Stay away from this place. They turn off the air conditioning in dining hall and lobby and hall ways and all other common areas in July!!!! You feel like like you are in hell trying to survive on sweets and fresh fruit because their food is so tasteless and unprofessionally prepared. Eggs are either undercooked or ruined and burnt. No seasoning other than salt and even that is not balanced. It is either too salty or not at all. Baklavas all tasted the same just came in different shapes. No rose water no cardamom no cinnamon no butter. Half the buffet is olives , picked veggies, leftovers of the day before mixed into dips and stuffed bite size things you could not figure out . Theme nights were a joke. For example: Asian night consisted of red colored Chinese themed decorations and table cloths while serving taco that did not taste like taco, what people called sushi (but was really California rolls with a long line that you’d rather skip in that heat). If this was a restaurant somewhere in the city, it would be a place we’d never choose to dine in. Imagine being stuck in a place with such quality of food for a family vacation. Kids survived on sweets and fries. Not one decent hot meal with properly prepared chicken or beef option. No spicy options or any spicy sauce to use. Poor quality drinks, alcohol and non-alcoholic. Poor quality tea. And for latte/espresso/cappuccino there just these machines that mixed instant made stuff. Overall this was not an enjoyable experience.

This property does not air condition common areas like hallways , lobby, elevator, dining area. People are jam packed, sweating bullets, not able to relax or breathe or enjoy a meal or drink properly. Even the ice creams they serve are melting and not giving you a chance to enjoy them without dripping all over hands and clothes. Drinks served at various bars are low quality and extremely watered down, unless you ask for neat whisky or beer. No brand names or top shelf liquor. No tequila. No wine variety. If you are a family of 6 or more, you will have an extremely hard time finding a place to seat or dine with your family. Food is mostly tasteless and worse than an average restaurant ! All the meat dishes are either tasteless, unseasoned stews full of the same veggies (cut differently) every day or extremely dried or burnt low quality meat. Grilled options are burnt and tasteless. They fill the buffet with so many cold side dishes, dips, xlarge bowls of olives and pickles and cabbage . Cold side dishes include recycled leftovers of the previous days stuffed into something or presses into patties. Every hot dish is either undersalted or oversalted and has no other seasoning. There are way too many cakes and sweets (most taste the same and only looked different). Pool side food is similarly horrible. The only decent portion of edible items they serve is the breakfast buffet and fresh fruits. This is the worst all inclusive experience of my life!!!

Staff were amazing, great location , lots to do if you want to

Very bad hotel , the staf dealing very rude in every where Reception, Restaurants etc the mentality its not matching with 5 stars resort The food not tasty , all the drinks was bad taste as they try to choose the cheapest kinds , no iron in the room , and the laundry prices is too high , they close the compressor of the AC of the rooms at night only fan keep working so you will feel hot in night The only good things for this hotel ( the Spa ) and the location .

Excellent hospitality, respectful and welcoming staff , beach was absolutely brilliant. Only downside was the food selection.

The staff was very rude and laughed at us when asking for a fan because the room was hot. They responded that the rooms would cool off in 10 days

Abysmal and short-sighted customer service

Expedia check in time was incorrect and after I returned your feedback form email you created a huge drama for me which led to me being summoned to reception to explain why I had told you check in was 2 hours later than your information. They ordered me to contact you to correct what they claimed was my problem to sort out. After this I didn’t want to stay there anymore and I contacted you immediately to advise of my complaint. I then went to reception told them I was checking out and explained it was because they had made me feel uncomfortable by causing a huge drama. There appears to be a bit of backtracking going on with the hotel now claiming I didn’t complain, funny how I checked out after the first day and I have video footage to prove my story.

This is a very well organised, professionally run hotel. The majority of the staff, especially guest relations, are very warm and welcoming. Hotel rooms are spacious, very clean and have everything you need. Bar staff are very friendly. It's been our pleasure to stay and would highly recommend.

Love the All-inclusive Package

We enjoyed our stay at Fame! The all-inclusive package was great! The room was comfortable and clean. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear a small amount of noise coming from the halls and adjacent rooms. The housecleaning staff cleaned and refreshed our room each day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were included in the all-inclusive package. The buffet had lots of options for salad lovers and vegetarians with many hot and cold dishes. My husband especially enjoyed the grilled fish each night on the dinner buffet. Drinks (draft beer, wine, liquor drinks, sodas, and water) were available to order throughout the day for free. Drinks were served quickly by the friendly waitstaff. We arrived on December 24th and were invited to an amazing Christmas Eve dinner in the ballroom organized by the hotel! We were served a great 5 course meal with live music. What a great way to celebrate Christmas! We would definitely choose to stay again at Fame!

Absolutely loved our stay at Fame residence hotel,staff so friendly from waiting on to reception staff and house keeping, room lovely and comfy.Made our christmas seeing all the decorations on arriving ,food amazing highly recommend this hotel

The room was nice and big. We didnt like the air condition because it was week. The food wasn't so good, and it was almost same every day (except dinner). We didnt like the fact there was no life guard at the pool The pool itself is big and wide, we liked it

Amazing was lovely to be in and great atsmophere would book again

The hotel was an absolute disappointment. We called Expedia on the second day to get a refund and move to a different hotel but were told that the hotel management were not willing to give a refund. We were also not happy with Expedia service so will not be booking through Expedia again. The hotel is certainly not a 5 star, I would give it a 3/4 star max. The food was beyond disappointing, we ended up eating out on several occasions to avoid the hotel food, even though we paid for all inclusive. The only fruit available was oranges, apples and pears, every single day with no change. There was no entertainment to speak of. The kids were bored the whole week. I had stayed in Antalya (Barut Lara) previously and loved it but this trip has really put us off so will not be returning.

Best trip ever to Turkey!

The hotel amenities were great, customer service was outstanding and the food was delicious. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

Hotel facilities are very nice but the room was very small.

Nice hotel and all other activities food etc but Room is too small and bed is terrible, unconfortable and after staff efort to make it better two times they did not do it, hotel needs to change over to memory mattreses and better pillows to beacome 5*.

Big hotel close to shopping centers

The main problem with this hotel is how the staff deal with guests, especially those coming from certain areas. The staff hold stereotypes against quests coming from certain origins and that is a shame. People should be treated equally and only those who misbehave should be treated differently. It is expected that the staff changes this perspective, though very few where quite nice.

Average hotel

The rooms are clean but small. Food was good, drinks were not. Entertainment team is very lazy. Only few good shows in the evenings ( out of 10 days only 3 interesting shows ). Some of the staff not trained properly and rude sometimes. There is a disco in the hotel but it is empty all the time. I'd say the hotel is more suitable for families with kids rather than young couples. Spa refused to give us 20% off at the check out offered by expedia. When you buy through expedia there is noone to greet on the arrival and to tell you about the hotel. The hotel is very big with lots of facilities and rules so someone should really explain where, how & when. Wouldn't stay there again and not happy at all with expedia.

Just about everything was just perfect. The only one problem was the cleaners did not clean the room very good or change the sheets. One time they were they less than 5. Minutes. Apart from that just perfect in all ways.

Excellent Value and Amazing Stay, Would Return!

Excellent stay for a couple of friends, matched with incredible value. Hotel is kept immaculately clean throughout the day. The pools are amazing and very well maintained. All inclusive food/drink options are great, something for everyone throughout the entire day! Service is attentive and fast. We got upgraded to a sea view room 2246 and it was lovely, great view! That said, the land facing rooms also looked good, you might prefer them as you would benefit from the shade in the morning. Room was clean, with complimentary soft drinks/water in mini bar, replaced daily, as well as ample toiletries and a bottle of red wine on arrival! WiFi is free throughout the hotel, available in the rooms for free as well. Outside, the signal stretches only just to the pool/seating/bar areas. Reliable and speed ample for social media/emails/etc. Super handy as we had work to catch up on while we were there. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel! Depending on what sort of holiday you are looking for it might be valuable to bear in mind that this hotel is geared towards German customers. I think we were the only Brits there. This was no problem as there were never any communication barriers and we still had fun interacting with the other guests and brushing up on our Deutsch!

Nice stay at Fame

We had a 7 night stay at the Fame. Nice big hotel, room with a nice view of the sea and bathroom with bathtub. all inclusive with good varied food and drinks, , but we missed more fish and doner and iskendar kebab. The hotel complied with covid19 protocol very well but the guests paid little attention to it. We traveled with 3 boys but we had to pay for all activities such as basketball, tennis, billiard and bowling. lot of money payed during one week. The indoor big and warm pool and hammam were very nice. The massage with the staff from Bali was also very good. An important issue when you give tip to staff : We used the tipbox which was located in the lobby and restaurant .. but two of the staff made us aware that it goes only to the management and tip is not shared with the staff. If this is correct, management should reconsider their work culture. All in all very good stay and the hotel can definitely be recommended.

Hôtel très spacieux, de très belles piscines, la musique présente que à une piscine ce qui laisse le choix au client de pouvoir se détendre à une autre piscine si il préfère le calme ce qui est un grand point positif par rapport à d autres hôtels de la région, plage bien aménagée, nourriture variée et de bonne qualité, personnel très agréable, tout était parfait.

Das W łan ist sehr langsam und geht öfters garnicht. Das Essen in der Snackbar ist immer das selbe, Abwechslung wäre super gewesen.

Otelin her şeyinden memnun kaldım diyebiliirm. Bir kaç ufak sorunlar vardı ancak yazmaya bile gerek yok.

Yastıklar rahat değildi. Otelin kendi sağlık hizmeti yoktu. Doktorun 50euro ücret karşılığında geleceği söylendi. Restaurantta ve kafede çalışan personel güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Tatil için tekrar tercih edebilirim.
