We loved our stay at Fairmont. Everything was amazing especially the Front Office manager Rakan Alnjadat was extremely helpful and hospitable. We loved his professionalism and will definitely visit again.

Beautiful hotel, very clean . Accommodating staff.

Everything was great, the staff in all the areas. Especially Mohammed at the Crystal Lobby Lounge, Muath at the restaurant took care of me and my mom for the new years dinner and he was exceptional. The spa was amazing too.

Very terrible Hashem at the reception was super RUDE The rooms are outdated and the toilet is terrible Staff didn’t attend my concerns!! Terrible parking; long waiting time! I have been a loyal customer to Fairmont for many years but unfortunately this will change forever… I think they are very busy to listen to the concerns and they careless!! I had to check out and go to another hotel.

Comfort & beautiful hotel

The hotel is beautiful, service was good. Room service & dining room breakfast were good. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Staff were friendly. There did not seem to be any recycling option. Concierge were nice but couldn't answer all of my questions. If you didn't want to pay for the hotel taxi (more), one had to get their own Uber -- perhaps this is an Amman thing generally, not sure.

Enjoyable stay

Absolutely outstanding hotel. Service from Ammal was faultless. The cocktails in Caprice were superb, the meal at the Asian restaurant was out of this world. Beds like clouds, enormous bathroom and separate shower room. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton the week before and the Fairmont is a much better non pretentious vibe with nicer rooms and more character. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service from all levels of staff. Because this was our second stay, they sent us a bowl of fruit and a Thankyou card. The rooftop bar and restaurant was lovely.

Check in process was very bad. Slow, unfriendly. Room was great and location also v good. Check out was also very good. Pity about the check in.

Beautiful but my least favourite hotel on trip

It’s a wonderfully presented hotel but in a really boring part of town, also not very walkable in the immediate vicinity, which I usually like to do to explore. In hindsight it’s probably a business trip type hotel. I was also disappointed in service one of the days I stayed, a lady loudly disclosed my room number in the breakfast hall (which I didn’t appreciate for my privacy) and made a fuss while I was in the middle of eating saying breakfast wasn’t included, which it actually was. Even if it wasn’t included it was a silly thing to make a fuss over as if I was going to run away and not pay or couldn’t afford it, which is a rude assumption when I would have happily paid when settling my bill on checkout if it wasn’t included, which it was. Aside from this the staff were generally nice but the breakfast incident left a bad impression and seemed unprofessional. Especially when comparing to some other amazing hotels I’ve stayed in on this trip, this stay fell short of my expectations of Fairmont hotels I’ve enjoyed in other cities.

Great place and very clean and friendly staff

I booked a Fairmont expecting to get the fairmont experience, unfortunately that was not the case and I am surprised! I got a room with hair in the bathroom, no tissues, missing amenities and torn bath towels and torn sheets! I made a booking with the salon only to be informed it wasn’t confirmed! Similar situation with the Spa! Staff were not so friendly and barely managed to smile! Booked dinner for a special occasion, nothing was mentioned or celebrated as requested! Very surprised and very disappointed with the whole experience! Oh, not to forget, every night my room key would not work and I would have to go again to reception to get it reactivated! Seriously disappointed!

Nice Hotel

This is a beautiful hotel with lots of luxurious amenities and dining choices in the hotel. The area seems not to have many other dining options except you went to a restaurant from another hotel. We had a terrible nights sleep on the first night due to broken air conditioning. We mentioned it a few times but although it was finally fixed around 6am in the morning, there was no attempt to compensate us for spending so much for a nights while getting no sleep. We thought that was weird as hotels have compensated for less and in this case, we were up all night. They forgot our breakfast order on the morning of our departure - but the chef did make hasty attempts to remedy this which we appreciate. It was not the best of our stays in Jordan even though it was the most expensive and we thought we would use this as a treat for us as a couple, it sadly went sideways for us.

Fairmont Amman stay

It was amazing experience in the Fairmont Amman. Property was amazing and the staff were very helpfull. They have amazing restaurants and their Breakfast is one of the best.

Loved it

This hotel was luxurious and friendly. We have stayed here twice because it felt like a home away from home. It may seem ostentatious but the people are so helpful; the food delicious and our room was comfortable.

The rooms were nice and so were the bathroom layouts. However, the room was completely dirty and housekeeping service was bed. They did apologize after I complained but I was not compensated or given a gift although I provided evidence that would have caused some other guest to simply leave the hotel. Staff was not welcoming during check-in but became nice after the complaints.

This hotel even smells like a 5 star hotel. The staff, the food, the room, the entire building is extraordinary. We had a medical situation that the staff guided us through. Outstanding. Breakfast was delicious. Try the hotel restaurant NUR. The Lebanese food was so yum. We didn't want to leave this place.

Five star hotel and service! Food is amazing, particularly the breakfast buffet, so many options! The hotel offered a truly a unique experience in Amman. Spa staffs were particularly nice! Overall highly recommend! This hotel was above and beyond our expectations, wish we could have stayed more.

Close to everything,nice place,warm welcoming staff

There was a really bad smell of dogs inside of the closest, I called as soon we checked in, the guy brought me a air freshener and handed it to me, that was very unprofessional from a five stars hotel, I felt he wanted me to do his job. I requested room change but never happened

Concierge is useless, they barely know English. They tried to charge me twice my room AC was not working The shower drain was full of hairs and dirt. The service at the restaurant for breakfast is terrible My bags were lost at the storage of the hotel They could careless & do not care catering to women. Very very disappointed with this hotel I felt that I overpaid.

Amman hotel Fairmont

This is a lovely hotel. Gold floor is good, although not the same service as other Gold floor Fairmonts I’ve been in. Well situated, great views and I’d go again.

Amman in covid

We decided very last minute to go to Amman because of the covid situation. The Fairmont was a very good price so we booked 1 night not knowing where we would go next. We ended up staying for 3 more nights. The service is very good. People online complained about the security but it's the norm in Amman to go through security at good hotels. The concierge was helpful and even rented is a car that was cheaper than online. Will Def return once we are back in Amman.

A truly enjoyable experience

It would be an understatement to say that everything was immaculate, the staff were truly gracious and welcoming. It was my first time in Amman and will never stay in another hotel. Without a doubt they’ve raised the bar 👍

Very modern and stylish.

What a beautiful hotel. Located in the heart of Amman the Fairmont Amman is a very new hotel that shows its colours. Everything in the building is so beautiful and the amount of restaurants and bars will leave you exploring for many days. The staff there were so incredibly nice and welcoming and the room was beautiful and incredibly clean. The area seems really safe and located within similar high-end hotels. The fitness centre was one of the best I've seen and even a fitness junkie would enjoy all the things to other there. Whenever I'm back in Amman, I know where I'm staying.

Great service and hotel

The stay was great, and the hotel staff was extremely friendly. Omar at the front was very accommodating and allowed us a late check out, Hussam in housekeeping was also great and check on us before and after the rrom was cleaned, he made sure all the items inbthe room were stocked.

This is a relatively new hotel located at the heart of Amman. Although this was during Covid, the hotel did an amazing job throughout our 4 night stay. Everyone working at the hotel was safe, the hotel was extremely clean, the hospitality was amazing (especially with Omar, Hashem, and Ali working at the front desk), and they made us feel especially welcome. I travel to Amman often and will make this a must stay every time I come back.

Truly five star hotel , I enjoy every moment , professional staff and amazing room , in my opinion it’s Amman best hotel.

The building is great and the room was amazing, and basically that's it. My check in experience was horrible and non welcoming (long story about the security deposit and how to pay) , and there's nothing special or out of the ordinarily about the service really. In addition, the breakfast was really dull. I believe it's not about fancy buildings, that's nothing special, but in this kind of industry, it should be most about hospitality and making the guest feel welcome. Hospitality is not what will I remember about my stay here.

Loved the gym and pool area, and restaurants. Loved the room. Didn't like that Uber's could not pull up to hotel entry..had to meet them outside the barrier.
