Decent hotel in a good location

This place was better than thought it would be. It was a decent hotel and the location wasn't bad at all. The place looks a bit dated but the room was comfortable and the place was clean. The staff was nice enough to me. No complaints.

A day in Andorra 🇦🇩

Very central

The location is very central, and a minute walk from the skibus stop, if you come to ski it s bery convenient. Close to the public/private parking. Staff is very friendly, but most do not speak english. The room was of a good size with plenty storage space, however the complementary shower products did not include shampoo for some reason, there was not kettle in the room. Breakfast was very basic, mostly pastry /sweet cereals.

Ok for the price

For the price it is pretty ok and the location is good as well.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. However while the staff were quite friendly they spoke no English so I had to go to the tourist office to ask any questions etc which I had. Also the window in my room was absolutely tiny and left in no natural light

Average hotel, good price for the area.

The reception staff consisted of one women who did not speak English or Spanish.

Perfect location. Very good price including breakfast. Nice modern rooms. The staff are generally polite but give the impression they are bored and would rather be elsewhere. Maybe they are bored in the off season which is understandable.

Nice little hotel in a great location.

The rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Surrounded by restaurants and night life. Close to the Casa, which was charming and a great sum up of Andorra history. Andorra La Velle itself is otherwise pretty awful - no real historic district and a lot of mostly high end shopping and shoppers.

Excellent location! Right in the heart of the city. Clean rooms, 24 hour reception, and breakfast included in stay. Overall very pleasant, no complaints, a no brainer!

Their English was very limited and NO internet.

I decide to stay in a room based on the website pictures. But the room is smaller than the pictures. The bathroom had just a basic shower and tab.Unfortunately the WI-FI did not work in the room. The hotel staff said "only works in the lobby area". Their English was very limited. We suggest reading all the other negative feedback before considering a reservation. You will see consistent issues with this hotel. I spoke to the hotel receptionist as soon as I check the room.

A night in Andorra

Very nice and friendly hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful although none that I met spoke English and only a couple spoke French. Continental breakfast was waiting for me at the table in the restaurant. Pre packaged food, but was ok. Oh, and FYI, you need to insert your room key into a slot on the wall and turn it to get the room lights to work. Look for red and green lights for location on wall.

Good value

The hotel is small and a little old - but the staff is very friendly and the location right in the middle of town is very convenient - parking is a problem - there are city lots close by but they tend to be expensive (Close to 20 euros overnight). The breakfast in the morning was fine - a croissant and coffee. over all good value for the money.

Good location but a bit awkward to get to

Lovely family run basic hotel in the heart of Andorra La Vella. Location really good and planty of shops nearby. Not a lot of local places to eat but we found a really good restaurant locally "Restaurant El Pebrot" with a fantastic menu and so for this we'd stay at this hotel again

Notre chambre sans fenêtre et sans climatisation est vivement déconseillé à tout claustrophobe ! Il y faisait donc vraiment très chaud et Insonorisation inexistante Nous avons donc vraiment très mal dormi Tout cela est très dommage pour un établissement bien situé avec un accueil agréable

Pas un mauvais hôtel mais une horrible chambre

L’hôtel en lui même était bon et le personnel accueillant. Par contre, même si la chambre était propre et la literie correcte, je trouve cela lamentable de ne pas annoncer à l'avance que la chambre est sans fenêtre. Ou plutôt, si avec une fenêtre qui donne dans une gaine de service. Compte tenu du fait qu'il n'y avait pas de climatisation la nuit a été courte...

Limpieza y amabilidad del personal muy satisfecho. Desayuno para mi gusto lo básico, aceptable. Nota negativa... sin aire acondicionado.

Nos gustó todo, el trato del personal, el lugar, la habitación... todo. Si tuviese que decir algo malo, sería que no dispone de parking.

日本語が大変上手な方がいらっしゃいます。 日本人観光客には特にオススメしたいホテルです。 アンドラ・ラ・ベリャの中心地にあり、近くに美味しいレストランも多数あります。 327号室は暖房設備の関係で大変暑いですが、それを差し引いてもとても満足できるホテルです。

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel! Es bietet sich an, etwas Französisch oder Spanisch zu sprechen, da in der Rezeption nicht wirklich Englisch gesprochen wird. Von der Busstation ist man in 10 Minuten im Hotel; 3 Minuten entfernt ist ein riesiger Supermarkt. Ich hatte nichts auszusetzen!

Situado en una calle peartonal, sin ruidos. El personal de recepción, muy amable. Nuestra mascota también se sintió muy a gusto. El desayuno, continental, completo.

OK Pour petits budgets

Idéalement situé au coeur du centre historique d'Andorre la Vieille. Accueil sympathique. La chambre sans fenêtre et à la déco défraîchie fera l'affaire pour une nuit vu le prix. Pour les sommeils légers, prévoir boule kiès en raison du bruit (ascenseur et descentes d'eau).

Grande Surpresa

Minha estada no Festa Brava hotel foi uma grande surpresa. O hotel foi escolhido sem maiores avaliações nem.muita expectativa. Porém surpreendeu pela localização muito próxima à avenida Meritxel e ao centro velho. É verdade que para se chegar ao hotel da estação de ônibus, por exemplo, que dista não mais do que 7-10min de caminhada, há uma subida não muito íngreme. Mas, depois, tudo é festa. Próximo ao hotel se encontram shopping center, restaurantes, inclusive de cadeias internacionais de fast food. Uma excelente escolha com um ótimo custo-benefício.

Hotel posizione centrale

Camera luminosa con vasca da bagno, tutto larredamento un po datato, e non troppo pulito, come per esempio le coperte del letto...personale molto serio e poco amichevole, colazione blanda e povera, per una o due notti accettabile.

値段相応の良いホテルです。路地裏のような場所にありますが、街の中心部に位置し、観光名所、ショッピング、レストラン等へのアクセスは抜群で、アンドラ・ラ・ベリャを充分に堪能できるでしょう。国際路線が発着するバス停からも坂を登る必要がありますが徒歩10分程度ですし、良い運動でしょう。部屋は簡易です。朝食も簡易なものです。受付では日本語と英語は通用しない点はご注意下さい。

Point positif : accueillant souriant chambre propre ainsi que la salle de bain lit confortable. Point négatif : vue de la chambre qui donne sur un immeuble très proche de la fenêtre les petits déjeuners aucun buffet déjà servi dans l'assiette et parking payant.

È molto comodo. Per come è fatta la città è l'hotel più vicino al centro congressi. Se devi andare lì è da considerare

Hotel céntrico

Este hotel no puede estar mejor situado; está en una calle peatonal a la que se puede acceder en coche para bajar las maletas; se encuentra en plena zona antigua de la ciudad, rodeado de tiendas, con aparcamiento público muy económico, a menos de cinco minutos a pie, y a un minuto del "rec solá" que te lleva por toda la orilla del río hasta La Massana. El personal del hotel muy amable, respondieron excepcionalmente a mis preguntas y peticiones. El desayuno, que no estaba incluído no es caro, 3€, y es como lo que te puedes encontrar en una cafetería, o incluso mejor, por ese precio.Aunque en la calle hacía entorno a cero grados por la mañana y por la noche, la calefacción del hotel, que se puede regular en la habitación, te hace olvidarte de las bajas temperaturas. Lo peor, al estar en la zona antigua, todos los edificios están muy pegados; en concreto mi habitación tenía una ventana pequeña y al otro lado la pared de un edificio a la que se alcanza con la mano; la conexión wifi por la noche no era muy buena desde la habitación, supongo que por el uso de muchos usuarios. En general, lo recomiendo por lo que pagué por una habitación individual, especialmente si lo que quieres es ir de compras o a caminar.

Para passar uma noite atendeu minha expectativa

Olía a naftalina y tuvimos que abrir la ventana aún así mi mujer estuvo con la garganta y nariz mal.

Andorra bien como siempre pero el hotel pesimo habitacion sin Hacer sin aire acondicionado .interion sin vista ni siquiera a un patio interior,calurosa y sin un triste ventilador.una cueva. El desayu o escaso y sin ningun tipo de eleccion.

Dårlig oplevelse, personalet kan kun tale spansk! God beliggenhed, men dårligt at man ikke kan køre til hotellet. Dyrt at parkere, ingen hjælp fra hotellet med bagagen som skal slæbes virkeligt langt. Seng med PLASTIKUNDERLAG, umuligt at sove på, så det måtte vi selv fjerne. Meget lydt, kunne høre naboen "hygge sig".

El pasaje del Terror!!

Nos dieron la habitación 427,pegada de la cabecera de la cama al ascensor,fué como estar en el Pasaje del Terror toda la noche por el ruido del mismo. La habitación antigua,justita de medidas,lavabo correcto y una mini ventana que daba a un patio interior,mi sorpresa fue encontrarme 4 colillas en la ventana en la parte exterior(deduzco que no limpian demasiado) o sólo lo que se ve. -Lo más moderno de la habitación la tv :( LA VERDAD ES QUE NO REPETIRÍA HOTEL NI GRATIS!!

A pleasant stay in Andorra

A well situated hotel in the centre of town. Adequate comfort. Sadly parking in the town is a little expensive.

Localização, Só!

Localização, TOP MASTER!!!! Café da manha, não vale o preço, muito simples, demais até. Desligavam o Gás que esquenta o quarto, no meio da noite ficou muito frio e próximo das 6 ligaram novamente, todas as noites Cama muito ruim, alias se colocassem umas caminhas melhores e unstravesseiros que não parecem bolo de roupa ia ficar ótimo.

Muy buena relación calidad/precio

Alojamiento acorde a expectativas.Habitación sin lujos, pero correcta, funcional y limpia.Para dormir y ducharte, perfecto.Ubicación muy agradable, en la parte histórica, calles con encanto. Cerca hay un parking.

Déception total.

Premièrement, Hôtel.com nous a assuré que l'hôtel Festa Brava avait un parking privé. Hors ça n'a pas été le cas. De ce fait, nous avons payé 30 euros de parking en plus ... Un vrai scandale de la part de ce site... Sans parler de la médiocrité de l'hôtel (avis général) en comparaison avec l'hôtel Bruxelles où nous avons séjourné précédemment.

Überall waren Haare

Als erstes mussten wir feststellen, dass unser Zimmer kein Tageslicht hat. Das Fenster führte lediglich zu einem ca. 1x1m großen Schacht. Ansonsten war das Zimmer einfach nur unglaublich dreckig, überall waren Haare von früheren Hotelgästen und das leider nicht nur auf dem Boden und im Bad, sondern auch im Bett. Ein Hotelmitarbeiter hat zwar versucht uns saubere Bettwäsche zur Verfügung zu stellen, aber auch die angeblich frischen Bettlaken waren voller Haare. Die Dame an der Rezeption sprach zudem, trotz der vielen internationalen Gäste, kein Wort englisch. Mit dem Auto ist das Hotel schlecht zu erreichen, da es in einer Fußgängerzone liegt.

Un hôtel dans une ruelle du centre ville d'où l'on part à pied découvrir la ville.

No es de los mejores en los que he estado.

La habitación era interior, tenía una ventana que daba a un patio tan pequeño, que la sensación era de claustrofobia. Las sábanas tenían pelos y el colchón no era nada cómodo. La televisión está muy baja y desde la cama no se veía bien. Lo que tengo que decir es que la recepcionista portuguesa era la mejor. Muy amable.

lit de 140 avec les bords arrondis... jamais vu ça, il reste 130 pour dormir à 2.. c'est juste ! petit déjeuner... 1 croissant, 1 petit beurrier, 1 confiture et 2 biscottes.. pas de pain, l'expresso servi à la machine... pas de lait froid et cerise sur le gâteau.. tout en supplément !!.. 1.50 € le yaourt... les gens sont agréables, l’hôtel est bien situé, les prix sont corrects... dommage...

Les + : Emplacement hôtel dans rue piétonne très calme, Service de réception de nuit parfait, petit déjeuner correct jusqu'à 11 h, qualité prix imbattable. Les - : Literie en très mauvais état, insonorisation entre les chambres.

Correcto. Pero en otro ocasión w estuvimos nos dieron una habitación muy bonita con techo de madera y más grande. Esta era muy pequeña y se oiga mucha el ascensor.

horrible,sucio y habitacion helada

La habitacion estaba helada,se negaron a encender la calefaccion y nos dieron una 'estufa', con la que saltaron los plomos. Nos tuvieron que dar otra habitacion (que tb estaba helada), hasta que nos dieron una habitacion interior y menos fria. El suelo del wc estaba lleno de pelos, y en las sabanas tambien (!!!). El desayuno, bastante malo (un croissant y unas magdalenas). Hubiera valido la pena pagar algo mas....

Hotel accueillant, situé dans le centre ville.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, petit déjeuner correct et compris dans le prix de la chambre. Il est idéalement placé pour faire le shopping et visite de la ville à pied. Le seul bémol, c'est qu'il n'y a aucun parking gratuit en Andorre.
