Great facilities and location
Room and facilities were very good. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do in Cromwell. Unfortunately we had some trouble in the early hours with people using the communal lounge area after hours and being very loud but a phone call to the manager, soon got the situation resolved. The managers can't hear any noise in their accommodation, so appreciate being told if people are breaking the rules and causing a disturbance to other guests, so that they can get the situation resolved.
This property is a bit different to anything else I've stayed at. It's like a hostel with shared bathrooms and common areas etc. No one that was staying there realised that this was what they had booked. It's perfectly fine but if you need to go to the toilet in the night or have a shower then you have to walk all the way down the corridor and through the common area to use the bathrooms. Having said that, it is clean and quiet and there is good parking.
Was in a strange gated area. A bit difficult to find
On the Highland motor park
This should be advertised as a hostel. I rented the one single room with its own bathroom, but it was immediately adjacent to the other rooms and common areas and children playing Wrestlemania with the furniture continuously. It was clean, the property manager was nice, but the communal environemnt was not quite what I was expecting
TV reception not to good overall pleasant
Highlands Motorsports Trip
In commercial/residential area of Highlands Motorsports park. Weird check-in but good once figured out. Parking is weird, room adjoins common dining/rec room so noise continues very late and starts early. Feels somewhat like a private room with en-suite bathroom in a hostel. Good shower, comfortable bed, no a/c.
No private toilet, no soap or shampoo offered
Great place👌
great welcome, very clean and tidy with great kitchen and sitting area. would definately reccomend
Host was extremely lovely. The walls are a bit thin and other guests were noisey until after midnight. Was clean comfortable and great amenities. I would stay again.
Very nice, spacious and clean unit. Extremely quiet area. Easy to find and access. Ample and easy parking. No restaruants / shops seen with walking distance. Seems best suited for travel by automobile.
Loved having a sofa in the room. Somewhere to sit and relax and read.
I enjoyed the slightly different feel it had compared to most motel type accommodation.
I was visiting Highlands, and Falcon's Nest is ideally located and had everything I needed.
Very close to the biking trails
Didn’t stay there
Was a different experience from campground. Lovely huge dining, sitting room.
It is NOT a hotel and should not be advertised as such. It may be a hostel. The room does not have any windows and is claustrophobic and very stuffy. The linen was also smelly. There were no towels in the room or the shared bathroom and none were offered at checkin. I had to go down to find the manager to get towels which were smelly. There are NO toiletries supplied, so bring your own or better stay elsewhere.
