Good stay

An absolute stain on Marriott’s reputation! Very poor location, hard to find. Unprofessional service, had to escalate my grievances to the GM. There ultimately was an engagement from the team but damage was done. The positive was the management “appeared” to be serious about addressing the gaps in service and security issues. Definitely raises questions about trust in the brand.

Good place. Front desk and reservation staff are fantastic and helpful. Esp Carl and Anand are super helpful.. Breakfast buffet is good, tasty. They don't have valet, but convenient self parking.

Clean, friendly and professional

I think there is very kindness staff whose name is Kiran. He understood my order of coffee and some meals. I don't say anything but he save a black coffee and some food. It's useful for me.

As for Marriott you expect more. Apartment average, a bit tired. Staff is super friendly thou, right from reception desk, through restaurant, to housekeeping... Smiling, welcoming, making you feel like home. 10 stars for them.

Not Marriott standard from any angle!!

The property is not Marriott standard from any angle. While the staff was cordial and efficient, the property itself is vey ordinary, noth something that you would identify with Marriott. The location was average, room is very small, cleanliness and house keeping is poor (there were stains on both in-room sofa and chair).

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

Great place, reasonably priced. Service was quick and the staff is really helpful. It was a pleasant stay. Only issue we faced was that the rooms were 'non-smoking' rooms which is not in keeping with what is mentioned on here.

Great hotel! Clean with great staff and service. The food/buffet was awesome and the kitchen staff are very polite with great customer service. Overall very satisfied with my stay, will definitely stay there again!

The staff are definitely good, the house keeping staff accidently broke my wife's Vrinda's perfume bottle, they were v apologetic about it and offered to pay us for the perfume, we did not ask for any payment, they responded by placing a nice bottle of wine with a apology note and the house keeping manager made special efforts to ensure our 5 day stay was comfortable.

Staff behaviour, in-room facilities, restaurant menu, cleanliness of rooms, corridors were awesome.

Everything was great The food available was delicious and Room service was quick and fast Staff members were polite and resourceful Overall very good experience , will take up hotel whenever I’m in Pune

The stay at Fairfield was the best experience I had till today. Lovely property, greatly suited for business. The staff is quite a professional.

Though hotel is really good and facelites are better , I feel the space is little constraint . Need some good space like sitting on deck , garden , lobby etc. Rooms are too small to relax . Staff is courteous and well behaved . The decor I would say is little old fashioned and too monotonous . Need a international professional to make the atmosphere more live .

Average experience

Overall, Average experience at Premier Inn Kharadi, Pune. Can't really call it value for money. Will rate it 3/5. Restaurant, room service, breakfast options, wifi etc. need to be improved to qualify it as a good 3.5 star hotel.

Poor rooms and extra charges that we did not have.

My stay was suppose to be pretty nice getaway for some friends and I. You could feel the bed springs in the mattress. The shower went all over the floor of the bathroom. Our towels smelled like someone lit a pack of cigarettes and smoked on them. Some of the non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke. This was my second time that I have stayed there and I was going to give them another shot but both times at check out I was asked to pay for things I did not have. This last time they were going to charge one of our rooms for two acolholic drinks. My friends and I first of all don't drink secondly we were not in the hotel when they said we ordered it. I will not be staying here again due to the poor service and rooms. My advice watch your wallets when staying here.

Stay at Premier Inn

Stayed over for 2 nights. Good clean property. Nice bed, very comfortable. Room service is a little slow and also the food prices in the menu are on the higher side.

The stay was good ... But the bed had some rubber sheet .. Which was making too much noise ..the hot water was not available after 10 am which made a difficult part. We had a late check out but the manager told have to pay half the amount of the room but in the site it was mentioned 900/- after I told this they said ok ok ya madam. The room was clean the hotel was good . The rate is too much.

It was excellent experience,

Excellent place to transit

Spent one night here on the way to Mumbai. Was pleasantly surprised with the high standard of the facilities. It is a no-frills hotel, but the room was excellent, large and comfortable. Only negative was the attitude of the Front Office staff at check in and also check out - they were quite surly. A smile and warm welcome would have made the experience wonderful.

Best Budget Business Class Hotel Near Airport

Had late work at Pune, and had to catch a morng flight wantd a hotel near to airport. This hotel is 6-8 min in free hrs and 15-20min rush hrs far from airport. Booked for 1st time tru Hotel.com, and whata rate.. awsome... totally worth it. Nice Stay, clean linen/bath/lobby. Small gym. Food Quality & Service Nice. Overall Nice Experience.
