TravellerI stayed 5 nights at the hotel executive suite. Check-in process was slow and front desk services needs a lot of professional customer care service. They were not helpful and were not willing to provide any assistance. Stay was not enjoyable. Suite was noisy and located near elevators. Initially, I requested a room with view but not processed. Overall, below average experience and highly not recommended.

TravellerThis is the best hotel in Riyadh! I have travelled all over the world and have never received such outstanding hospitality and service. The spa was incredible and I recommend the Hammam. I was truly sad to leave as I felt like a total princess the entire stay. The GM and all of his staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and make you feel totally at home. I can’t wait to go back!

TravellerMostafa the concierge was the most amazing part of my stay I had so many issues with travel and the airport as well as food and general service. He helped me get food when I was having issues at the airport he went out of his way to help and I am huge fan of Fairmont because of him. If there is a way to make him a permanent part of my stay there I will back many times in the future. Highly recommend all of the staff in the lobby and the quality of food, great great service, polite and caring. They were attentive and helpful greeted me with a smile and thoughtful questions each day I returned and were more than willing to help me find what I needed. One employee even gave me some Zamzam water and I was unable to find it in the stores or souq. The driver for the car Mr Kalem was also incredibly prompt and flexible.
