It”s pretty nice hotel for affordable price. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Some goods, some bads

It was just one-night stay during a business trip, with the late coming and early leaving. As the location was very convenient for us (close to the meeting place), we decided to book accommodation there. Thinking about the advantages: the place is quiet, the bed was decent and the price was reasonable (taking into account that it is on the outskirts of country's capital). Thinking about weak points, the rooms and its equipment is very basic and the service provided is far from proper hotel standards. It is rather the place for some business conferences (just as its name says) or for sport/youth camps. The biggest problem is the internet - there must be a problem with the configuration of their router and it was blocked after a few minutes of access.

Not so comfortable, the beds were very hard to sleep on and pillow not comfortable at all. Airconditioning in the room non adjustable no extra blankets niether.

No heat , cold room

My room has no heat, heater wos broken , i was waiting until midnight to get different room. Second room was on main floor next to parking. Hotel very far no parking available. Can i get my money back ?

The hotel is really good for 3 star standards, very clean and confortable. We didn't have breakfast, so I cannot say anything about it. We had free parking and wifi. The swiming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are really wonderful!

Quiet hotel away from the traffic of Warsaw

Excellent Spa Option on the Outskirts of Warsaw

Went to this facility to celebrate an anniversary. We received great service from the front desk. Changed our room upon request very quickly. Cleaned up a broken shelf in the bathroom very quickly. Agniezska at the front desk mad our stay very special with her attention to detail. Spa area was phenomenal - exactly how it was pictured ad described. It was clean and pristine. Dinner Buffet was good, but for some reason the soup station and and the coffee station were empty. They were set up, but nobody ever brought out soup or coffee in the restaurant. There was a wonderful tea and coffee service set up in the afternoon for us to take advantage of, and this was a very pleasant surprise. The room was clean, if a little smaller than expected. The biggest disappointment is in the bed situation. Single beds pushed together with no support are a very poor solution for couples who like to snuggle. The beds kept separating and we almost feel on the floor. Frugal suggestions to improve this. 1. There are tools for locking bed legs together so they do not separate. 2. Pillow Top or Foam top mattress to lay on top of single mattresses. 3. Bed linen that wraps the two mattresses together instead of individual single bedsheets. Sorry to focus so much on the beds, but the original add I saw was for a romantic getaway and we were there for our anniversary. We would also love to see a mini refrigerator on the room.

Room was ok. The receptionist was a bit lost and found a little rude as all its was was hi, this is your room key. Thats about it. Maybe language barrier....

The Internet was horrible, and the staff claimed it was not their fault.

Wygodna lokalizacja ,cisza spokój ,po pracy sauna i basen.

Hotel blisko lotniska

Dziwnym trafem bedac jeszcze w drodze do hotelu dostalem maila z Hotels.com zebym ocenil jak mi sie podobal sposob zameldowania....Na miejscu okazalo sie ze obsluga jest zdziwiona ze mamy u nich rezerwacje i ze oni takowej nie posiadaja, ale po kilku minutach wszystko skonczylo sie dobrze i dostalismy taki pokoj jaki rezerwowalismy. Pokoj byl czysty , dobrze urzadzony i mial gustowne oswietlenie.

Szukałem pobytu na południu Warszawy, spędziłem 2 noce, tv zakłócał, był problem z wodą, nie mogłem się wykąpać, cena dość korzystna

Trudno dojechać. Recepcja nie odbiera telefonów. Dojście do pokoju przez remontowaną cześć. Pokój następnego dnia nie był sprzątnięty. Drzwi bardzo cienkie, wszystko słychać. Tani obiekt konferencyjny.

괜찮은 호텔

동일한 이름이 호텔 데스크가 한곳이 아님. 근처라 크게 상관은 없고 체크인 하려고 하면 어디로 가라고 안내해줌. 데스크 찾기가 어려운 점 빼고는 좋은 호텔

Brak klimatyzacji w moim pokoju(na zewnątrz akurat było 30C w pokoju chyba jeszcze więcej), mały wybór jedzenia w restauracji, poza tym Ok, Duży basen jak na hotel, ale na nim wycieczka szkolna, 2x sauna brak łaźni parowej.

Dobry hotel, z dobrym szybkim dojazdem.

Przyjemny ale gdyby był menadżer było by lepiej.

Bardzo przyjemny bar w holu. Miła obsługa. Co do pokoi, przydałby się menadżer sprawdzający czy jest odpływ pod prysznicem, czy zlewy nie zatkane, itp.

Przyzwoicie

Przyzwoity budżetowy hotel, bardzo dobre śniadania, gorzej już z obiadokolacją (mały wybór). Dobre i tanie posiłki w barze. Przydałby się remont pokoi a zwłaszcza łazienek. Miła i pomocna obsługa ukraińska, przydałoby się szkolenie kelnerów.
