Excellent service

One of the best hotels in the world.

We’ve stayed all over the world and keep coming back to Fendi Suites.

The location is a 10 as in the middle of the best shopping in Rome. Most tourist spots are in walking distance, ie Colosseum, Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, etc.Breakfast is cooked to order and is great. As noted in previous posts, Fendi doesn't have usual concierge services as there is limited staff present. If you can plan your own site seeing and dining you should consider Fendi.

The bathroom vanity did not have enough room for my wife’s make up and all of her bathroom accessories. Otherwise, everything else is fantastic

Nice place

Loved our stay here. Fantastic suite in the heart of the shopping district. Having access to Zuma was a huge plus will return. Get room 7 if you can.

not worth it for the price they charged you

Location is good but also quite noisy. Could hear people talking on the streets in the early morning, could hear next door showering and talking. Was told no electricity the next morning 6-8am when we checked in. So couldnt sleep well in the morning as it was so stuffy. When we opened the windows, it was so noisy outside. Overall experience not good. Not worth the money we paid for. Staff overall very friendly except for one

All was great but the breakfast stuff needs to be upgraded. Doesn’t match with the rest of Fendi.

Exceptional property

Fendi Private Suites is an exceptional property. Great location - equidistant from all the historic sites and in the heart of great shopping. Not the place for people who want the traditional "hotel" experience -- i.e., multiple restaurants, gift shop, etc. Small and intimate. Staff is also excellent.

Location is awesome, amenity lacking. Service is awesome. Love and hate with a small boutique hotel.

The staff was INCREDIBLE. They really made us feel welcome and like we were VIP. Will definitely be returning here yearly to celebrate our anniversary after they made our honeymoon so perfect!

Amazing and gorgeous property. Our deluxe suite was HUGE, and the shower was a dream. The staff was so kind and wonderful. It’s in an amazing location with the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain very close by. I HIGHLY recommend this hidden gem of Rome!

Fun for a night of 2

It’s a very tiny place with hardly any staff so it’s a good thing and not a good thing at the same time. Very lovely and very helpful and caring when you’re there but messy back and forth emails when booking. The breakfast was at Zuma but terrible. Nothing to eat. Super clean, amazing location and very comfortable room

Great location and beautiful suites. Very exclusive and different

The suite was absolutely perfect, bed and bedding were fabulous, very clean, good staff. Breakfast included and was lovely, good selection. Chamomile tea in the evening was a great touch No door on the shower keeps the showering a little on the cold side. First thing in the morning, slight smell of cooking from the restaurant above but disappears by 10am

Great property with amazing location

After intesive search for a hotel in Rome, we conculded to stay in Fendi private suites. The hotel simply is one of a kind, from location, rooms to food, everything was as expected. Its a boutique hotel, but will meet all your expectation. The rooms and lobby area are classy in style. Very satisfied with our Zuma restaurant experience, as well as our breakfast. Can’t wait for our next visit!!

Staying at the Fendi Suites is one of my favorite travel experiences ever. The hotel is gorgeous and I love the artistic thought that was put into the decor. The service is impeccable. Breakfast is a real treat. The location is right in the middle of it all. I'm so happy I found this spot!

deserves more than 5 stars, because everything was beyond expectations. Even the simplest things which are often overlooked in my experience. Hope to see more Fendi hotels open up.

Perfect location, great staff, beautiful decor and a very unique experience.

Small hotel, great location, nice breakfast

Very comfortable bed, shower and room. Breakfast is very nice and quiet at rooftop terrace of Zuma. Few things that needs improvement are wifi quality and bathroom amenities.

Amazing hotel by an amazing brand, all the staff members were amazing, I loved the tour they gave us for the Fendi Pallazzo, the location could not be better ! the best location in Rome ! the restaurant is amazing ! loved everything about it

Nice moder rooms

Conveniently located near the Spanish steps. Beautiful rooms. Only downside is the breakfast is never ready for 7:30(starts at 7:30). It takes the staff to about 20 min to set the buffet up. Seems like the hotel lacks of staff or lacks of organization.

Great Service and Decor!

Service was great and every staff was very kind and attentive. Our room was enough for three people with one extra bed. Located in the heart of luxury shopping district, but it was quiet and comfortable. so, for shopping it is the best location. You can see Spanish Step from the main entrance. Rest room was large enough for using three people together. Toilet amenity is Italian high quality products like Marvitz toothpaste. Breakfast selection was little bit limited but the qulaity was very good.

Amazing stay at Fendi

Me& my husband enjoyed staying at Fendi, it’s such a beautiful experience . The location of the hotel is very convenient and close to the shopping center along with some historic places. I love Fendi private suites and will stay there again!

Didn't want to leave the room

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. You wouldn't want to leave your room. And because there aren't many rooms, service is very personalized. The location was perfect ! 2 minute walk to Spanish steps and all the fabulous brands at your doorstep.

Book it!

Nothing here is bad. Every thought, need and wish has been anticipated...down to chamomile tea waiting for you before you turn into bed. Located in a great area for shopping and sightseeing is a huge plus, as is the insanely comfortable bed and huge shower. Wish we could've stayed forever!!!! The Italians, especially Fendi are fabulous.
