The apartment was very roomy and comfortable. The check-in needed to be scheduled well in advance which isn't that convenient and I feel should have been communicated up front. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4 day stay. The apartment needs a spatula!

Overall was good the only drawback was the shower it didn't have a great water flow.

The picture looks nice and it is a fairly new apartment. However, there are HIDDEN CHARGES for everything - early check-in (100 pounds), need to stow your luggage (2 pounds per piece per hour), late check out, sure. They will nickel and dime you. Quite despicable and turned a holiday into a budgetary nightmare. AVOID!

Great apartment in Central London - I'd book again

The apartment is straight opposite the entrance to City Thameslink train station (for direct trains to/from Gatwick and Luton airports), and less than 5mins walk to St Paul's (Central Line) tube station. Check-in very straightforward. Spacious apartment (by London standards) with everything you need; seperate bedroom, combined living room/dining room/kitchen, and combined toilet/shower.
