Secondo me l'hotel è il migliore a Naama bay.
An amazing place in sharm i stays 3 days , everything in resort beautiful i like the place next time i will stay one week!
Rather outdated buildings, we had to chage a room just because our villa was looking broken (all was working, but not AC for example had only two setting - on and off. All inclusive is repeatitive, after four days is annoying. Had no lamb when I was anticipating it in Egypt. Very enjoyable stay, super friendly and helpful staff, very green facility. Great for 3-4 days stay.
3*
Typical egyptian 3* hotel Dont trust revews at google maps! Food coud be better Rooms are old
Great location in centre of Naama Bay
Great hotel situated in well kept grounds next to the beach in the centre of Naama Bay. We had a middle bungalow in a block of four with a glimpse of the sea through the palm trees. The room was comfortable with tea and coffee and two bottles of water provided every day. The bathroom was modelled on an American motel with a counter the length of the room so plenty of space unlike many modern bathrooms! However, the bathroom was starting to show its age! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was good with plenty of choice.
We are 2 British lady 60 plus and 70 plus with egyptian boy so we reserved two rooms. Upon arrival while unpacking suitcase in the boys room at nightvas we arrived 9 pm . Reception called us that women are not allowed in boys room. Folliw up by a call that foreigners are not allowef to be in same room with egyptian male So next time will book family room instead.
Nice stay
Good position just off promenade in Naama Bay. Room very clean and comfortable bed. Room needs updating- particularly the bathroom. Have stayed 3 times but felt that food for evening meal very repetitive
The resort sits on the very best beach in Naama Bay. Unfortunately it is old and looks very run down. Examples are the constant presence of ants in the bathroom and near the patio door, door locks that are broken and have been replaced with a make shift lock that still allows the door to open an inch. Internet is not routinely available in the rooms but in the reception area only. We were able to get internet in our room by insisting on it. The food in the buffet is very inconsistent. Some nights it was quite good while other nights it was poor. Breakfast buffets are always the same and become boring very quickly. We have come several times during the past 15 years and it is slowly deteriorated. It's a shame because it sits on a prime piece of beach. They should consider demolishing it and building a new resort that is modern and meets the expectations of most travelers.
Worst place ever. It's too old they need to renew all the rooms because they are in bad condition. The staff are lazy you need to ask multiple times for anything. No Internet. I will not come to them again even if it’s free.
The staff are excellent giving you the best service
Great Hotel & Staff at Fayrouz Resort
This is my fave hotel in Sharm, the staff are always friendly and curtious, I have stayed there many times and will continue to do so, I know call them my friends..
They cheated me on 3 meals and they made me pay huge amount for 4 piece shrimps I have the picture and every evidence They brought the ( check with light color ) They r cheaters and changed the name of the meal They also tried to take more money that if u want to clean ur room
What I liked the most it was really quiet.
This hotel was in a great location, just 5-10 minute walk to the most popular part of the town, but the rooms were pretty outdated and the wifi was very spotty. Nice manicured landscaping, decent pool and nice designated beach area. Standard buffet meals but notably dinner was also included. They did give 2 gallon jugs of water in our room each day. Staff was highly variable, some great and some not so great.
Great stay!
Wonderful stay with kids Quiet hotel on the beach with 2 great pools breakfast standard Dinner average
There was no wifi in the hoo
Stayed here in February after having our trip to Mauritius cancelled. This was our 4th stay at the Fayrouz previously staying here pre-pandemic times. The hotel is well-positioned on a lovely promenade that takes you into Naama Bay. The pool is clean & beach is lovely with amazing coral. The grounds are gorgeous. The staff work very hard and are what make this resort so welcoming! But, we really did struggle with the lack of food choice at all times of the day. If you are looking at somewhere that gives you a wide range of foods this is not it. Breakfast is basic, same at lunch and dinner. We also found the food always to be warm and never hot. Im a pescetarian and diabetic and after speaking to the Mohammed (Manager) he very kindly arranged to have meals cooked to cater for my dietary requirements which we were amazed and made me feel very special - I thank the whole team for making our experience something to remember! You can venture into Naama Bay where you can find markets, shops, and good steak (for you carnivores) and sea food restaurants on your doorstep but again if you are vegetarian you may struggle. The WIFI is a real issue at the hotel, very intermittent and the connection is only available poolside, restaurant or lobby. Not ideal if you fancy streaming Netflix or check emails in the room. It was lovely not to have to queue at meal times or to get a sunbed either at the pool or beach. The beach towels should be replaced in your room but it doesn't actually h
Fayrouz is in the perfect location in Sharm. It has large rooms spread across a large site with lots of well-maintained gardens. It has several pools, one of which is heated. There is plenty of choice of food in the restaurant. The staff are truly excellent. They also responded to problems. Our safe didnt work, but they fixed it promptly. The shower had only a dribble, they made an improvement within the day. But it did not work perfectly. The AC in the children's room, next door, did not work and they fixed that before we returned. They came within an hour when the water from the AC dripped though the ceiling. The beach should be one of the best features. It is huge and the sea is gorgeous. Amongst the soft white sand there are two hundred umbrellas topped with old palm leaves. But there are not enough sun beds. All of them are occupied soon after 9.00 each morning. They need to buy one hundred new ones immediately and then another hundred each year to replace those which are ripped. The hotel needs money spending on it. However, we had a superb holiday and will go back to that resort even in its current condition.
Sandy beach are so nice
Just the best.
This was our 23rd stay at the Feyrouz and No 24 is already booked for Christmas/New year.It really is that good for all your needs , for us it is known as " our second home" and ALL the staff make it feel that way.So, see you soon in the Pirates Bar.
Run a way
They must give them 2 stars only Nothing was good
Great location
Great place great location friendly staff
Why you shouldn’t book Fayrouz Resort
1. Their is no Wi-Fi on the room and lobby only beside the restaurant and it’s very weak 2. I had to change rooms because of the AC 3. The key ring was weak (partly opened) i lost the key because of it and was charger 300EGR 4. Food is ok not great just ok 5. Old furniture 6. THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! 7. Don’t book partial sea view you can’t see anything from your room or balcony 8. I can lost more than 100 annoying things
Nice place in Neasma bay
The place is in great location very nice , food wasn’t that great the beach is so nice the front deck people was great Mohamd aly and Mahmoud they was very friendly and helpful, the place needs activities
Great location
Location is great friendly stuff, needs updating
It was good but the rate is high compared with other hotels.
Worst property I have ever stayed in. The rooms are dirty and the hotel is not a 4 star Dont stay at this hotel!
Week in the land of sand 😁👍
The overall stay was great, staff were excellent, the overall resort was very clean & tidy. They in the process of refreshing/updating the chalets/rooms, ours was mint clean etc but you could see it was in need of a refresh, we did see some which had been refreshed & they were a excellent standard.
The location is great, Beach is close and nice. Rooms ok can use a remodel. The food was terrible although we paid half board we hardly ate at the buffet restaurant and opted to pay in other restaurants.
Short in stuff. Not organized. They have lost my luggage. Ordered a drink and waited for 45 minutes and they did not bring it.
I only syayed 1 night, so didn't see a lot of the hotel. My room and the Pirates Bar were excellent.
fantastic stay
good service and daily cleaning room.food abit blunt after a while. quite room maybe because of low season nevertheless. receptionist was a real treat cant remember his name very helpful tho. everywhere so green and beachs beautiful
Great location, good value
Travel during COVID, so some changes, but overall great experience. Food was good, beach clean and security 24/7. The snorkeling was amazing. The room is a little dated, but comfortable.
I like only the location. I didn't like the furniture very old. the Pillows were worn. The hot water in the bathroom not available during the morning time. bathtub drain was takes time to pull the water. i made complains, they send maintenance guys two times without fixing the issues.
Perfect Location and good the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Amazing location, good service, fantastic beach
95% Arab guests, 3 star hotel at best
Since The Separation of the Hilton and the Fayrouz resort the standards have clearly dropped, despite having an email that confirmed we would have one room with two double beds for a family of 4, that email was sent to me by Fayrouz resort themselves. On checking in this was not the case, so after a lot of arguing on arrival at 3am we eventually settled with a double bed, a single bed and then a fold away metal bed that was simply not fit for purpose, broken Springs etc really shoddy. The hotel staff were very good in fairness and the beach is incredible by far and away the best in Naama Bay for location and quality. The majority of guests about 95% are all Middle Eastern and it appears the hotel caters for them as they get cheap package tours from whatever country they travel to Sharm from. Any of the swimming pool rules with regard to swimming attire, loud music anything rules really, they all get broken and there's never anything done about it, shame because of its location it could be good but we will not return
Bad service
WiFi is not reliable. Needs a deep clean. Maybe I am used to better service, but I was stressed out the entire time. Only the spa is the good part.
Bad service. Needs a remodel. WiFi is bad.
I paid for a 7 day WiFi card and it only worked for 5 days. During the five days, I was at the reception desk asking them to fix it every day. I was very disappointed they still wanted to charge me for 7 days. They also wanted to charge me for water that was never stocked in the refrigerator. They also stocked the fridge with old chocolate and still wanted me to pay for it. “If you opened it, you have to pay for it.” How was I supposed to know it was old until I opened it? The chocolate was brittle and white when it was supposed to be brown. Not cool. Needs overall deep clean. Tiles are dirty.
The staff was very friendly and despite the news in the media we never felt unsafe. I spent 2 wonderful weeks with my 3 daughters there.
This is no longer at a western standard. It is a dump. Do not stay there. Awful experience! We left early!
The check-in experience was horrible. I was asked to leave my original passport with them as I was "travelling alone with only a back pack and staying for one night". I told them to lock the limit on my credit card like hotels around the world but they had no idea what that is. I ended up leaving my driver's license with them. The security at entrance was also rude. The furniture was old and bathroom tiles were broken. it was pitch dark outside the room as the entrance light was not working. The ac was loud and the overall room condition was pretty bad. This is by no means a 4-star resort.
the check in was slow. the hotel was a bit old dated. the beach and the pool were amazing.
Spa is not free like sona I don't mean massage But every hotel make it free
Pool bar was not open, pool was dirty. Room was outdated and dirty.
They told me I don’t have a resirvation and they canceled it
Very good hotel and close to all directions. Staff are helpful and rooms are clean.
The staff at the reception was roud. Asking checkout at 1:00 pm was refused. After keep talking, they agreed. Also, at the check out, they asked me to pay for some items in the minibar. After exeplaining that i didn’t take any thing from the minibar, they agreed. Unfirtuantly, after removing the hiton’s association, the hotel wet down.
I like spend time there good place in center food was normal and sea was amazing
The location of the hotel is good right at the heart of Neamaa Bay. The hotel staff are pleasant especially the night shift, not too impressed with the morning shift. Over all a pleasant experience.
Very bad hotel
Bad service and dirty room But good location
Good
Excellent location, beach and walking distance to night happening are
Beautiful beach right outside or hotel room .
Amazing time in Sharm at this perfect hotel .Staff were so helpful and very welcoming . We will be back to this hotel !!
Hotel need manitnace
I book my Hotel with out looking to the price stay becouse of the name the hotel Hilton , I was shocked about this Hilton in Sharm El-sheick in this condition .
Great hotel in the beach
This hotel is very nice, but on this area there are many other equivalent hotels, so it is really difficult to recommend one. However, the beach assigned to it is very nice and clean, the room is very comfortable, and overall is nice and simple. The breakfast was really good, and the staff is very nice and friendly.
Very hospitable & accomodating employees.
The employees were very polite and couldn't do enough to make sure that our stay was nice. Beautiful grounds and surrounding area. Rash day we returned to our clean room with a different design on the bed.
Everything is not allowed
Nice Location , directly on the beach.
It was a wonderful vacation, Staff is well organized and friendly, very good location near the beach and the city center,Also many markets nearby, pharmacy, Bank is 2 minutes walking. Water activities on the beach, you will enjoy a lot in Hilton Fayruz.
the hotel is not new but clean and the location is great,, you can reach na'ama bay 10 minutes walking , there is a mini market and pharmacy near the hotel. the room is fine and clean, the beach is great and all hotel staff are more than great and helpful
Excelent exprince will come again
Nice hotel has a privet beach stuff was very kind and gentel .
Best location in sharm. Right on the sands
On the sands, good food. Cold beer at the beach bar. Best entertainment facilities. Should try the Sina Dream. Trust us u won't regret. Best spa ever.
A great staff that makes you feel you're in a 5*
The staff was fantastic, they treat you like king Specially the restaurant staff and the reception & the taxi service the room service is great.
Lovely
This hotel is great, it is close to the beach and the a very short walk to the centre of Namma Bay. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and all have a view of the pool or the gardens. The room decor is slightly dated but that's not a big deal. The staff are very friendly and chat to you. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay in it again.
Nice hotel close to naama beach and machayia
Nice hotel stayed for five days four nights. Excellent location. Breakfast is fine. Staff are friendly and welcoming
Great location
Great hotel, great location, friendly staff, not hassled for joining in with sports etc (unlike some other hotels). Beach clean, plenty of sunbeds and not cramped together. Had a great time, would recommend.
Great location on the beach and close to town.
Friendly, welcoming staff. Best section of beach in the bay. Good breakfast selection and meal options. Special thanks to Ahmed for the wonderful creations he made with our towels and bedding in room 416. He made us feel very special. Julia May made sure we were looked after in the restaurant and all the staff were friendly and efficient.
Family trip
The hotel and staff good but my biggist problem was the insects inside room specially the army of ants everywhere
Good value hotel with great snorkelling beach
The hotel has many nice swimming pools and is within walking distance to wide variety of bars, restaurants and shopping area. The best part was the beach where kids could snorkel and see beautiful fish in the nearby coral reefs.
Gem in Naama Bay - Sharm
I booked, Hilton Fayrouz with some careful research of the options available. The decision proved more than right, this is excellent hotel in Naama Bay with lovely private beach front at the door step. This location is perfect for visiting any part of Sharm like Old Market, Soho square both are at the short taxi ride from the hotel. Namma Bay centre is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I wanted to do diving and Hilton Fayrouz has great diving centre, Anthias, within their campus close to beach. In all, you would struggle to find better star hotel in Naama bay. Lovely hotel with nice spread and landscape.
wonderful stay
would do it again with all family very nice location, you can find everything you want, safe for the family private beach
Bed, breakfast & scuba only
Took bed & breakfast only for a 14 night sty. Convenient for dive centre I was using (next door). Good location for evening meals elsewhere. Would not wish to stay any closer to Naama Bay centre. I only come to dive. Sharm is soulless otherwise.
Nice place but room needed updating
Lovely location, could walk into town easily along the beach and the private beach & pools were great, but the hotel room was a bit tired and outdated - clean but very basic, old furniture and the bathroom needed re-doing. The staff were very helpful and nice. The breakfast was ok but not fantastic.
Nice stay at Hilton Fayrouz Sharm el Sheikh
Overall we had a nice stay at Hilton. The beach is just off the hotel, the surroundings of hotel are nice, room was comfortable, food good in restaurant and staff very friendly. The hotel itself is situated in a very noisy and lively area especially in the evenings where the nightclubs/bars go on to 3 am some mornings so if you want peace and quiet this is maybe not the hotel for you.
Needs Maintenance.
I dont usually complain, but i would say the following based on my 7 days that i spent in this hotel. Breakfast was not good everything feels like not fresh. coffe was bad in the breakfast. AC in the room was not functioning we called them 3 times to get it fixed. in the garden so many insects. good thing everyone was smiling. bad thing one guy named mohammed in breakfast team was saying jokes to me and my wife i didn't feel comfortable at all by the jokes be friendly and smile and thats enough thanks.
Good hotel with everything you may need
The structure is a bit out dated but overall is very comfortable and pleasant. We chose this resort because of its diving centre which did not disappointed us. The beach is also huge with a nice reef just in front. Breakfast was good and varied. We would come back to this facility
Older hotel in a good location with it's own beach
A good location, on the beach, I particularly liked the layout of the hotel with bungalows grouped together around grass area's or small pools. The hotel is one of the older properties and is in need of refurbishment as the bathroom was dated and needed some maintenance although everything worked. The metal patio furniture legs were badly corroded and soon will become a problem. The staff without exception were friendly and very good at their jobs and were happy to help in any way they could. Two small issues were more a management problem, when ordering a glass of wine in the restaurant it was kept in another bar and I had to wait 15 mins for it to arrive and when checking out there was a discrepancy on Wifi usage and a manager was called to inspect my devices, once he established it was not used by me he just turned away with no apology, it was left to the receptionist to apologise!! This disappointed me!
It is Hilton but within Egypt limitations...
Even though the front desk and the room service staff are great at their services, you will meet the worst waiters at the restaurant - they can interrupt you (even for 3-4 times) at your dinner to stop eating but to go to the reception or paying in cash immediately without waiting until you finish your dinner. Worst restaurant experience ever!
Best location
Best location when staying in Sharm. Close to most what there is at Sharm which is the beach. But walkable to the busier night streets.
ok
Kind of old... but great value of what was paid
Location
Location location location perfect - hotel rooms are tired but you do have great staff great breakfast several pools private large beech and can stroll into town (naama bay) each night - perfect
Holiday
Excellent place to stay. Bathroom was the only thing that was dissappointing. Staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us.
nice hotel
nice hotel good location. wifi wasnt free as advertised
Great value hotel right in heart of Naama Bay
Efficient check-in, we were upgraded to a sea view room and also offered a special price to add dinner to our B&B booking. The room was comfortable with coffee/tea making facilities, although looking a little tired. Really powerful and hot shower in the bathroom and was clean. Food in the restaurant was excellent and particularly the Seafood theme dinner with beautifully cooked mackerel and fresh mussels. It's a 5 minute walk along the seafront to the main shopping/bar area of Naama Bay and as always Camel Bar is a firm favourite for an after dinner drink.
Nice beach. Good location
My second stay here. Very good central location and excellent beach for snorkelling with lots of corals and fish. Hotel rooms especially the bathrooms need updating. Service at breakfast very hit and miss.
Home From Home
This was our 7th time staying at the Hilton Fayrouz, and yet again fantastic stay. The staff are all great. Nothing too much trouble. Shame the Al Fresco restaruant is no longer part of the half baord, but it is cheap enough to eat out in Naama Bay.
Very good hotel
Very good hotel. But the missing is the free internet at the reception area
Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location
We have just returned from 2 weeks staying at the Hilton Fayrouz hotel. I thought the Hotel was lovely and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms could do with decorating but as far as we were concerned that is only a minor detail. The food was excellent with a huge range to suit everyones taste. The hotel is right on a lovely sandy beach and close to the night life in Nama Bay. Pirates bar is well worth visiting as Emad Mohamed and Tamer are extremely friendly and ensure that you receive a warm welcome there.
fabulous location
what the hotel lacks in any department it makes up for in its fabulous location, great beach and helpful team
One of the best hotel
It is my first time in Sharm. This hotel is probably one of the best hotels there. I liked the location that is near to Naama area and the long beach of the hotel.
Best hotel in naama bay
We have stayed many times at hilton fayrouz and would not stay anywhere else in naama bay. For me it is perfect as it owns the best stretch of beach and is five minutes away from the hustle and bustle of naama bay. The hotel is a little old but clean and very well kept.Beautiful well kept gardens and a very tranquil atmosphere. The bungalows are so peaceful and private with terraces to sit outside. Love it and will definitely return
Good location but poor food quality and rooms
When we arrived the room were not ready. Rooms were not ready until 5:30 PM. the air condition dripped water and we have to call service. There was ants in the room. We could not get beach towels in the first day because they told us it is 7:00 PM and they are closed. The food quality is very poor and there wAr not enough meet in the second night fro dinner. The location was great in the middle of Nimaa bay. I will rate it 2,5 Stars out of 5 stars
Excellent stay
Excellent stay with a fabulous beach and helpful staff and excellent open buffet menu
Desperately needs some work
Hotel is at best a 3 star hotel, and is very tired. Sunchairs around pool and beach are almost all broken and uncomfortable - need to be replaced. Towels both in the room and by the pool are like cardboard; sheets on the beds are bobbly, pillows and bed hard and lumpy. All need to be replaced. Rooms are clean but tired, the doors didn't fit in the frame and didn't shut properly. Rinsing room coffee cups in the bathroom sink, rather than replacing with clean is disgusting - especially when there is a sign in the bathroom saying don't drink the water. On the plus side, all the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast - the lady on the door was brilliant. Overall, OK for a short stay, but set your expectations for an aging 3 start hotel.
Perfect location, little bit tired.
Been here several times over the past two years. Unfortunately due to the lack of tourists standards have slipped somehow. Reception staff really good and pleasant. Room - ok but daily cleaning was sparse, things were not changed or replenished and it was a constant calling reception to ask for towels, sheets, water, coffee....gave up after 3 days.,.. Location is perfect for naama bay.
Not special hotel
The hotel has no hilton options Air condition not cold Very very old tv and not working properly
Nice and relaxing trip to the Sharm
Super holiday, nice hotel, exactly what I needed.
Nice good hotel literally beach front
Relaxing. Very helpful staff. Nice gardens very large beach
Good old Hilton
This was our third visit to the Hilton Fayrouz resort so there were no surprises for us. The hotel was fairly quiet but the standard of service is second to none. All amenities are extremely clean and the hotel is ideally situated on the beach.
JAZ Fayrouz | Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh | Travala.com
Easy access to pools, beach and dining. The room was only fair as the floor was dirty. The food was hit or miss.
