Good experiance
I stayed there for 3 night I made me disappointed and can not sleep at all and there no safe as well
They don’t clean well the toilets but over all good.
As a solo traveller i think the hotel is perfect for someone who's exploring the surrounding area , everything is closer like foods , taskin square. Metro is near too . So yes , little bit if improvement on cleanliness but nothing major . Could do with Restaurants or menu would be ideal apart from that all good.
Super
Perfect
everyting
Great people and so friendly
The gentleman in reception I don’t know his name but he work at evening he was a professional. But the hotel and the street was to much noisy we can not sleep until 5am. Better you sleep during the day all the night is music, in room there is not even a trash box. And the wifi is horrible. We not enjoy our stay.
Perfect
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Extremely cold Air condition did not work
Location
Neat place conveniently situated but the room is very small. There is no place to put luggage or hang towels to dry. Staff are friendly and there’s really nothing to complain about except for the fact that we had to climb over our luggage all the time.
Reservation not returned
Very nice and friendly staff. Great location
The location was nice and clean property. There was noise all night from Kids playing and running all over the place
Dont stay in room 112 .. its close the road and you hear every single noise
I had wonderful time
Friendly hotel
It was good. But i was given the room at the back by reception. And there are clubs at the back playing loud music every night. But overall i enjoyed my stay
The hotel is to small and bad smell in area
A good and easy location to reach neaf Taksim
Trusted place for my next Istanbul trip. Respect
Nice and friendly Hotel in the heart of Taksim. Great management and kind stuff. Made friendship with a lot of shops around the hotel which make you feel great and happy.
Actually it was very clean and the staff were so nice but there was no transportation whatsoever
ساعود اليه ان شاء الله
الموقع ممتاز في قلب شارع تقسيم الاستقبال من الموظفين كان ممتاز ومحترم السعر ممتاز مقابل المكان
I paid cash and an amount was deducted from the visa and later I received a message from the bank that someone tried to use my visa card.
The hotel is good
-The staff very helpful and very friendly - the bed sheets aren't changed every day till we told them but they changed it once we told them - the location of the hotel is very close to taksim square and İstiklal street but the position of the hotel not so good but it's safe because of the police is very close to the hotel
Lovely people
Great staff, very very helpful and friendly.
i really liked staying here! the staff was quite friendly, accommodating and helpful. the location was also great. room was modern and bed was very comfortable! though, the room was tiny (unlike what i saw in photos). breakfast was so so...lucky for me, istanbul has amazing food and so easy to find alternatives!
I liked the humble look and atmosphere of the hotel. I liked that it wasn’t big. Almost like a big family feeling.
Nice hotel, accessible to everywhere so really good location. Only downside to the location was that it was next to the lively nightlife so it was very loud at night, you could hear loud music and noises and people shouting, also it seems they collect rubbish at strange hours so you may be woken up by the noise of rubbish collection as well as police cars honking. But I was aware that there would be noise before I booked was just surprised at the times the noises were until. Breakfast wasn’t too great, but nice they have tea and coffee whenever you want throughout the day. Other than that bed was comfy, all the staff were lovely, polite and helpful (would’ve been helpful if they all spoke some english as that was a barrier) Saleh was so lovely and helpful! Would stay again if I were to visit Istanbul again
Very friendly, helpful and amazing staff
The staff is amazing supportive very helpful the room is clean location is perfect in the heart of istiklal street the breakfast is pretty good very friendly staff it was a pleasure to stay in Ferman Pera Hotel for further more visits I will never hesitate to stay there again
Excellent location, young friendly staff, great and abundant breakfast. Highly recommend!
Excellent place to stay, close to Taksim square! I will be staying there again!
Small, Noisy Rooms, Terrible Breakfast and Staff
I'm not exaggerating when I say, after being a Hotels.com user for 10+ years and hundreds of personal and family stays, this WAS THE WORST STAY. Do not believe the pictures or other positive reviews of this property. Rooms are the size of a closet. Breakfast is served in the basement (vs. rooftop with views of the Bosphorus in our last hotel in the same area). Staff speaks little to no English and are chain-smokers at the entrance! There are 3-4 night clubs/restaurants on the same ally and the rooms were unbearable with noise until 3-4 AM!! They accused my 80-year-old parents of stealing hand towels when my mother was using them on her knees to pray! Stupid energy-saving lights in hallways and stairs go off every 3-5 sec, creating real danger in walking steep stairs. We reserved two rooms and were forced to pay the full rate for an additional room when we arrived. Again, pictures are deceiving of just how small their rooms are. Shower tiles in the ceiling fell in the middle of the night in my parent's room due to faulty plumbing. "Free" breakfast included rotten fruit (and fruit flies) - we went out for breakfast most days. The family joke of the week-long stay at this property become "what will go wrong/badly today?" Staff is indifferent at best. The cheap price is NOT worth the aggravation and a ruined vacation. I tried finding other properties after 2nd/3rd sleepless night and all were booked. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.
Great hotel Good facilities Small rooms Great locations
The location of the hotel is perfect. But if you have to pass through a street where you don’t feel so safe. You will hear loud music until 3 am. The breakfast is awful! The rooms are too small
Excellent
Excellent Hotel. Great friendly and helpful staff.
Noisy rooms
Very solid place to stay - pleasantly surprised
Really an amazing hotel. Reception is english-speaking and very accomodating/helpful. Hotel was recently renovated, so room was clean with bed and pillows very comfy. Breakfast was good. Also right on Istiklal Street, so location is excellent. Overall an excellent place to stay.
Everything was fine...A good location in taksim. 👍👍
It was one of the worst times of my life. I am a frequent traveler and let me tell you if you can tolerate extra loud music till 5:30 am this hotel is for you. Also the shower had problem and the water was stuck on the floor of shower and also it leaked out to the whole room and my stuff got wet.The staff was really friendly and they tried their best to make me satisfy. The room was really clean but I had a real hard time sleeping which ruined my whole stay at istanbul.
Sehr freundlich
Es simple bien ubicado muy agradable Zona de galata muchas tiendas y bares
Das einzige was uns gefallen hat war die Lage, Sauberkeit 5- die bettwäschen waren mit Haare
Good price good location
Katastrophe!!!!!!

The property is good but there was no tea making facilities, the stairs at the entrance make it not very child friendly but we managed. The staff were helpful and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location itself I would not recommend for anyone old age or with children as no taxi driver agrees to take you back to taksim due to the heavy traffic. So better to stay on the other side of Istanbul if you have family , couples can handle the hiking up and down the hills.
