Cold

It was too cold in the room. Needed extra blankets because there system didn’t have heaters. Beside that only issue, it was a great stay. Great staff, restaurant was great.

The shower floor didn't have proper anti slipe surface.

The staff were lovely, restaurant was great, but the hotel lacked overall amenities present in almost every 4 star hotel. For example, there were no toiletries in the room and I had to ask for tooth paste which I was told the hotel didn't have. No pen in the room for writing, which I had to ask for, no slippers or robe. While none of this is a deal breaker, these small items are so common place these days that I never pack toothpaste or slippers for my trip and I was surprised at them not being available.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.Breakfast are good,lots of selection. We flew to Cusco after 2 nights we stayed in the hotel,we left our two suitcases in the hotel and was free of charge. We cameback for another night after 6 days and we flew to Rio. I felt so sick right after we checked out.Staff were very helpful and they let us used one bedroom for me to rest free of charge.Thank you so much Pedro,Merlyn,Marilyn and Diego for your help.

My room was very small, i suggest to check this before...other than than i was very pleased

The morning staff women are terrible. I arrived at 6:00 am not expecting my room to be ready, so when I came back at 11 and it still wasn’t ready, no biggie. However, I busied myself in Lima until 4 and then returned for them to informed me that they only had one room left on the second floor and it was next to the noisy busy street. I was the first person there and should’ve been given priority of rooms. Also, they were very unhelpful on anything I wanted. The woman at night was way nicer, but for such a nice hotel, they should have better staff in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Shower was great. Breakfast on the rooftop was really nice. We wish they had a spa and more interactive breakfast with eggs made to order rather than all buffet options. In Peru that was more of our experience in smaller hotels and when a larger hotel only offered a buffet it was a missed experience.

All the staff was very nice and available to help. Modern and well kept rooms made it very comfortable.

The park across the street is a really great area to take a walk and read a book

After traveling from Cusco and the Sacred Valley, this hotel was a welcomed comfort for my mother. I had come from participating in a 5-day trek, so it was a huge upgrade from the trekking stays I was residing in. Overall, the hotel's location is safe and easy to get to places around the city. We had a wonderful time and appreciated the double beds. The breakfast each morning topped it off and the hotel is very clean. Top notch experience.

Me consiguieron un chofer para toda mi estadia llamado Daniel de 3ML Security Transport y el servicio fue espectacular, el mejor servicio de taxi y guia turistico que he utilizado. Son los mejores. Si vuelvo a Lima, sin dudarlo me hospedaria nuevamente con ustedes, y utilizaria a Daniel de 3ML Security Transport nuevamente. Recomendado ambos 100%

El hotel es uno de los mejores en el área. El desayuno que incluye es de muy buena calidad y súper variado. El personal del hotel súper amables y atentos, responden de inmediato a tus necesidades y te ayudan a poder navegar por la zona. Súper, mis acompañantes y yo volveríamos nuevamente.

Worth It Marriott!

My experience here at the Fairfield Marriott was amazing. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The person or woman who greeted me on my arrival was great. The kitchen staff were there to assist with everything. And Diego helped me book my flight to Machu Picchu. He was very helpful. The recommendations from the hotel was on point. The room was top of the line. Bed was comfortable. The temperature in the room was good. Everything was modern at this hotel. The location was safe and busy. I would recommend staying here.

It was one of our best hotel experiences in years! It was a wonderful surprise to receive such exceptional service and welcome and enjoyable breakfast.

Our stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Lima Miraflores was wonderful. All of the staff were very kind, courteous and professional. They were very helpful in arranging our transportation for the day, as well as, giving us a general overview of local parks, museums, shops, and restaurants to try during our one week stay. Muchos Gracios!!

We had to book the hotel accommodations last minute. Turns out this place was amazing and perfect for our last couple of nights in Peru!

Location is ideal close to the city center

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and were easy to communicate with! I appreciate that I was able to leave my bags in storage after checking out while I was able to enjoy more time around the area before my departure that late evening!

Management appreciates its customers and takes care of them.

Facilities wise, this is a first rate property. Lots of care and attention; and the healthy, tasty, well-sourced restaurant offerings were impressive. I found staff pleasant and helpful if not always speedy. The check out seemed longer process than necessary.
