Ok value for money food variety could be much better to smaller glasses for beer and soft drinks

Pay for what you get.

Staff were polite. Food was terrible. Not much selection and was cold and tasteless. Very clean . Room tidied everyday. Drinks are served in small glasses or plastic.

Property was ok, sometimes staff were miserable. From what I saw poor hygiene. Just need to be careful. Had a fridge in the room, which was good to keep our fresh fruits. Air con worked well. Only issue was the location, I found it difficult to get public transport or a taxi as the drivers always wanted to over charge us.

In general, a good impression of the hotel in terms of price and quality. there is no early check-in. the list of services provided says that the bar is open 10: 00-24: 00, but it is not written that alcohol is from 12:00, as the barista says. Special thanks to ALLA barista for his friendliness!

You get what you pay for

The hotel is OK. It's not the cheapest in the area, but not expensive. It needs a bit of attention around the pool areas as most of the plastic drain covers are broken. This could cause injury if not careful. The food is OK. There are plenty of vegetables, salad and rice, but you get very little meat served to you. A very small piece of chicken that is mostly bone, 2 or 3 pieces of small cubes of beef for dinner. There are 2 pools, one is deep and it would be a good idea to have this one for adults only, as you can't get away from screaming kids, and there are loads of them! The other pool is much bigger with a shallow end. The rooms are nice and clean but the balcony is tiny. Most of the staff are nice, but there are a few who are very annoying and this makes it very unpleasant at times.

Great value for money

Spent one night all inclusive here and for the price I paid none other the other 22 hotels I've stayed at in Sharm can beat it. The rooms are clean and spacious with digitally controlled air conditioning thermostats and satellite TV with BBC World news and English language movie channels . I arrived at the hotel at 4am and check in was quick and efficient. Unfortunately I didn't make it to breakfast but lunch was plentiful with choice of fish, meat, rice, potatoes, veg, soup, salad, fruit etc. All inclusive alcoholic drinks start at middlingay which it at least 1 hour later than other hotels in the area. But overall great value.

Very disapointed

I have stayed at this hotel several times but sadly I will not be returning in a hurry. The staff as always are amazing but the food was awful limited choice and cold, the rooms are tired and in need of decorating, the so called heated pool was colder than the sea. The animation team were lovely people but entertainment was poor. I am sad for the staff because they try so hard.

Get what you pay for

This is an average budget hotel. The best part by far is the accommodating and friendly staff. My room had several problems--bad air conditioning, no soap, no shampoo, broken shower faucet. But when I requested, things were fixed quickly. I just wish I didn't have to keep asking for everything. And really--need to have wifi available for rooms.

Very bad hotel

The room floor is not clean , very noisy and not helpful staff , look like crazy place and guests shouting at staff everywhere!!

family trip

the room was full of flies and they had to spray it to evacuate the insects the internet was poor and very slow but the staff was great, very helpful and polite

Dirty little hotel

A very poor standard of cleanliness, people getting extremely ill not sure if it's the pool the food or both, the food is pure slop, it's a shame if they cleaned up there act and served up better food they would have a nice little hotel.

ok but can do better.

My stay was ok, but that I had to change my room twice since some thing like air conditioning was not working. The showers were bad and not clean. Other jest devised me they had cockroaches in there rooms. The food was bad. After complaining they finally made efforts to accommodate and clean and upgrade our service.

In terms of location, it is relatively weak, but provides a good service to get to the beach and tourist attractions. In terms of good hygiene and comfort. But a comparison of the services for money, this hotel offers a very large services in exchange for a little money

Great beaches, free shuttle buses to beaches

Nice atmosphere, good vibes. Breakfast was not so good, but edible. Best thing in this hotel was free shuttle buses to and back beaches. Two of them were good coral beaches, one sandy.

hotel staff very friendly, hotel clean and comfatable, food good standard. anamation team friendly, attached dive ceter for scuba and nboat trips excellent and very good priced. free bus to beach , shops and night life. nice spa and turkish bath area, always something going on, will definatly return.

Excellent for solo travellers

I was made to feel very welcome on arrival and throughout the whole stay. Staff went out of their way to get to know me and chat, or even just leave me be if they knew I wanted to be alone. Very intuitive. My deal included breakfast, which I thought was sufficient and appropriate. The main 'beach' for snorkelling was a 10 minute walk (you have to pre-pay a ticket though, for the upkeep of amenities, but worth it)

Great hotel with lovely people

Despite being woken up by loud music at 10am everyday, really enjoyed the hotel experience, friendly staff and fantastic facilities with good food. Animation team were brilliant, Dimitri, Mahmoud and Stas always asking to take part in activities and helping where needed.

Falcon hills

Falcon hills was a reasonable hotel, with very friendly staff but a lack of cleanliness in the catering areas. The buffet style food was average, but the cleanliness let it down. The gardens were clearly worked on, the new year celebrations were brilliantly organised but they general smartness of the catering was disappointing. The hotel room was good and clean. But most areas needed a update.

Cheap enough to be good value

We stayed B&B at the Falcon Hills in December. It was a cheap stay, so we've no complaints about the quality of the hotel, staff or food (although we only had B&B and the breakfasts were fairly basic, but acceptable). Nothing really wrong with the Falcon Hills, but the place reflects the price, relative to other hotels. We only spent about £20 a night for the two of us, but for double that we could have had 5 star rather than 3, so probably only stay here if your budget is really low or, like us, you'll do little more than sleep here. We used the taxi advertised in reception and the service was good, promptly picking us up for returns as agreed both times. I think we'd spend a little more if we went back, but the Falcon Hills is fine for the price.

Nice Stay

This is first time at the hotel and i was very disappointed when i knew that room service is not working at night. it was like shock.the room attendant was good.and Mohamed from Reception was also very helpful.

pretty ok

The place was alright. We hardly were at the hotel because we came to do activities like diving. We booked them all outside of the hotel which was a lot cheaper. We had supper once which was really good, so was breakfast in the mornings. Was expecting worse with all the bad revieuws, but I being a fussy eater was satisfied. The hotel is close to the beach, plenty shisha places and shopes and tourist agents. Taxi taces you anywhere in about 10 minutes or so. It's also quite clean (esp coming from Cairo), rooms are a little outdated but comfortable. The towelservice is perfect!

Ok for the price

The accommodation is OK for the price . They are treating Tourists much better than Egyptian guests which is strange , The front office was not willing to give a Coffee boiler saying it is not allowed and asking if it is our first time to stay in a hotel ?? The smoke is everywhere , if you are not able to adapt with smoking . I don't recommend Good side is the shuttles taking you to the beach and to the city center

Disappointing

They offer shuttle to the Falcon Hills’ private beach when we went there everything too old broken you can't use it,, they are (((discrimination))) in everything between Egyptian and foreign

Excellent!

Had an excellent week staying at Falcon Hills. I couldn't fault them for anything. The hotel is clean, the staff are incredible and this really is a 5* hotel disguising as a 3*.

Animation team great with kids. Spa service was nice. Manager was disrespectful. Rest of staff work hard and are accommodating.

great hotel,well away from the horrors of nama bay

really nice relaxed place. beds great , food basic but good, area is quiet. cunning hint -- get to know the hotel taxi drivers, they do some great private tours of the local parks.. a nice restuarant locally is `onions` in the local shopping centre --10-15 min walk ---ask at reception for directions -- superb value for money overall, this hotel -

Family environmet

It is a really nice and family oriented hotel to stay. I enjoyed staying it there. Hotel also provide bus service to visit famous places in the city. Different pool games are also played in order to entertain the visitors. Break fast buffet is also wonderful and gives a wide variety of breakfast options.

Three out of five for 3 star hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the Falcon Hills. As others say, you get what you pay for. You can pay more, but you may not get more. I think Falcon Hills is one of the better 3 star hotels in Sharm el Sheikh. The food is average. They may have 3 entrees for dinner & you may only find one to be appealing. But then again you don't need three mains. Not all of the food is great, but I'd give it 3 out of 5. One of the benefits is the staff - they really try to help you. I found most of them warm & genuine. If I were looking for a reasonably price clean hotel, I'd stay at the Falcon Hills again.

Hotel güzel havuz bahçe daire bunlar güzel.Fakat resespsiyon dışındaki arkadaşlar hariç barda çalışan arkadaşlar çok saygısız sürekli gülüyorlar ciddi bir şey soruyorsun ve gülüyorlar bu hoş değil . Saygı görmek gerek , saygı duymak için.Onun dışında kahvaltı damak zevkime uymadı.Dünya mutfağı yerine kendi mutfaklarından yemekler yapmışlar ve kahvaltı servis etmişler ne yazıkki beğenemedim.Ama otel çok güzel ve ferah.

Для своей ценовой категории нормальный отель. Небольшая территория с двумя бассейнами. Номера просторные, немного "уставшие", сантехника требует замены или хотя бы тщательного обслуживания. Не забывайте средства от комаров!)

Questa volta no

Sono stata alle volte all falcon ma, pur non avendo un ottimo servizio, poteva andare per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Adesso non più. Sono stata li un mese e mi sono pentita di aver pagato tutto in anticipo. Le altre volte prenotavp di settimana in settima e tutto andava bene. L'aria condizionata non ha mai funzionato bene. Pulizia precaria. Servizio ristorante inesistente. Non ci tornerò più

Éviter absolument

Une odeur nauséabonde omniprésente à la réception ainsi’ que dans les allées de l’hotel (Odeur d’egout ainsî que dans la chambre). Le service laisse à desirer, les boissons sont servies dans des gobletets en plastique (très rarement’ des verres)personnel pas aimable. La nourriture laisse vraiment à désirer , tous les jours le même riz était les memes carottes et choux vapeur. Quelques rares jours, j ai eu le droit à des pâtes. Choix très faible et de mauvaise qualité. L’ hygiène laisse à désirer dans tout l’hotel. Des travaux ont été réalisés pendant mon séjour au niveau de la piscine 2 jours de suite. Les plastiques qui permettent d évacuer l’eau ont été retirés pour mettre des dales à la place que tout le tour de la piscine. Ceci a provoqué des grands dégagements de poussière et des debris dans la piscine. De plus, les ouvriers ont utilisés l’eau de la piscine qu’ils puisaient avec leur pot de ciment vide pour travailler. Finalement, l’eau de la piscine n’a pas été changée et on voyait apparaître une pellicule de saleté permanente. Le ménage dans les’ chambres est très sommaire et l’état de la salle de bain laisse à désirer ( beaucoup de rouille et de moisissure). Il n’y a vraiment rien à retenir de positif de cet hôtel.
