Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious. Some of the ratings did not reach 5, due to the bathroom. The items of concern was mentioned at check out. - leaky faucet - loose toilet seat - shower control knob leaking - mirror had a hidden message once steamed The list above was manageable

The building needs some upkeeps. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Property did not have enough bath towels in stock to supply every one in my party of 3. the hotel explained it was not their fault and it was the vendor for the towels to blame. The A/C in our room also was not working correct. Not satisfied with my stay

Property is outdated, needs updates. Rooms are nice size but smell like mildew or either smoke, can't really tell but not a fresh scent. In room amenities were pretty much all broken. Shower stopper, bathroom light dimmer was way too dim. Temp gauge screen in room on AC was broken.

The beds were fine, the room was clean but there was a musty/damp smell from the carpets. We were so tired from driving in a torrential downpour that all we wanted to do was shower and rest. Breakfast was great ... nice spread. 👍

Overall it was nice except for the ac in the hotel room did not the cool the room off enough may be just a ac filter or something and they ran out of towels for the pool area yeah so for a over 200 a night stay not really impressive

Room was clean

The room smelled of mildew and everything in the room was damp from the air unit. The next morning we discovered that everything in our suitcase was also damp. When we got to the car, I plugged in my e-reader to charge, I got a warning message that it couldn’t charge due to moisture in the devise. Even the carpet and bedding was damp. Will never return.

Great seevice

Overall our stay was not bad. Buuut the light switches were not correct, the shower had a dirty tint to the shower floor, and the 1st room we was given the tv was missing so they moved our room.

Did not like the extra $8 a night for parking should be part of the money you pay to stay there not an extra charge when you show up

1st room, the room smelled and the tub was broken. Pool was also nroken and not clean. Just a little rough all the way around

I have had better Stays

Carpet needs to be replaced do to coming about at the door, walls dirty, Tub shower area needs to be redone, do to mold and seal needs to be replaced, had a reservation for three adults and one child, only had three towels in the shower in the bathroom

The hotel room was ok, I loved the larger televisions but the bed wasn’t as comfortable as what I’m use to and the bathroom needs to be updated as well. There were stains in the toilet and in the tub and that is not like a Fairfield, almost felt like a motel to some degree. Breakfast was very limited and what was available I’d rate a 6. Front desk staff was accommodating and that was a plus. Overall, I would stay again but it wouldn’t be my first choice for the price!

Parking space costs and to close together.

Pool had a ring around it. Lamp in room didn’t work. Room overall felt a bit dark and creepy. However it was a large and spacious room. Said that it could sleep 6 with the sofa bed. Sofa bed was not much larger than a twin size mattress. Luckily there were only 4 of us.

They charged $10.31 for parking. This was a normal hotel paking in front of building. This wasn't disclosed when we booked the room.

Fine except car sleepers behind the hotel

Pretty clean, bed very comfortable and fine breakfast. Biggest issue that should be resolved ASAP is there's apparently homeless people living out of their cars that park/sleep behind back all night. If local PD won't do anything about it I suggest hiring onsite security. Discussed this with front desk 3 times during our 3 night stay.

Very clean Quiet

The parking here on a full house is ridiculous, I have photos of several individuals taking up 2 spots because they did not want door dents and mirrors knocked off, people were passing parking next door at a different business . The parking spots are very tight all around the building. Do not attempt to go around the building pulling a trailer or car dolly of any size, it is extremely tight bank there and its one way only driving thru the parking lot. My bathroom was ok but the shower is small and dated with someone elses hair stuck to the walls and inside of tub. Tub and shower curtain appear severely stained and dirty. I guess this that "clean" here do not attempt to remove mold. Bed slept fine and the laundry machines were great, more like your high end at home washer and dryer.

Nice hotel.

Your colleagues at the front desk were exceptional, helpful, professional, very pleasant. On the other hand, the breakfast was awful. Although it was included in our stay, we had to leave the premises and buy our breakfast elsewhere. The bananas were completely green and inedible as was the honeydew melon. The sausage patties were hockey pucks, dry and hard. The eggs were obviously made from a powder. Just awful.

Nice Stay

The hotel was clean, and comfortable, located off the highway with restaurants and shopping nearby. The breakfast was hot and good, and there were many choices. It was a good stay.

Neat clean, nice staff. Although the room did have a musty odor to it.

The team members were excellent and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms had a few signs of age (missing sink drain plug, loose faucet, etc.), though the overall condition of the living and sleep space was good.

Spent 1 night here while traveling. Front staff were friendly, and David was especially helpful. Comfortable room and bed. Breakfast selection was good. Quiet room was appreciated.

The place was clean and very nice. Bed super comfy and the room. My only issue is the breakfast… no very good on the food. No taste at all. Even the coffee has a weird after taste. Anyway that’s pretty much it.

We came in to town to visit family in the area and celebrate our anniversary. Staff was nice, breakfast hit the spot and lobby and room were cold just like we like it. Definitly stay there again.

The reception was great at the front desk the afternoon i arrived.

We enjoyed the location being outside of the main Jacksonville hectic area, but easy to drive down the the Riverwalk for dinner. The room was quiet and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay

Check in was very fast and friendly. Excellent breakfast on concern is the roof had a little mold coming in the corner of the room.

Waited 15 minutes to check in and then the desk clerk walked out and quit. Took an hour to check in even though I had mobile check-in through the app. Horrible service. We have a lot of visitors who stay here, going to recommend going somewhere else

Great location and facilities but best of all people were fabulous. We were in town for a funeral and will come back for pleasure next time.

Our room a bad odor like wet carpet with mildew. We slept with the window open. No breakfast, someone didn’t come to work. They were late trying out items out. I don’t think I will stay there again.

David checked us in and he was great! Typically there were phone calls, additional people checked in and checking in and the guy waded through it all with humor and professionalism. Great room, no problems, got a couple of extra decafs for the morning in the room, all well kept very clean and quite full, too.

Enjoyed my stay. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable.

I’ve stayed here a few times, this time will be the last. I like how big the rooms are as I have a large family. I don’t like how the rooms seem to be a little dirty. Like I wouldn’t ever clean my house and say job well done with Pubic hair in the bathtub and on the floor. I did not like the website said that breakfast ends at 930 and then I get down there and the lady was like nope, sign says 9 and just walks away. That was pretty off putting. Our door was hard to close and if we just walked away without checking before leaving the hotel, the door would have stayed open all day. All in all. If you only care about space, this is the hotel for you.

Room never cleaned

The property was advertised that they clean rooms daily. After 2 days I ask the front desk and was told I have to request my run be cleaned. I requested. 3 days later I had to go back to crying desk because my room never got cleaned the entire time. I had to go purchase toilet paper for the bathroom.

Hotels.com vs. Unfairfield inn and Suites

Hotels.com charged us 443.00 for 2 nights. Unfairfield Inn & Suites charges our card 750 dollars! Secondly, in those two nights we were moved to 3 different rooms! (204, 208, 214) Lastly, your staff has the audacity to suggest that this was our undoing for not using Expedia.com and that hotels.com has a bad relationship with Unfairfield Inn & suites. Get yourself together and stop allowing the customer to suffer for your mistakes. They lost a customer. If you’re staying at this location, there are 3 other wonderful hotels within walking distance of this hotel. I urge you to look at other hotels instead of the Unfairfield inn and Suites.

The heater/AC was very noisy

The property want to charge grade 4 sratus but work off a grade 2. Their were no extra towels. The cleaning staff were washing them. The hotel did not have any ice for a complete day and half

We loved the quietness and cleanliness of the property. The desk agent was friendly, engaging in conversation with ease. But, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. We didn't sleep well at all. My back was aching when I woke up.

Nice property

The property overall was nice, however upon arrival we found leftover food from the previous guest in the mini fridge and a slight odor in the room.

Not up to Marriott standards or the price. Room very ordinary. Restaurants in area steps from hotel were also ordinary. We ate at Japan sushi which was quite fine with us after a long drive. However the hotel laundry was on the blink and this was one reason to choose this place. Parking was $5 !!

Quiet, safe and location convenience.

I arrived the evening of 8/12/21. Upon arrival I was greeted with courtesy. The young man was very professional and assisted me in every way possible being that I had booked the wrong Fairfield Inn. I was assigned a room that had an infestation of insects of some sort in the drawer and there was a roach crawling on the wall and bed. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and was assigned a different room. In the new room There was hair in the bathtub as well as the shower walls. Clearly the area had not been cleaned. I didn’t eat the breakfast after seeing that their was a bugs problem. The beds were comfortable and the ac worked just fine. Great location near food, nail salon, convenient store and gas station.

Very good experience!!

The cleanliness was excellent, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing in the room about amenities, they were probably online, but I’d rather have a brochure to look at. I really don’t like the tapping room keys, I never got the doors open on the first pass!

There is not much around the location. It is near a Family Dollar and a neighborhood for great walking/running

Would never stay again.

There was blood on the sheets at the first room we checked in. We requested a new room because of the blood on the sheets and musty smell. The 2nd room was also musty smelling and overall cleanliness was poor. Also had to pay for parking which was ridiculous and I was unaware of that until I received an email with the bill attached.

There was clothing garments left in the room from prior guests. Made the room feel less clean than expected.

Room was dirty (I cleaned with the wipes I had), view out the window looked like a homeless camp (room 222), hair dryer was missing and there was a smell of gasoline - I was very disappointed with the stay. They also charge for parking in an open parking lot for “surveillance” - which is BS. Do not stay at this hotel!

Bed sheets were dirty. Bathroom smelt of urine. Toilet seat was damaged. Shower head was moldy. Hotel seemed to be short staffed as well. Too much money spent on a dirty room.

Shame Shame!

For the price - unabashedly a ripoff! I was expecting much much better cleanliness, general appearance, quality...I will never stay in a Fairfield again. And the reviews were entirely off the mark...excellent? Give me a break. I felt duped and taken.
