Got in late and found the In-N-Out Burger right next door! Parking lot is well lit, friendly staff, nice rooms, safe feeling.

It is a nice place to stay. Easy freeway access.

The front desk staff was awesome! I told them about the horrible experience booking through Expedia where I was over charge [Expedia made me remove the price to submit my reviews] from the advertised price, then the rooms were going for [another price removal to hide Expedia’s lack of ethics] cheaper immediately after I booked. The Expedia reps I talked to were no help and said it was my fault. After fighting with the rep he finally compensated me [price over charges]. When I told the hotel staff this experience they gave me the parking for free even though it wasn’t this fault because they felt bad for how Expedia treated me. I’ll definitely stay here again but NOT book through Expedia.

It was good place to stay

Everything was fine, but the phone did not work when I needed to contact the front desk to report a minor problem. I had to report the problem personally to the front desk. Neither issue was resolved until after we checked out.

The Room felt dingy, Our bathroom was clean. The carpet felt old and dirty. Our toilet flushed every 15 20 min on its own / hard to sleep with that going on. The Breakfast got old in a hurry / we were there are week and usually the same thing served everyday.

The Staff was amazing. My room was clean. That’s what I liked most.

Loud and bright! No dark curtains. Enjoy the Mandalay sign all night!

The housekeeping staff was very rude. The maid entered our room before check out time, and began to rush us to leave. The security guard assumed my son was not a guest at the hotel.. for some reason.. and gave him a hard time. On the other hand, the suite was very clean and spacious.

7 minute walk to Allegiant Stadium .

Our stay was great except for the horrible smell that was coming from the bathroom. We figured it out once we took a shower. It was coming from the shower drain so we put towels down to cover it and it was fine after that.

Front desk girl was amazing helping us check in on 1/1 at 4pm didn’t catch her ñame but she was amazing and very helpfull and had a great personality. The next day we had breakfast and the cooks were amazing making sure the food was great thank you for an amazing stay

Convenient not so busy location

Property needs to reflect “Marriott” standards. Toilet problems, one of the beds was falling off frame, probably broken on one side, remnants of termites on bed frame on floor (wood shavings) I have picture. Dresser drawer was out when we arrived. The drawer would not stay closed….just out in walkway. People constantly putting advertisements for foods under doorway - didn’t like.

The staff was very helpful, especially the man at the front desk who checked me in! I had a wonderful stay and will rebook if I return to Las Vegas.

Live inside the hotel. Didn’t like the noise outside. But it’s Las Vegas and it was expected

We arrived after a delayed flight and delayed baggage claim at the airport, planning to recover here before our vacation in Arizona. We arrived to a well lit, clean lobby but had to wait almost half an hour for a desk clerk to show up, without a greeting or apology. Calling the hotel phone did not alert the attendant or any other operator. Not a place I'll recommend.

Everything is good with the stay with the exception of the breakfast. On our 2nd day, we came down to the lobby at 8:30am (breakfast is supposed to stop serving at 9) for breakfast but many items were already out. And They never refill them. Everyone was complaining but yet they simply said the delivery didn’t come in time.

Poor experience because the breakfast bar ran out of simple necessary items like bread, muffins, etc. by 7am.

Disappointing Stay at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Las Vegas Stadium Area Our recent stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Las Vegas Stadium Area left us feeling disappointed. While the front desk staff member who checked us in was friendly and professional, the condition of our room fell short of expectations. When we arrived, we found that the bathroom hadn’t been flushed, which was off-putting, to say the least. Additionally, the sheets had an unpleasant odor, making us question whether they had been changed. Too exhausted from our travels to address the issue or request a room change, we resorted to using our own blanket as a cover for the bed. This was far from the level of cleanliness and comfort we expect from a Marriott property. It’s unfortunate that these issues overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. The staff’s helpful attitude was appreciated, but the lack of attention to basic room hygiene made it hard for us to fully enjoy our visit. Hopefully, the hotel addresses these concerns to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Not worth the money and poor service!

The pet fee is $100, the most expensive I've ever paid for one night. There were things left in the room from previous guest, showing it isnt cleaned properly. The breakfast was limited and probably the worse complimentary breakfast I've had at a hotel. I also asked for an hour later check out and they staff at the front desk didn't just say no, they were rude.

Before I made the reservation on Expedia, I called the Fairfield reservation number to ask about pet fees. The woman I talked to told me there was no pet fee at the Stadium Fairfield. Based on that I made the reservation. When we got to the hotel I was told that there was a fee and that it is $100. Outrageous. Plus a $20 parking fee. The parking fee was waived by the desk staff. I had to negotiate with the manager about the pet fee. He didn’t appear to believe me when I told him that I was told there’s no pet fee. I ended up paying $30 for my dog, the manager sternly informed me that if I came back I would have to pay the full fee. Not a pleasant experience.

Nice spot away from the strip, only annoyance was having to pay for parking….i thought that was odd. Front desk staff allowed us to check in early though and the room was clean, just tight.

Feels like home! best hotel room for a price

Nice, safe, and clean property. I was in town for a convention and was easily able to access the freeway and main streets to get to where I needed to go throughout the weekend. There were lots of families staying here which was good since i typically come to Vegas with mine, and I didnt get any seedy vibes from the general area. The breakfast was good and satisfying and the staff was very helpful and attentive. Thankfully there wasn’t a Raider game the weekend we stayed but I’m not sure it would’ve affected us much since the property, although near Allegiant Stadium, is separate enough from it to still be able to conveniently access. I’d definitely stay here again.

The lady that checked me in that night was great! Can’t remember her name though. But the young man that was there in the morning wasn’t very helpful. I told him I had to call the front desk from my cellphone because my room phone wasn’t w. He just said ok. Not oh let me see if someone can check it out or anything. Then I told him house keeping was knocking on my door waking me up after a long night out saying check out was at 11a and it was only 10a so I didn’t understand. He wasn’t helpful with that either. I told him the lady who checked me in gave me until 12p to check out. He said the best he could do was 11:30a a 30min difference he definitely could’ve granted that 12p the bathroom had a weird smell and my neighbors kid was crying very loud early in the morning. This experience was terrible.

Desk staff was very friendly but the room was poor, carpet hall was fairly new, but elevator was not well maintained.

My 17 year old daughter and I stayed one night and attended a concert at Allegiant Stadium. It was about a 5 minute walk. We were thrilled at how close it was to get there by simply walking down the sidewalk. We also took a longer walk to Mandalay Bay to shop and eat and then walked back to the hotel. Took about thirty minutes to walk to Mandalay Bay, one way, but we had sidewalks the whole way and felt safe. Had a great time!

This property is the perfect location if you are going to an event at the Allegiant. You can walk to and from the stadium.

The staff was amazing. I went down in the morning with my son to get breakfast and one of the kitchen staff offered to help me because he saw I had my hands were full. The lady that checked us in was very friendly. The cleaning staff were very nice and quiet. I didn’t hear any noise from any other room. Our room was clean, but the bathtub had a burn or something that created a hole that was half fast fixed. That’s really my only complaint it was a great experience.

We stayed here when we went ti a Raiders game. It was a short walk which was realky convenient. Also close to shopping and eating. The hotle was clean, comfortable and friendly. We will definitely stay gete again.

The property was/is quite new it was clean besides the dust from construction on the first floor but the rooms were very nice,However for it to be in Vegas by the stadium, the breakfast was subpar just basic.. it definitely could be much better. I’ll give the hotel a 10- and breakfast a-1 .

Hotel is being renovated at this time and they are almost done. My room looked brand new and was very clean in all areas. Been to this hotel 3 years in a row and this last time was my best stay yet! Close walk to Allegient Stadium is always the best part! Definitely my spot for years to come.

Nice place close to Allegiant Stadium. Our room was next to the ice machine so that was a little annoying. I’d stay again. And the omelette’s were surprisingly delicious!

Property needs remodeled

The staff was very helpful and friendly. But that's didn't make up for the room smelling like cigarettes and the ongoing remodel. I'd wait to stay hear until the work is complete.

Exactly what I was looking for! I’ve recommended to my friends and family, even though there was some remodeling going on it was very clean and the customer service was excellent.

The building is being renovated but it didn’t bother us much overall it was good. Breakfast staff were very nice and friendly.
