Perfect getaway.
The room was very nice and roomy The cocktail lounge had good drinks. The location was perfect. Only wish I would have stayed longer
Very pleasant stay, the hotel is situated in the heart of Fairhaven. Shopping and dining venues are an easy walk. The attention to detail is evident in all the different areas of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
Lovely place
Beautiful hotel in great location. Close to water and restaurants. Free parking and free breakfast. The room was spacious and clean and comfy. We would definitely stay there again! They also had free happy hour glass of wine. Amazing place!
I enjoy the harbor view of the bay and fog rolling in. Very peaceful.
Charming place to stay with great staff and location. Lots of very nice touches. Highly recommend
So nice and cozy
Great place!
Everything was great. But coffee wasn’t and shower had only one door (by design) so it was cold to take a shower.
Fantastic location. Old charm and quiet. We will be back often
Quaint but really nice Inn
Had a one night stay in this lovely Inn . Our room overlooked part of downtown and onto the marina. Had a small little deck where you could sit and watch the sun go down….watch the sailboats. Big king sized , firm bed. Bathroom was large and spacious. Good water pressure in the shower. We had hot water and coffee available to us in the room and also a lovely coffee bar with yummy pastries in the morning. A good sized tv with plenty of channels. A small refrigerator. Very clean. The front staff folks were wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend the Inn!
Beautiful place and close to the ferry terminal.
I loved staying here!! Great book rooms, comfy bed and very quaint ambiance in the wonderful Fairhaven Neighborhood. We loved the hospitality hour and enjoyed hanging out in the little bar. We can’t wait to go back!
Location
Wonderful!!
Unbelievable find. We stayed for our anniversary and I highly recommend. Amazing room, wonderful staff, fantastic location.
Great location, really nice rooms. The bed was a little hard
Perfect location. Excellent service and staff.
Super comfy and well-maintained hotel in an area where you can easily walk for dining and shopping. Lots of little things like blackout drapes, quiet airconditioning, great mattresses, and quiet rooms helped us get the best sleep we’ve had in a while.
Very clean, loved the muffins!! staff were lovely.
. Lovely location. Much An outstanding ambiance...character
Staff was extremely helpful and kind...the rooms are very clean and comfortable!
!
Perfect downtown get-a-way
Had a great stay. Arrived just in time to enjoy a happy hour drink up on the outdoor viewing deck. Bed was very comfortable.
Beautiful!
Good Fairhaven choice
Great place to stay in historic Fairhaven - clean friendly staff .
Very nice Inn. Loved the lobby and breakfast room. Coffee was and muffins were great. The only negative was an incident in the middle of the night with someone loudly yelling for about 10 minutes. Apparently other guests were awakened by the incident as the staff mentioned multiple guests complaining about it. I’m not sure is that is a frequent occurrence or a one-off but it soured my one-night stay.
One of the nicest places i have stayed. You walk in to relaxing music and a charming receptionist. Everything was beautiful, the carpet and towels were even soft. The shampoo and body wash were the best hotel ones ive had. Everything was great!
Loved The Fairhaven Village Inn! Such a relaxing getaway!
Very close to brewpubs, great dining, and trail that follows bay to downtown Bellingham. Offstreet parking included.
Recommended!
A great property is a super convenient location.
A cute little place in an excellent location for food and shopping. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and acted like they liked being there.
Great location
No better part of Bellingham; no better location in Fairhaven.
The front desk team were amazing!
Very nice place close to great shopping and food.
Super cute hotel! A little over priced in my opinion but good location. The decor in the lobby is adorable. Beds were quite hard and uncomfortable and very thin floors and walls they break down the tables right outside at 10:30 so that was pretty loud but it was a friday night so can’t be too mad about that. Overall cute stay! Loved the area, wish we could have been there longer.
This was a great place to stay. You can walk to multiple options for food or beverages in Fairhaven and Galloway’s is right at the Hotel
Quiet and convenient. Very nice hotel.
Very quaint and located in a unique, beautiful area. Village area is walkable and has a variety of stores, eateries and outdoor spaces. Small bar connected to the Inn served wonderful cocktails that could be enjoyed on the deck of the Inn overlooking the bay or town. Highly recommended!
Morgan was great at check in. Room is large and comfy, nice fireplace.
We booked this property on a whim and during a five night trip to the pacific north west and of all the places we stayed, this was definitely the best! The electric fireplace in our room and the view of the water was amazing and cozy! The carpet is 100x better than any hotel carpet I have ever seen - it was soft, clean and it felt like we were in a master bedroom of a top end vacation home! The wine we were offered when we arrived was perfect after a long day
Adorable
We loved it! We will definitely be back!!
Very friendly staff. Well located. Reasonably priced.
Charming hotel with personality close to dining and shopping in the Fairhaven part of Bellingham. Near bars and walking trails with a city view of a partial water view. Love staying there!
Perfect place to stay while in Fairhaven.
Wonderful property with great views and a perfect location to enjoy Fairhaven
Not welcoming.
This place is lovely. I can’t wait to come stay again!
Don't waste $ on the partial ocean view
This Victorian-ish Hotel is clean and nice. Our room was spacious and the bed and pillows were exceptional. The Library is lovely, as well as the coffee. The in-room fireplace was a nice extra. The part Oceanview is mostly a shipping yard view, so don't waste a dime on that. The downtown is lovely, with shopping and good restaurants, and Chukanut Scenic Drive is very worthwhile.
We loved the location - right in the middle of Fairhaven and close to so many restaurants, bakeries, and small shops. We aren't super familiar with the area and we appreciated the little sign in our room recommending the walk to Woods Coffee - less than a mile trail along the water. What a treat! Also nice to have posters of things to do in Bellingham complete with staff recommendations. Very thoughtful!
Incredible sweet inn with tons of personality, large rooms, very homey in an old world way.
Really lovely! We'll definitely stay here again.
Wonderful area, staff extremely friendly, helpful
The views of the waterfront from the balcony were lovely.
property was well taken care of. lovely decor. fantastic amenities..wine in evening. fresh muffins and coffee in am. delightful and professional staff. Extremely clean. refrig. coffee. large rooms.
Morgan on the front desk made the stay even more enjoyable! He is the best!
Lovely hotel, quaint and comfy.
Very nice
Boutique type of accommodation that included nice touches such as evening complimentary drink, option of various spots to enjoy, and lovely antiques throughout the property.
Since we are a family of three, we booked the suite and loved it! It's a huge suite with large living room that can be closed off from the bedroom and large bath. Service was great, everything was spotless, and we loved the location. Highly recommend this charming old hotel.
Location
Good Place To Stay
Big rooms, amazing sheets, good location
Friendly, immaculate, great location
Very friendly and helpful staff. The Inn was immaculate. Our room was spacious and w nicely furnished to provide an Inn-like feel. Free onsite parking, located within a 2-3 minute walk from several restaurants, shops and the boardwalk path to enjoy sunsets from.
We asked for early check in, when we got your email 3 days ahead on what you could do for us. We arrived at 11:30. Friendly & great lady at the desk said it should be ready by 1:30. We came back at 2:20 & it was still too early! Really, are all the 22 rooms magically ready at 3 pm? Enjoyed the hotel, staff, rooftop patio, our room & happy hour. Breakfast was ok, could have juice & fresher muffins.
Looking for a amazing stay in Fairhaven Washington
Stayed overnight for the annuaki to Sea race and Memorial Day weekend celebration in the heart of Fairhaven Washington. I couldn't ask for a better location. Close to so many shops restaurants breweries if you are in to that , and a Haggens grocery store. I got room with a balcony and partial Bayview it was excellent. The room was huge. Fairhaven village inn is a vary classic charming hotel to stay at. The guest library is beautiful. It was a treat sit outside on a beautiful morning on the balcony to have coffee in the morning sun. I will be back sometime.
The reception staff are OK but NOT up to what one expects of this property. Rather dour and just not interested in their guests. Not rude, just not engaging.
Wonderful location
Sweet
Lovely stay; quiet; nice location; helpful instructions for very late arrival.
Great staff, small location gives a boutique feel in cool little town.
Wonderful place to stay close to WWU. Great evening entertainment.
The property is a beautiful old inn. While you do have to wrangle your luggage yourself, there are luggage carts and an elevator. Our room was comfortable and spacious. We had a lovely balcony that looked onto the bay (passed some low-lying buildings). Sunsets were spectacular. I know that morning refreshment and afternoon social gatherings were offered, but we did not partake as we had other commitments. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I appreciated the reach out via text before arrival so that we could finalize any special requests. Parking was available which was very much appreciated. The location is right in downtown Fairhaven and within easy walking distance to many great stores including the Village Bookstore. Wonderful stay!
Rooms are very spacious, clean and the bed very comfortably. We had a view of the bay and sunset. Location is great. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, walking and biking trail. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again, the next time I visit Bellingham.
Perfect
This is a lovely hotel with an ideal location in Bellingham. I’ll be back.
A very cozy spot with large comfortable rooms. Cute coffee lounge for the morning and the best hotel bar ever.
Perfect
Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast coffee temperature was a little on the cool side. There was no microwave in room to reheat it.
Nice stay
We had a great stay at the Fairhaven Village Inn! We appreciated the coffee and muffins/fruit in the morning and having the local paper available to read. Location is perfect, very easy to engage in a variety of activities right out the door. Their hospitality hour(s) is great too and makes you feel like a welcomed guest.
Excellent place to stay. Fairhaven is charming with lots to do and see. The Inn is excellent in every way.
Great little spot in a great location. Staff is wonderful and they go well put of their way for the customer. Super pleased
What a wonderful Victorian Inn! I'd stay there again next time I visit Fairhaven.
I didn’t like the one door shower with no handles. Otherwise love the hotel
Very comfortable, great location, very friendly staff.
Great spot for a weekend getaway
Good ambience, location, and great restaurants close by. The waterfront trail just steps from the hotel was a bonus. There was no need to drive our car. Nice views of the bay!
Such an adorable inn. Excellent coffee and snacks. Staffs are warm, friendly, and helpful. Everything was perfect. Thank you
Clean place overall. Staff was nice and the neighborhood was decent as long as you stay in Fairhaven. The cost of the hotel was wildly expensive for one night. This place isn’t worth staying at again for that reason.
No complaints.
It was a nice place to stay.
Always enjoy Village Inn
We love the view from balcony, the small details such as complimentary wine and breakfast , and proximity to walking paths and restaurants
Nice boutique inn with comfortable accommodations and spacious room with a balcony. Roof-top terrace was a perfect outdoor space. Great location and easy access to restaurants & shops in Fairhaven Village.
Enjoyable stay
We liked the quite property and ease of getting around by car and walking. One really nice thing is my husband has celiac and they had GF muffins in the lobby in the mornings. It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise and much appreciated! I would highly recommend staying here.
Its location is exellent, convenient, walking to local restaurants, shops, and Bay trail. Great places to watch sunset. Room is spacious, but for the price, I am disappointed for just a coffee, muffin and cookie breakfast.
i loved this property's location and view of the harbor.. not to mention the spacious and well appointed room
We had a great stay. Thanks for having coffee/teas available during the day. The Inn was beautfiul!
Not safe/ bad management
Got trapped in the elevator & the FD had to come pry us out. Asked for the room to be comp’ed, something any reasonable person would consider a bare minimum fix after having to push the red panic button in the elevator & was given a 50% discount. Wasn’t prepared to have to negotiate a deal post climbing out of the elevator with management. That should tell you everything you need to know. Ive stayed in 5 hotels in the area. Each was fantastic & prolly would have been more concerned with my safety & well being than collecting 1/2 my bill.
Beautiful views of the river from our balcony; everyone was super nice and there was so much to do within a half mile radius around the hotel. The breakfast muffins were very tasty!
great room wonderful location . Would recommend and stay there again
Excellent location.
We liked it and the surrounding area so much, we plan to book there again in the future.
