Property is in a dirty area with loud noise

Staff were great!

Very clean, excellent condition rooms and bedding, good breakfast spread. The location is very central for major city attractions. Best of all, service from bell desk, front desk (Mahipal), coffee shop (Rizwan and Vipin) and housekeeping (Satya) were all fantastic. Highly recommend if you want something nice, secure and functional in Jaipur and don’t need “fancy” or opulent.

Great hotel when staying in Jaipur. Rooms are modern and of western standard. Spotlessly clean, very comfy bed and pillows, decent shower and fabulous view from upper floors. A bit of road noise but im not sure you can avoid that anywhere in Jaipur. Staff were polite and welcoming. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and they have a little snack shop in reception as well as a cafe/bar on the rooftop. We would book again if we are ever in Jaipur.

The hotel is not bad. Next to a fairly busy road at least on the third floor it can get noisy at night. The staff are polite but service is lacking. They don’t seem to want to help or offer much assistance. At breakfast the disorganized state was almost amusing. It wasn’t busy but many are waiting for tables as they aren’t being cleaned. They just need training and how to prioritize. People who rate many of the hotels in India highly need to travel the world more and there would be a lot less five stars . That’s a fact

There is construction happening on the right side of the building which is so noicy and they work at night too. I was unable to sleep properly due to heavy noice and when I request the staff to change my room they didn’t call me back and they had no option for me.

Clean and modern facility, nice-sized room and a comfortable bed. Everything is straightforward. This hotel is located close to all tourist attractions which was a plus. Not exactly a five-star hotel luxury, per se, but my stay was pleasant and comfortable.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and good shower. We used the gym which was small but had great equipment. The breakfast was excellent with a huge range of options. We had dinner the final night, and it was absolutely superb. The staff were all incredible friendly and helpful.

Many thanks to the team at Fairfield by Marriott for a pleasant and memorable stay for my parents and for taking such good care of them. They had a lovely time. I am glad we chose Fairfield for their first trip to Jaipur.

Very good experience. Not a lot of facilities but that’s not an issue in itself as long as you know not to expect a pool, spa, etc. Otherwise, well maintained and clean, very nice food (tried breakfast, lunch, and room service), and everyone is really nice and helpful. Also, we were given a complimentary late checkout which was great.

Absolutely Amazing! From the moment I arrived, until I left, I was treated with the utmost care and consideration. The hotel is located in the most convenient spot, easy to get around and in close proximity to the city centre and many of the local attractions. The staff were so wonderfully kind and helpful. There was never a request they did not go out of their way to assist me with. The room was clean and very comfortable. The food - delicious! Such an amazing variety of breakfast options. Overall, I would stay here again anytime I’m in Jaipur.

we have been traveling on business trip to Jaipur for more than 25 years. This was first stay for us ( 2 rooms) at this Fairfield by Marriott. It was great , comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful, location is good ( city center) and close to all sight seeing areas ( within few kms).. Food was great. Mr Amitpal singh, manager of 7th floor restaurant is a very friendly helpful person. Even rest of staff of bar, restaurant , front desk were grest and made our stay very comfortable. Definitely coming back at this same hotel 👍👍

The staff were very helpful. There was water leaking in our room but the staff was accommodating they resolved the issue right away and provided us with a different room. Very friendly.

Organized both transportation and a guide. Laundry was fantastic and on time. F&B was a good variety and the service was outstanding.

Really nice stay at the Fairfield. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous and warm. Breakfast spread, although large, is not that great on taste. Could be improved. But overall good.

Clean property with awesome staffs

Staffs were friendly. Area was nice. Room was small though, not enough space. The worst experience was they charged us for 2 cans of cokes 510 Rs, which was way too high.

Great place for a short stay, but they could use a shower door. There is one fixed door in the shower now and after shower we have water all over the place

Great hotel with friendly staff

Hotel is well maintained with extremely friendly staff. Great for small families and business travelers.

Asked for a quiet room to sleep. They put me in 604 . I realized that the restaurant is on 7th and immediately asked them. The check in manager blatantly lied and told me that the restaurant is on the other side of 7th and not over the room. There is kitchen of the restaurant right on top. The banging lasted until 12 am and then the vibration of freezers. 6 am the noise and dishes started again. the sheets were soiled with spots all over it.. Pointed to the manager on duty in the night itself and they quickly changed them, next day they room was changed after much deliberation with the staff. But a full sleepless night, that kept me tired all of next day. Terrible experience.

Great hotel!

It is centrally located and well maintained property. Buffet breakfast was quite good with many options. Housekeeping staff provided excellent service. The hotel management is responsive to the complaints and were prompt in resolving the issue and apologize. However a little training to the staff is needed. Also, a glass door can be provided to the bathing area in the room toilet. Overall very good and satisfying experience.

Decent property, rooms are bit small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast area and quality is not that great, I would give 4 star to hotel but 3 to dining (specially brekafast). I had better experience at Jodhpur Fairfield, Delhi Fairfield.

Property is in close proximity to most tourist attractions and famous markets for shopping. Transport arrangement by FF was good. Thanks to all staff members and specifically Shakshi (Front desk), we experieneced smooth check in and check out.

Hotel ok but the restaurant not so much

Clean and modern hotel although the room was rather small. Good location but the restaurant was what we had issues with. The staff was very awkward and slow, you could order eggs at breakfast but it took so long (more than half an hour) that we gave up waiting. We stayed in cheaper hotels in India with much better experience.

Breakfast buffet is very good and has a good selection of food and beverage. Clean room and friendly staff. It is located near the city centre and is just off one of the main roads.

The stay was good overall, but we had a problem on the second day after the room was cleaned. The pillow were of feathers and we had feathers flying all over in the room and we raised a concern and it was taken care of immediately. Thanks to the staff for prompt action.
