We ran away the next morning after trying to make it through the night with our little roommates! Oh, by the way, the rooms are adjacent to the street so you can keep track of each and every passing car, cursing drunk guys, and shouting old ladies in the neighborhood.

Good hotel 4 star

Fide Hotel is a great hotel, not exactly located in Taksim but is definitely a 5 min walk from it. Breakfast was great! Can ask for more if wanted, unlimited coffee and tea through the stay. Had omelette too. Rooms were big and cozy. Bathroom a bit small but it worked. Beds comfy, had great sleep. Staff were lovely, great service and hospitality! Did not pay much for 7 nights but was worth it. Only down side was the cleaning, lady did not change bed covers or towels only when towels left on floor in bathroom she changed but overall it is a nice hotel, me and my partner give it 4 stars. Definitely recomend.

It's good place to stay in for the price. The staff really helpful and nice. The hotel was clean but the first room we stayed in has smell pf humidity. Its located is ok but not that great . Not far walking from Taksim shopping centre ... Their breakfast not much ok for girls but not men..

The hotel is nicely decorated, expecially the lobby. The room needs improvements and it is a bit crowded. The fridge doesn't work.Bathroom is small and needs better cleaning. The bed is large and confortable. The room was noisy because it was right on the bulevard, next to a bus station. Good breakfast. Helpful personnel.

My second visit to this hotel and I absolutely love it! Its located in a safe quiet and clear place which is easy to find once you get around the area! Very clean hotel with spacious rooms. The hotel is close to all touristic places and to Taksim Square (Istiklal Caddesi) which is round the corner (5 min walk)! The staff are very friendly and helpful with everything you need throughout your stay. I have been with my friends to this hotel before and with my family this time and they were so pleased! Thank you for everything and hope to see you soon again!

Lovely little hotel.

This hotel is in a wonderful location just a short walk onto the Main Street of Taksim - although a little hard to find at first but once you’ve found the hotel you will get around fine. Rooms are small and basic but it’s everthing you need for a short stay in Istanbul especially as we wasn’t in the room much. I think for the price everything is great - don’t expect 5 star quality when you’re not paying 5 star prices.

Good budget hotel in handy location

Fide Hotel was in a great location half way between Taksim Square and Galata Tower (both were within a manageable walking distance). The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was a bit smokey and the bed wasn't hugely comfortable. Overall it is a good budget option in an ideal location.

Close to Tamsim square

My room was full of wet and dump smell coming from shower room which forced me to switched on the AC in cold weather to red off the smell But still couldn't sleep well and they changed my room in third night.walk in shower was too small,breakfast was only to fill stomach, they serve it in the small kitchen, main thing were only oily clips, chess and boiled eggstwo young cousins who are working as staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very Friendly Family Operated Hotel

This is a very friendly family run hotel very close to Taksim Square. If you plan to see Galata Tower and you want to see the Dolmabahce (sp?) Palace, this is a great area with loads of transportation options. The metro, bus, tram, and funicular are easy to use with only one ticket needed. There are also lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Amazing staff, amazing hotel

My partner and I stayed 8 nights and had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff/owners are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious every day. Room is comfortable and has everything you need. I would definitely recommend to anyone

Hotel in Taksim

I have stayed at this hotel before, so I was glad they had a room for me again. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also really good. Really nice staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at Fide Hotel. It's very centrally located and close to the Taxsim Metro station and the tram that runs down istiklal. The staff are super nice as well. I've chatted with them on multiple occasions and they are nothing but superb human beings. Finally, the breakfast is the best around!! I'll be back!

Very good quality for the value.

Accommodating, very helpful staff, great breakfast for such a well priced hotel! There could be some improvements made: my sheets were a little unclean (little back hairs, from the previous guest I guess) and the curtains are not very effective, I suggest replacing them with something that blocks out a bit more light at night (since the hotel is on a main road which is very bright). Still, I do recommend staying here, and I would stay again -- the quality for the value is very good (having stayed and a number of places nearby at similar prices).

Fide Hotel Delight!

Very close within easy walking distance to shopping and sightseeing. Transport links excellent, very homely and attention to service by Ozcan the receptionist. Extensive breakfast cooked by Ozcans mother. Endless coffees and teas at reception. All in all makes for a pleasant stay in central Istanbul and would definantly stay here again. Very good accommodation and very good on the pocket too. Guaranteed to please!

Gayet çok temiz çok rahattı Çok teşekkür ederim. Kesinlikle gidin Taksim'deki birçok otellere gittim işim dolayısıyla hosteslik yaptığım için. Kesinlikle burayı tercih ederim artık hiçbir yeri tercih etmem buradan başka.

Oda temizlenmemişti banyo da kullanılmış kıllı jiletler mevcuttu çift kişilik odaya tek kişilik havlu koymakla beraber tam bir fiyaskoydu. Yatak çarşafları değişmemiş olup sarı sarı lekeler vardı aklı olan bu ötele gitmez görselle alakası yok gittiğim için çok pişmanım

Temiz ve konforlu konaklama, bir ihtiyacınız olduğunda güleryüzlü şekilde hallediliyor. Teşekkür ederiz.

Konaklamak için kesinlikle harika bir otel. Lobi çok şık. Odalar gayet temiz. Otel görevlilerinin ilgi ve alakası çok samimi. Otel temizliği kesinlikle çok güzel. Uygun fiyata harika bir konaklama deneyimi sunuyor bu otel. Sürekli olarak resepsiyonda bir görevli bulabiliyorsunuz. Gayet güvenli,temiz,güleryüzlü ve sıcak bir ortam. Fotoğraflarda görülenlerden çok daha güzel bir otel. Otel sahipleri Özcan Bey ve Ferhat Bey 'e göstermiş oldukları bu üstün hizmet için teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Lobide oturup sohbet edebilir ya da şehrin tam göbeğindeki bu otelden şehrin istediğiniz noktasına gidebilirsiniz. Otele birkaç adım mesafede bir otobüs durağı ve birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde metro durakları var. Ulaşım açısından çok rahat! Odalar güzel temiz ve konforluydu. Otelin tarihi bir dokusu var! Resepsiyon koridorlar ve odalar dahil bunu görmek mümkün! Fide Otelde konakladıktan sonra evimde nasıl rahat edicem , bilemiyorum :) Teşekkürler Fide Hotel

Oda fotoğraflara sadece benziyor. Oldukça eski yıpranmış bir odaydı. Temiz olduğunu söylemek iyimserlik sayılır. Kahvaltı idare eder düzeydeydi. Çalışanlar Türkçeyi zor anlıyor ama yinede fena sayılmazdı. Geç saatte giriş yaptığım için konaklamak zorunda kaldım. Aksi taktirde ücret iadesini düşünmeden başka bir otele geçerdim. Son olarak konum olarak tarlabaşında olduğunu da söylemek isterim. Otelin girişi de -1 de kot farkı var fotoğraftaki girişin karşısı duvar. Pek iç açıcı değil.

Dicht bij centrum, net hotel, fijn ontbijt, schone kamers.

Kakerlaken und Schimmel vorhanden. Wir hatten ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett, Einzelbett kaputtes Schlafcouch wovon man Rückenschmerzen bekommt. Bettlaken dreckig und werden nicht ausgetauscht. Sehr kleines Badezimmer das muffig riecht mit Schimmel an allen Ecken und Wänden. Dieses Hotel darf mit 3,6 Sternen nicht bewertet werden, sondern mit 1,5 Sterne. Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse sehr laut undichte Fenster. 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt sind Bordells vorhanden. Nie wieder Hotel Fide, verschwendetes Geld.

Problem

Område inte bra om säkerhet, det finns så mycket mafia, jag fick ett problem om ta mina pengar sedan anmälde jag till polis, och tillbaka mina pengar sedan. Hotel bra, men område mycket mafia .

Huono, likainen, epäsiisti, huono asiakaspalvelu. Huono sijainti, slummi alueella, ruoka pilaantunutta!! En suosittele kenellekkään hotellia!

Vasat

Konumu kötü olmakla birlikte otelin ici gayet guzel ancak çıkacağımız sabah sicak su yoktu ve bu konuda magdur edildik hic bise yapilmadi. Ayrica gece dışarının sesinden uyunmuyor ses yalitimi kötü. Uykuda sese duyarli olanlar bunu dikkate almali.

Harika

Daha önceden de konakladığım bir otel. Odalar küçük fakat kullanışlı, kahvaltı yeterli, konum bakımından biraz sıkıntılı ama biz hiç sorun yaşamadık. Çalışan personeller de güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Gitmenizi öneririm.

Hotel elegante

All'arrivo ci hanno offerto il caffe turco, lo staff è molto cordiale, camere pulitissime, materasso molto comodo, grande frigo in camera, colazione eccellente sia dolce e salata, ottima soluzione per visitare il centro che è a pochi passi.

Don't expect to much then fine. Really loved the well prepared breakfast here. The area seemed dagerous though.

Gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğiniz bir yer.

Als wir angekommen sind waren unsere Zimmer schon vergeben! Obwohl wir vorher gebucht und bezahlt haben. Uns wurde dann eine Bruchbude vorgestellt die wir natürlich abgelehnt haben. Nach 4 Nächten haben wir unsere Zimmer bekommen. Die Zimmer waren total Dreckig. Sauber wurde nicht gemacht, überall Staub und dreckige Bettwäsche. Sowas kann man nicht Hotel nennen. Ich rate keinem dieses Hotel. Nie wieder !!!!! Sollte komplett zugesperrt werden !!!!!!

Hotel sahip ve çalışanları çok samimi ve iyi niyetli insanlardı. Yapı itibariyle tarihi bir bina olmasına karşın restorasyonu çok güzel yapılmış butik hotel havasında bir yer. Odalar biraz küçük ve temiz, kahvaltısı guzeldi. Bence oda içinde cattle bulunmasına rağmen çay, kahve ve şu bulunmaması dezavantajdi fakat hepsini lobideki mutfaktan temin edebiliyorsunuz. Otelde bir güvenlik sıkıntısı yaşamadım ancak muhit itibariyle güven verici bir bölge degil.

Währenddessen möchte ich Sie auf dem Laufenden halten und Ihnen mitteilen, dass wir das Hotel nach der 2.Nacht verlassen haben, denn es war nicht einmal mehr möglich zu duschen. Es gab kein heißes Wasser. Eine Kakerlake versteckte sich zudem in einer Wanddiele. Als wir nach dem Sightseeing wieder in das Hotel kamen, mussten wir mit überraschen fest stellen, dass WIEDER das Zimmer/beide Zimmer nicht geeinigt worden sind, obwohl am Abend zuvor, auf Grund der „Eskalation“, uns versprochen wurde die Zimmer gründlich zu reinigen. Pustekuchen… An der Rezeption gab ich dann bekannt, dass wir das Hotel morgen verlassen werden. Anstatt eine Entschuldigung zu äußern, erhielten wir eine Rechtfertigung. Es gäbe zu wenig Personal, um alle Zimmer im Auge zu behalten. Ich hätte zumindest ein „entschuldigen Sie bitte die Unannehmlichkeiten“ erwartet…
