Just need more pillows as they are on the small side but the stay was great

Always great to stay here. Easy, clean, quiet. I find that the room fridge way too small, though. And don’t use the pre-checkin email that they send. When I got there I had to check in as normal anyway. Waste of time. But everything else was great!

The staff were more than accommodating to our needs. The only thing I found disappointing was the timetable for breakfast, it ended as most guests are just waking up.

The room was great, loved the scents of the toiletries that were provided! Pool deck/pool was a little chilly for my test, my 6yr old loved it though!

Solid hotel for a quick stay. Rather new still nice location is at the far end of town and if you wanna go out for dinner, be prepared to drive.

Newer hotel in North Bay and well kept. Service at check-in was seemless - not sure why it isn't always so easy!

The chair in room 416 is the most uncomfortable chair ever. They should have a sofa chair and a no arms chair so you can sit at the desk. To watch tv you had to sit on the bed as the only chair in the room was so uncomfortable. The need to replace it!

The hotel is nice and clean. The heart of winter and a lot of snow outside but it clean as well as can be expected with snow and salt outside and a constant stream of people coming in and out all the time. The front dest staff are super helpful and friendly.

Everything was good...

The lobby was clean and breakfast was great but our room had old chips on the floor when we arrived and hair elastics spilled at the side of the bed from the last person.

Firstly, they should never advertise they have a pool. It was literally smaller than our hot tub at home! Barely enough room for two kids to kick and splash around and the door to get into it with key card was broken. The room was small with one chair, blown out light bulb in the bed reading light (which we complained about and was never fixed in the 3 days we were there), noisy (you could hear the road noise all night coupled with the hockey teams staying there that took up all the morning dining space), the bathroom was never cleaned even though we requested maid service, and the list goes on… Every time we brought something up to the desk attendant we were told they would “make note of it,” but nothing was done. We elected to pay more and stay at this “Marriott” facility assuming it would be better than the Comfort Inn option there, but hands down it was not! We travel there often and will be staying at the Comfort Inn from now on. The facilities are misrepresented, small and not kept up. Very disappointed.

Clean and modern hotel

Excellent service and cleanliness. Rooms are soundproofed however the usual hallway sounds from loud talking guests and doors closing was audible. The spotless room, hearty breakfast and eco friendly amenities are what brings us back and this hotel remains our favourite in North Bay

The entrance was blocked off by snow and my car got stuck. The hotel needs to ensure that entrances are accessible during the winter months.

Last Minute stay

It was a last minute decision to stop in North Bay for the night and because it was enroute to my final destination it made it that more accessible to stay the night. I was very impressed with the room and will make it a stay on future trips

Food was left in the fridge from the previous guest and the tissue box was empty. Overall decent place to stay, housekeeping needs to bring their “A” game into play!

Stay was amazing. rooms facilities good but breakfast service was not up to the mark. There was barely food for everyone. It got ver crowded and there was only one person to serve hundreds. not a good experience. Aside from that staff were nice

We enjoyed our staying in the hotel. Clean room nice people working there. Everything was great! Swimming pool is small. Breakfast was fine.

The property is conviently located off Highway 11, so very less chance of missing it. This hotel bathroom had mold and some electrical issues like bathroom exhaust and hair dryer. Dont visit during fall weekend as they are not abke to serve proper breakfast. The staff choses to ignore your complaints and or request. The bathroom floors are dirty. Given the hotel is just 2 years old, it is not well kept. I will not recommend for freinds or family.

This property appears to be brand new and the staff were very helpful. We’re from out of town and this location was very convenient for our hospital visit.

The property was very well maintained, it was reasonable priced and the free breakfast was one of the best I’ve had.

The hotel was very nice and so was the staff. Check in took a long time as tbere was only 1 person ahead of me and it esily was 10-15 minutes each for both of us to check in

When we arrived, we were greeted with a smile, friendly place. The rooms are clean and also I like to let people know that the food was really good.

Staff were very accommodating when I needed an early check-in because a family member was ill while travelling. The room was very clean and I always appreciate a hotel with a hot breakfast.

The property was modern, clean, and had great amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent, and there was a variety of options. The only things I didn't like were that the beds were a little soft (I prefer a firm bed) and that the bathroom did not have any body lotion.

They charge $50 for a dog to stay in the room for one night!

Amazing service, clean new rooms, great breakfast. Whether passing through, visiting the University or exploring the area, this is a great hotel.

The next night we were required to stay in a different hotel chain and we quickly found out how good the Holiday Inn was the previous evening. I would stay in a Holiday Inn any time.
