Room not serviced till 1430 and water not replaced unless asked

Filthy room, dirty towels, bed sheet, table and walls. Room not sound proofed at all. For the price, totally a rip off.

Second time stay there as usual a lot of Restaurants around the hotel and pascal mall just one step in front the hotel

The room was just ok. When I got the room, the electricity in my room didn't work. They didn't offer a new room, instead called some guys to fix it. The pillows don't look so clean. I think they change the pillow case, but the color is not as white as it should be so that it doesn't look clean.

Hotel with great value next to a shopping mall

If you are looking for a place to stay in the center of the heart of Bandung, this is the place. Affordable, reasonably clean, pleasantly polite staff, and close to a shopping mall.

Shopping mall is just across hotel,24 hrs mini market just next door others facilities such as looking for food 2 to 3 minutes walking and 10 to 15 minutes to Bandung train station

i stay at room 532, with my friend at 522 and 552. in my room i found dirty bed linen, shower bathroom clogged, lots of big ants and the room is noisy because behind the hotel is a busy road and there is motor racing at 1 am. apparently the windows are not soundproof.

Location is good but not worth the price

The best thing about this hotel is its location, near Paskal 23 shopping mall, paskal food market and chinatown. But the room and the facilities is not worth the price. I have stayed at another favehotels before but my experience here is not too good. The room is too small and not comfortable for me. However the staff is friendly.

Not comfortable

My worst experience ever... First Staff at Reception was not friendly. Second room was dirty, toilet was not fully equip & clog easily. Receptions was not friendly & housekeeping even came to clean only to clear rubbish n tidy up bed.Dusty curtains n ants...Was charge extras RP$200,000 for dirty linens caused by stains. Staff respond on clog drains was slow I admires the front security staff the best so far. Location quite good near Paskal21 but the shopping centre was not even fully opened maybe some shops was under Reno. My last time goin there. Was on my honeymoon & worst experience ever. Been to many othrs n this is way Bad. Breakfast wasnt even gd. Food were dry n not kept warm...

This is my second time putting up in this hotel for more than 3 days. If you're travelling with a group and the majority are on a budget, this is the perfect hotel. A pretty central location surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Mie Rica is a famous stall that sells great local noodle dish with fried wanton. Across the hotel is a newly opened mall called Paskal 23. One of the 2 rooms that I booked had a really bad stench coming out from the toilet. We solved the issue by buying a room diffuser.

Just cross by new mall and stores are around.

Nothing special all staff from front are very friendly and most smiling.Room quite small no refrigerator.

Loud noises

The hotel is located next to a busy street. Lots of cars traffic noises even late at night which kept me up.

A nice stay at a 3yr old hotel well maintained with very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is well situated near a mall, ktv lounge, paskal night food market and even a club.

The rooms hotel is too small. And there are no facilties for hotel property, e.g: tea/coffee compliments and kettel electrics.

City Center Hotel, Lots of Foods, Easy to Access

Price is right, location can't be better, ample of parking space (albeit surrounded by under construction building in Hypersquare complex). Cleanliness can be improved. One complaint about Hypersquare condition, road asphalt teardown here and there making it not comfortable to roam around the complex on car.

Poor cleanliness and maintanances

We checked in the evening and found that the room was too small for deluxe room! And room was too cramp with poor lighting,totally different with fave hotel in palembang and lombok which we have stayed. Along the corridor got very bad smell,the bath room seems to be not sweap,found hairs and dust on the floor,shower curtain is stain and dirty.Our aircond was not work,we highlighted to Front Office staff, he identified directly,and called engineering to check,found the filter was dirty,and the coldest was not very cold,we put the temperature at 18 degress but feel like room temperature. We decided to let it be since at least we can breathe in and anyway we only stay for one night. The water dispenser was empty,HK should frequently check it. Breakfast was totally messed,staff was not very fast responsive to clean up the dirty table and dishes. The hotel managment needs big refresh on their room maintanances and staff service flow, needs more training on room cleanliness,especially on high peak period

Simple and Proper.

Location wise was alright, lots of shops nearby. A lil noisy due to the hectic traffic around. Room was comfortable and clean, size was not bad. Good and clean toilet. Very good laundry service. Enjoyed hanging out at the lounge/cafe downstairs with coffee and snacks, was lucky on the last day i was there a band was playing. Staffs was helpful and friendly. In-room massage was okay. Overall not bad, would come again.

A little far from the main tourist attractions

When booking this a room at this hotel, please avoid the top few floors if there is a function at the ballroom, as the noise will permeate into your room. The staff are helpful and that is definitely the saving grace of this hotel.

Terrible plumbing

We have spent 2 days at this hotel, when we slept @ night we've shocked by the noice from the plumbing next door, the noice is killing me arrgh, hotel staff & engineer still cannot fixed the problem until we've checked out But overall the hotel is good,clean, close to the food market so we can enjoying Bandung cullinary

What you pay is what you get....

Stayed there with my family, booked 3 rooms for all of us. Rooms are smaller than what we expected. Some funny set up for the bathroom drainage, the water would gather around the area closest to the door as that is the lowest point while the drainage opening was at the opposite end from the door, making the bathroom always in the state of having a pool of water and messy. The neighbourhood is OK though, very close by food market....!

Clean and good value

Quite new hotel within Hypermarket Square where you can find some shops and restaurants. The windows seemed to have bad insulation so I found the traffic noise (if you face the road) quite loud and a bit annoying. Otherwise it was all fine.
