Everything was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay there again.

We had the suite that offered an extra room. Very nice, except I would recommend a door between bedroom & seating area. Nice & quiet.

Nothing really unique, everything was quite nice. The check in girl was not very happy, was on the phone with someone for quite sometime while I stood there waiting with no indication that she saw me even though I was right in front of her. Then she spoke so fast when checking me in, I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times. Other then that, everything was great.

I liked the indoor pool but they needed fresh towels in the pool area and also the staff was very friendly but they need to give guests directions on where the gym and exercise and ice machine were located

All was well. Just wish the people working the front desk were a little more friendlier.

Unfortunately there was a travel ball group above our room. It was like a stampede until 2am! I was unable to get anyone on the phone when I called the front desk.

We enjoyed our little one night getaway room was beautiful and clean, the host was very nice as well. Will stay again if we ever stay in Jackson again.

Very nice and clean

Well cared for property which appears warm and inviting.

Was on the third floor and hear people above us.

No one at check in counter upon arrival and departure. No hot water for coffee in lobby. Pillows in room felt like bricks. No hair conditioner in shower.

Most of the staff were pleasant. But when I requested a delayed check out I was told No. I rarely do this but I was never told they couldn’t without some accommodation. Also when I left the hotel was pretty empty and there were no people anxious to check in. They had 3 hours to prepare the room for the next guest and I saw no reason for my request being denied. My grandson just started college in the area and I have used this hotel before and planned to use it for the next four years. But due to this incident I don’t intend to patronize your hotels again.

Near the I-40 in Jackson TN. Close to where we wanted to be. Quiet.

Good Experience with Serious Television Issues

The place was really nice. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable but we normally sleep on a sleep number so that should be a reasonable expectation. I was mostly disappointed in the ease of use of the television. That is the reason for 4 stars versus 5. The television didn't work well and was beyond frustrating

The heater in our room 306 was unnessesarily LOUD. We set heater to 65 at night. In the morning when we set the heat up there was a HORRIBLE SMELL. We had to turn the heat off it was so bad. Not happy with our stay

Just ok.

The bathroom door was dragging on the floor which made opening and closing the door very difficult. The sink in the bathroom was completely clogged and would not drain our entire stay. There was mold visible on the bottom of the shower door.

My son goes to Lane College there in Jackson, me and my wife have tried a couple of hotels before this one ..all bad experiences...this hotel is the total opposite, friendly staff, clean rooms, overall nice environment...we stay here everytime we come to Jackson now ..a number of restaurants near by and shopping area.. pleasant stay, we drive all the way from Dallas and this is the only hotel we have been satisfied with, no issues thus far . awesome staff

Enjoyed our stay at this location. It is on a street with plenty of restaurants and shopping, while also being close to the places that we came to visit.

Clean, newer hotel in safe and convenient location

We were happy with how fast they responded to our concern. Our sink was clogged so they switched us to another room in no time, we didn’t even had to go to the desk, they brought us new keys to our room.

Appreciated driving distance to restaurants and Union University.

Great stay with the family on a road trip. Staff was excellent and very friemdly. It was very quiet. The rooms and linens were clean. We had a little heat wave that day..100 degrees... AC wasn't satisfactory at all. I keep my house on 71 but this room never got below 76, the hallways were a good 80-85 or better....

No customer service for problems

We booked for 5 days. We had to leave one day early to catch a plane in Nashville. Fairfield refused to give us any credit for a room we did not use even though we gave them 5 days notice. Don't expect any help from Fairfield if your plans have to be changed.

I was really pleased by my stay. The hotel was immaculate, the staff very responsive. Everything was exactly what it should have been. Thank you.

College orientation

In town for freshman orientation at Lane College. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The night staff was wonderful and very helpful will definitely be back when coming to town to visit my son

Too loud

I was in Room 310. The guests above me were loud. Walking a lot both late at night and early I. The morning. Plus, there were about 10-15 people downstairs outside under my window laughing and talking loud past 11:00. I hate being a party pooper, but…. Next time I will demand stating on the top floor at the end.

When I checked in, I was asked for my card, informed staff I had already paid on Expedia, was told was for incidentals. However, I checked my bank account and had debit for room charge from Expedia another room charge from the hotel and a charge for incidentals. Staff at the desk stated Expedia just put my card on file but didn’t charge it, but that I could get with the manager in the morning and they would take care of it. Frustrating.

My experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites was what I had expected. The place was clean, service was great and there were no surprises. I could have paid less elsewhere. I did not because I enjoy the level of comfort that Marriot always delivers.

Staff and hotel were good. The mattress was not so good. It was firm on the edges but beyond that everything collapsed and rolled to the center. I spoke to the front desk and reported my concern. The staff member said the mattress was probably old. She did not seem concerned beyond that. No "we will check it out" or "sorry to hear that".

This property was excellent, beautiful, and clean. The staff helpful . Breakfast was excellent with great choices. We stayed there whe going to meet up with our grandkids on a Friday. It was so above average that we also stayed there on our way back home.. great bed and shower. Excellent!!!!

The breakfast setup was one of the best I've seen. I'm close to fifty and have traveled quite a bit so my husband and we're impressed on the free breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly, definitely will stay here again when in the area.

Good place to stay. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable ever, but it was ok. Breakfast was sufficient but not spectacular, however the staff did a great job keeping it stocked/fresh. Olivia checked us in and was very kind. Overall I would stay here again.
