Gorgeous spot to be at. Wonderful staff. Average food. Noisy and not as peaceful as expected. Incredibly beautiful view of the neighbouring island seen from the main sitting area
Excellent service
Very quiet hotel by the Nile. Very good restaurant that serves local food. Nothing in the area. Ideal for one or two night. Excellent service
The property is fine. Nice outdoor space, friendly staff. But it is in a little remote area. It was perfect for one night before we boarded our dahabiya for 3 days. We enjoyed it
Super palace very friendly enjoyed my stay.
The name here may lead you to believe that you're staying at a big, fancy resort--if you think that, you'll be disappointed. This is a really great SMALL resort. They serve breakfast, they have a lovely restaurant with great food for lunch/dinner, and they will pick you up at the airport if you set it up beforehand. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they made me a packed breakfast and lunch for my Abu Simbel excursion. I do think they could make life easier by writing up a short hotel guide, with information about services offered and handy tips. Also this is not the most convenient area to stay in Aswan (it can be hard to get drivers to pick you up), and there isn't much outside of the resort area. On the upside--it was quiet!
Perfect
+ : le lieu est calme. Les chambres sont propres. Étant client VIP sur hotels.com, ils m’ont proposé un surclassement. Les employés sont très accueillants. Les prix des boissons sont corrects. Le séjour était parfait
Everything was excellent
The food was very good. The pool was clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and polite.
Hello I was there for 2 nights so it’s good for just passing through. And nothing else.
the staff is amazing and the property Devine.
Booked this Hotel over several similar hotels that were priced better because of reviews but the hotel was just average for this type of hotel in Egypt. When I checked in I asked for assistance getting to the Unfinished Obelisk and if there were tours or a souk close by the Hotel. The manager booked a very safe and nice driver to take us to the Obelisk but when we returned to hotel to go shopping at the souk the girl the manager asked to do it didn’t want to and she said to follow her. We walked for about 15 minutes in a dirty and sketchy area of Aswan while she talked on the phone complaining about having to take us. I asked if we were almost there and she said it would be a walk up a hill to see the town(nothing I asked to do)then another 30 minutes to Souk. I said never mind. She called an open air TukTuk driven by a 10 year old boy who almost knocked my daughter to the ground as he pulled off she was climbing in. We went back to hotel and to our room. The manager did refund the $20’s we paid for the tour. The people in the room next to us decided to party in front of our room instead of the big area set up for evening relaxation.
Great spot to chill.
Nice hotel!
Amazing place to stay in Aswan ! Thumbs up for the staff. Quiet and relaxing place.
I spent three days in Aswan, away from the hustle and bustle of Cairo. I was able to relax while looking out over the Nile. The exterior and interior of the room were very cute and stylish. I felt that it was run by someone with artistic taste. There isn't much information about the hotel, but the food was plentiful and all very delicious. I am very grateful for the wonderful response of the staff when I fell ill. Also, the Egyptian music played by the staff after the meal was wonderful, and it was the best memory of this trip. Next time I visit Aswan, I would like to relax at this hotel for about a week.
The resort is super cute and the staff is very nice ! The room was basic and simple, perfect enough for one night.
It is a pleasure to visit Fenti for the second time. Nice place and great staff.
