I liked the quiet location enough away from the highway to not be too noisy but close enough for easy commuting. Clean, friendly staff, and decent breakfast.

Fantastic Fairfield

Our visit was a very pleasant one. The room was nicely appointed and staff helpful. We hadn’t stayed at a Fairfield for awhile and were pleased. The breakfast included a wide variety to suit anyone’s palate. It was one of the best we have seen.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff was great and breakfast was good. Was surprised at the overall wear of the hotel given its age. Pool is not worth having given its tiny size. Looks like it was added just to check the "pool" box for the search.

The pool is too small and was nor warm. The tv was large.

This Fairfield Inn is a relatively new structure. The accommodations were clean and very nice. The staff was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this nonsmoking hotel for travelers.

Nice overall but pool was tiny and we were disappointed that the staff wouldn't open the bar during the weekend, but there is a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance which was nice. Overall it was a nice stay

We thought our room was nice but it could have been cleaner and the staff was not helpful at all with asking rooms above us to keep down the noise. Pillows were so uncomfortable and room temp was difficult to keep at a constant. It was either too hot or too cold. Way too much money for a night of absolutely no sleep

Really good of the staff to get the breakfast buffet started a little early. There were a lot of little league baseball teams with parents staying the weekend that didn’t have a lot of time before they had to head to their games. Food was hot and ready to go before 7:00 a.m.

Stayed for kid’s baseball tournament- great hotel, breakfast was good, rooms and facilities were clean. Kids enjoyed the pool after hot days outside playing ball. Would stay again.

Very pleasant 2 night stay. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. The room was clean. The outside patio with the firepit was a cool feature. We were there for the total eclipse and they gave out gift bags with viewing glasses and snacks.

We chose this hotel as our halfway stop for Easter at my in-laws. We did get caught up and had to check in late. I called to let them know of our situation, and the staff was very friendly and reassuring that it wasn't an issue. The hotel was conveniently located and, most importantly, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast options and clean dining area. I was very happy with our stay, and we will stay again.

Excellent experience

The general manager, Dixit Patel, and the young woman assisting him were helpful and persistent in helping clear up an an issue we encountered at check-in which was not the hotel’s fault. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, despite a very full hotel. The breakfast staff had their hands full with many guests arriving early and at all at once. They did a great job of replenishing the food as needed despite the crowd. The location was great. It was close to several restaurants as well as downtown Columbus. We would gladly stay there again on a future visit.

Make sure tv remotes work

The only negative I have is that our remote for the tv did not work. We got in late and just wanted to chill and watch some tv.

Most everything seemed to be okay and the breakfast was fine. The cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing.

It was an amazing place to stay! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful as well. We will stay here again.

Easy check-in! Friendly staff

The property was great and staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem I have is with the bathroom. There was only one grab bar and it was by the shower head. Normally get out at back of tub. No grab bar. Would also be nice to have a hook by the bath tub to hang a towel on. The nearest hook is behind the door.

I was impressed with the front desk young man. He mentioned I was over charged and asked me to contact Expedia and let them know. I thought that was very nice. The area was easy to get to and had places to eat near by.

I rated good because it was clean. Unfortunately, going to breakfast and checking out at 9:30 am, the lobby floor was being washed and though there were “wet floor” signs, it was an inconvenience and was not safe to walk on.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The desk staff was very accommodating. We were able to sleep in peace, because the sound absorbency of the hall carpeting and walls must be great. We had a very positive experience at Fairfield and will stay again.

Almost perfect.

Front desk staff and people helping with Breakfast were wonderful. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in the shower were completely empty. I was unfortunately in a room next to a loud, rude, guest that kept me awake at night.

The rooms were clean. The pool was small and a little chilly, but overall a great experience.

The worst experience ever

I booked the room for my two day business trip. When I went back after my work for the second night stay, my room was gone. The front desk told me that I was not even checked in! When I showed him the charge on my credit cart, he just started to look my stuff. Fortunately my stuff was found. What kind of the hotel is it? How could you remove your customer belongings without permission and assign the room to other customers? I have been traveling a lot and this was my first experience with this kind. Definitely I will never go to this hotel again! BTW, I never received any apologies from the hotel. It made me believe that this kind of things might be common for them.

I made a long road trip and stayed at many hotels. This brand name was my best experience for the trip.

Everything was a breeze checking in. The staff has been awesome. The pool area is a but smaller than we figured it would be. But all other amenities are great.

Both mornings I was woke up by barking dogs in neighboring rooms. I did wish the property had a hot tub. The door to the outside, from the pool did not latch all the way. Meaning anyone could walk into the hotel without a key card. However, we did feel safe there. And I was comfortable staying there as a woman with 2 small children. Overall, the property was nice, in good condition, and I would return again to stay at the hotel. My kids were also pleased with the hotel.

The hotel itself was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The only problem is that next door is a dog daycare/kennel and when they let them outside they get very loud. We were awoken by a dozen barking dogs at 7:00 am. Not the fault of the hotel I know. However I’d recommend getting a room on the west side of the building.

Hotel we booked wasn’t available due to a flood so they booked us across the street in a dirty hotel for which they explained that corporate just flew in a new manager to try and get it cleaned up however that doesn’t help our stay at all.

It was clean and staff was friendly. Shops and restaurants surround the hotel so finding something to do wasn’t hard. Easy to find.

Our stay was excellent. I want to especially Thank Pablo. Our car broke down and he want above and beyond to help us fix the situation. He offered us a ride to the auto parts store due to Uber not responding to our fare.

Had to change rooms because bathroom had hair all over the floor. Second room was cleaner but but still had a dirty surface on coffee table

I booked our room approximately 2 weeks in advance, a 2- queen suite. I checked in early online. Upon arrival i was informed that they were overbooked and no suites were available. How does that happen?? The pool is about the size of a hot tub, and all the debris on the hallway carpeting when we arrived was still there when we left 3 days later. Breakfast was also terrible. If you can handle those things, go for it. We won't stay here again.

Good stay, couple issues though.

Very nice and new hotel. Common areas were very clean. When we checked in, found a couple items in the bathroom trash can, and a wet rag on the bathroom counter. Breakfast was also limited and undersized for the amount of people present.
