Great location. No 24 hour reception, which wasn’t clear to me when booking. Can hear other guests.
El lugar queda dentro de un edificio y no hay mucho espacio, son solo como 8 habitaciones y todo se escucha. No hay mucha privacidad. El staff fue muy amable.
If you are looking for an inexpensive room close to the train station (7 minute walk) then Fair Suite will work. 20 minute walk to Trevi Fountain, 25 minute walk to Colosseum, 10 minutes walk to some decent shopping, many restaurants in the area, and a good breakfast bar a couple of hundred yards away. The room itself is a 3, but the host, Napoleon and the location move the overall score to a 4.
Enjoyed our stay!
We chose this hotel for one night before our flight back to US because it was close to the train terminal. The manager was very nice and let us check in early since our room was ready. The room had a very strong fragrant smell so we opened the window to air it out. I took a shower and I waited 5 min for hot water. By the time I was shampooing my hair, the shower floor was flooded and I had to hurry before it spilled onto the bathroom floor! I did mention this to management and he said he would check it. Very small room but fine for one night. With the windows closed it was quiet from street noise.
The staff only accepted cash for the payment and didn’t accept the credit card. Also charged us if we store the luggage in the hotel. It’s insane
We had a great stay, Napoleon was a wonderful host!
Avoid at all costs
Avoid this place at all costs. Our booking was accidentally made for 1 adult but only realized upon arrival. The room given to us was a single bed stuck to the wall with less than 2 feet of room on the other side. No where on this hotels page is it advertised that they even offer single rooms… the confirmation email includes a photo of a room with a queen bed - extremely misleading. Our only option was to ask for a foldable bed to be added to this already tiny room.. for an extra 50€ a night. We had only paid the room 200 CAD to begin with. Taking advantage and price gauging at its finest because we had no other option. Our room literally resembled a jail cell. Good luck if you wish to take a shower you’ll spend the whole time trying to get the water to a tolerable temperature. Our toilet also stopped working and we listened to the water run all night as a result. The only thing I would credit this property for is a good location near Roma Termini. I would not return here.
The overall stay was fine, but there was a odor in the room that smelt like sewage/ eggs. It would accumulate when we ran the water especially in the bathroom.
Mattress - meh
Great service, location, and ease of checking in and out. Excellent price for its location. The bed, however, was not great. Memory foam is a bad choice in any hospitality setting. Please change the mattress to a firm one!
Just don’t
If you have to stay here to visit Rome, don’t go to Rome. It’ll ruin Rome for you.
We were in a room right off the reception, which meant every time anyone came in, we heard them. And if they spoke in the reception area, we could hear that as well. There were no amenities (e.g. a kettle) in the room. Also I wrote and asked for bus info and was given very limited information. I wrote back and did not receive an answer. So, I had no idea that we still had a walk from the bus station to the hotel. An answer would have been helpful.
Friendly staff. Apologetic when room was not ready. The staff provided with solutions. I will return.
Very friendly receptionist, always ready to help. The room is nice and clean, the location is very convenient, we enjoyed the bakery nearby and also the coffee shop across the street.
Excelent service
Bien
