it is very convenient as all the best shopping, transportation like MRT is very nearby and going to the Tower is walk distance. To sum up, you have everything for an affordable price.
Location and security
Great location
Nice and good location hotel
Location is good, unit abit run down but manage to change to another room as aircon wasn’t functioning well.
Very strategic, specially for tourist, the hotel is connected to the mall makes it easy to find anything.
Location is excellent, unfortunately room is definitely needing an upgrade, e.g loose power points covers, loose light switches, faulty microwave, small TV screen on a big console looks odd.
The place is old bare and rundown. Needs remodelling and cleaning. Good for one night stay.
Poor maintenance and overly high priced substandard room
Good and superb location
Location is super fantastic, it is located within proximity of major malls in Bukit Bintang, load of food choices and shopping. The property is a little old and run down but considering the price, I guess it is liveable. Have stayed there for years due to the location and pricing. Only feedback is that it should go for some upgrading in facilities.
big spacious room, walking distance to shopping and eateries
Great place to stay
Good and convenient place to move about.
The location of the hotel is the very reason of my booking
Hotel is located in a prime city location, every major shopping centers is within walking distance. I would like to suggest that the hotel staff check on the equipment available in the hotel every time guest checks out to ensure that equipment are in working condition for the next guest to use. Would look forward to visiting this hotel again in the near future.
Inconvenient. Had to change lift on 5th floor to go to another set of lifts for rooms. Along the way no air conditioning. Uncomfortable warm. Only 1 porter to serve all the rooms
Location is perfect. Cannot beat this if you are looking to stay near pavilion. Facilities are rather old however.
This is a Service Apartment then a Hotel
Very limited storage place. Plug incovenienty located. The only great thing about it is the fantastic location.
Not a good choice for aged person . Long walk and need change lift . Lift and corridors ( walk way) were warm and not comfortable. Situated along the main road ( Bukit Bintang ) which always jam not condusive for those who use taxi/Grab for transportation. Only good about it are the premium shopping mall near by and LRT/MRT station
Apartment was well-located, eady access to food & shopping. But, not well kept. Shower not easy to operate, furniture deemed unsafe eg table shaky & can cause injury
Bad experience
Not value for money st all
Its a very convinent for family trip.
Good hotel in strategic Bukit Bintang area.
The hotel's location is great, near to all eateries and shopping malls.
Hotel is quite old, furnishing and beddings are of not too comfy. Only location is good as it is near and connected to pavilion shoppes.
Enjoy
Excellent service at reception, will stay there again
Good place
Great location & nice people
Recommended for its Good Location only
The hotel location is very good, underpass that leads you to the pavilion mall in less than 2 min. Is a shopping paradies at your close proximity. 24'hours Macdonald is within 5 min walk. Sports direct, cinema, cafes, bars, shisha all within reached. Walk further you can also find good Arabic Food and locals "zhi char". However the only downside is the poor facilities due to the old age of the building. The swimming pool, gym and hotel rooms are not as good as the pictures shown. They are rather old and less attractive as the ones you see from the pictures. Don't expect any good view from the hotel as you can only see the old hotel buildings with degraded colours. Something that disappoint me is when you go to the swimming pool or gym of the hotel, the security guard will tell you to bring the towels from your room. I hope the hotel will consider providing towels at the swimming pool and gym itself. Do checks the aircon of all the rooms cause 2 out of 4 aircons were down and we have to call for help. Glad that the hotel staffs are service oriented and immediately send technician to our rescue. The hotel also don't provide basic item such as tooth brush and tooth paste. Lastly, be prepared to pay for your parking fees at 10RM per day cause there isn't any compliamentary parking from the hotel.
the Hotel is fine, right in the heart of actions
it's not the first time that my family and I had stayed in the Hotel. It's chosen for the location which is virtually perfect for shoppers and meals. Both the MRT and Monorail help even though, the interchange between the MRT and Monorail could have been better facilitated. Arriving on the ground floor and having to take the lifts to the Reception on the 5th Floor posed problems with luggage especially those with heavy luggages (often the case) and no concierge to assist. More tv channels with variety of programs would be useful
Fav Plc for Shopping, Food and Entertainment
Fahrenheit Suite has always been our favourite hotel stay when visit Bukit Bintang, KL. Great location for shopping, food and entertainment to unwind for a quick staycation. Would definitely recommend to friends and families. However, lift service is poor.
Very good location!!!
Veey good location, in the centre of Bukit Bintang
Access to room is cumbersome. Only bath towel provided and no hand or face towel. Aircon noisy. Bed not comfortable.
I have stayed in Fahrenheit Suites Kuala Lumpur for 4days/nights on my own, location was second to none...i appreciated the cleaning staff, they were doing an amazing job. As i walked in the reception the porter face was grim and angry but when i chatted to them they were pleasant...i guess been the first point of contact with guests, i would suggest a bit of smile and happy face will go a long way.
Conveniently Located Apartment-Hotel
Second time staying here and noting to complaint about. Thumbs up to the front desk staff for allowing us to check-in early, really appreciate it.
Comfortable and will come again.
-The room was comfortable, my family loved it. We got cheap price via Hotels.com (not-refundable promo). - Wifi speed surprisingly laju - Info; No breakfast, parking under Fahrenheit Mall, from parking take lift to level 5 for check in, then take lift to rooms.
Good location and spacious room
The hotel looks old need a renovation but the rooms very spacious and good location.
Lousy hotel but location is good
Lousy air conditioning's so noisy disturbing my sleep and the head board of the bed is so noisy, not a pleasant stay in this hotel, I won't come back again.
nice location opposite to pavilion
nice place to stay, convenient and quiet just that there is not enough remote control for aircon, wide space and best location say it all
Very centralised with shopping malls around.
room is spacious and clean. the building is kinda old but remain clean. swimming pool is a bit far to assess. WIFI have to reconnect every time as it will disconnect once ur mobile is not use for sometime.
Bad shape, disastrous stay
I booked thinking that it is a 4 star accommodation. The place is not livable. The rooms qnd Hall are dusty, bad musky smell, old paint peeling, unattended loose wires and open ceiling that is just waiting for accident to happen. The room Shower water leaking, bath tower is stained, the sofa is so stained and smelly, it is worst than the sofa in trash bin of my neighbourhood.
Family to stay hotel
Hotel good location. only the tenant lift not convenient and also renovation on going
Good location. Room very spacious.
Hotel location is opposite of Pavilion. There is a underpass to access the Fahrenheit 88 Mall and Pavilion.
Bad start but ended great
We got a 2 bedroom Junior Suite. But one of the toilets had a terrible smell and one of the kids had immediate rash when lying on one of the beds. We then requested to change room. But they had none available, so we had to stay put for the night. However they offered to get housekeeping n maintenance to check and clean the toilet and bed. The next day, they offered to change our room. Staff were polite and great service rendered. The location was so convenient. Overall, enjoyed my stay very much.
Decent hotel
The apartment was pretty decent. Cleanliness not top notch but okay. Expected better. Renovation is still going on in the hotel. It's a little of a hassle that i have to stop on the fifth floor and then walk further to the other lift and take it just to get out of the hotel. Location of hotel is superb though! Several malls around the area. I stayed on the 15th floor and no traffic sounds disturbing us at night.
Superb location but bad service and lift system
Location is excellent just opp the famous Pavillion and convenient to even walk to Jalan Alor and nearby eating places. It is on top of a mall so we could shop and put our stuff back in our room easily. The service is very bad. The staff gave us only 2 door card when we had 6 pax. The person who led us to the room didn't carry any of our luggage and hanged around our room for a while as if he was waiting for us to tip him. We asked for a slight late check out and immediately they said that there was another booking after us without the need to check their records, obviously he was lying and used that as a standard answer. We had very bad experiences with their lift, we cannot go straight to the hotel from the ground floor. We had to go to the 5th floor, walk a good 300 metres to another lift to get to our room. To top it off, the entire lift system was down for a good 1 hr during one of our returns to our room. It was late already and we were carrying stuff, spoilt our plans for anything after.
Not worth for money
It was good
Discover Bugs on the floor
Discover a bed bug on the floor. The King Size Bed a bit old.
Nice and near sity
Nice and comfortable place to stay with places of interest is within walking distance
Nice price nice location albeit a little worn out
The stay is just normal. It serves the purpose. While this is a seriously old building and we can point out many flaws but I would say the price is reasonable and the location is one of the best for it's price range. Although the facilities are very poorly maintained but can tell that the management is trying to maintain the place and upgrade it slowly. Hopefully it will be a better place to live in after the upgrading! One thing that I am seriously disappointed is I booked a 3 bedroom apartment and they only gave me 2 intrnet access! This is a digital age and we all have multiple devices and only 2 internet access for 3 bedrooms of 6 people? That's really stingy. This is quite unacceptable!
Good location
Facilities need to be upgraded and it's nearby to shopping malls within walking distance and foods are easily accessible. Booking under king size bed but when checked in, it was changed to two single beds.
Great location for food and shopping
Great location with lots of food and variety shopping nearby places such as Kenanga Wholesale, Berjaya Times Square, Jakel Wholesale 7storey, Masjid India, Pertama Mall, Sungei Wang, Starhill Gallery and Bukit Bintang Pavilion conveniently travelled using Grab btw RM4 to RM9. Check In and Out were smooth and hotel cleanliness were acceptable standard. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends and families.
I wish I did not stay there.
Total Construction Mess. Definitely not a nice hotel really cheap hotel. I wish I did not stay there
DISSAPOINTING
WE WERE NOT TOLD THAT THE HOTEL WAS GOING THRONG A REFURBISHMENT. MY HUSBAND FELL SICK BREATHING IN THE DUST. GUEST SHOULD BE WARNED ABOUT SUCH MATTERS AND SHOULD HAVE A CHOICE IF THEY STILL PREFERRED TO STAY AT YOU HOTEL OR NOT.THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO ACCEPT GUEST INTO YOUR HOTEL. ONLY ONE LIFT WAS WORKING FROM THE GROUND FLOOR TO THE FIFTH FLOOR, WE HAD TO Q. THE FAN REMOTE HAD NO BATTERY. THE AIR-CON IN THE LIVING ROOM WAS LEAKING, THERE WAS A LARGE PUDDLE OF WATER, AND WE DID NOT SEE AND MY FRIEND SLIPPED AND FELL AND HURT HIS HEAD AND BACK. HE ALSO HAS A PACE MAKER IN HIS CHEST AND WE WERE WORRIED FOR HIM. SOME OF THE TV CHANNELS WERE NOT AVAILABLE.
Male night clerk and location only thing going for this note
Sept break
Pictures online and condition of apartment did not match. Room was rather dirty. There was hair on bed sheet, army of ants around the sink, faulty door knob, weak water power and poor water heating in one of the shower. Location was only a stone throw to pavilion.
Staffs need more education
We stayed 2 nights in the 3 room executive suite. - 1st day the water was not running out of the common bathroom, called the maintenance, they immediately got it sorted out. - When someone is taking a bath in the common bath, the master bath water pressure drops tremendously, called maintenance, no show. - 2nd day totally no water in the master bathroom to take a bath. Upon checkout, informed front desk & they were very quick to respond by saying if we used the water heater in a proper manner. A 5 year old would have known how to operate it, JUST A PUSH OF A BUTTON. - Front desk staff rude, need to be educated on how to speak to guests. - Poor service from room service, cups & glasses not washed. When questioned, they simply replied that it's not their job to wash them. - I will not recommend this place to my friends.
It was OK but can be much, much better
Was old and run-down. Only thing good was the location. It's in serious need of refurbishment. The access in too could be better. Signages can be clearer. Good location but it is ultimately old and needs to be rethought out thoroughly.
Convenient place to stay in
The apartment was good but theres alot of area they can improve on
poor lift service
the lift to the 5th floor hotel lobby very inefficient, waiting time more than 5 min at any time.
Short trip to city centre
Strategic location - spacious n clean room. Pricewise it is a good bargain & abnice place to stay especially for shopaholics as the place is within the KL Golden triangle. Easy to grab food.
Overall, bad
Bad stay. Suite was not like the photos. Booked a juinior suite with 2 bedroom for 4 adults and 2 kids. Could not confirm cribs when i had indicated my requirement during booking. Not carpeted as expected for all hotels and apartments. Old facility. Kitchen area too small. Was asked to pay when asked for extra pillows and towels for the children. Manager asked "what is your problem madam?" Refused to believe when we said wifi not working
TV malfunction, after repair also not clear. But it does have a good location
Worst KL stay ever!
It was the worst stay I've ever had in KL. I felt cheated. The pictures look alright and I was really looking forward to it. Great location but it ended there. Hotel was bad. It's beyond old. It's far from their 4* rating! Inconvenient to get to room via lobby. Certain exits/entrance closed during certain times which was not told to us nor were there signages. Walkway to rooms looked eerie and both my wife and myself didn't dare to leave the room after 10pm although we were hungry and yes...there's no room service too.
Very convenient location.
The hotel is central to shopping malls and tourist cites. We enjoyed the conveniences of the hotel location.
the entrance of the hotel was complicated with only one life excess for first timer.. hotel staff gave another option to exit for main room but the area ard the lift area was spooky and no security... the lift doors close super fast and the buttons to press the number we're not in good posiiton
to avoid
this hotel is a joke...1 lift. does not work at night time. very noisy. does not worth at all the price.
Inconvenient place for hotel guest. Not worrh it
Not happy with the environment. Assess to hotel lobby is so complicated. No one knows there is another way to assess to the lobby. As a result there were very long queue for the shopping centre lift to assess to 5th floor. My unit has no safety... The door lock was tampered with as the screws were very loose. View from my window is facing another flat and i cannot draw my curtain as there is no privacy at all... The toilet needs to reach a hotel standard. It is really not worth the money we spent a night there... Feel like changing to other more convenient hotel.which offer 3 times cheaper. The amount of money per night that i paid... Should deserve a comfy bed and at least a mounted LCD TV. I will never recommend to others who can afford to pay more than RM100. My deluxe room worth RM60.
best hotel to stay for shopping
we are just sometimes have to longwait for the elevator to entre the hotel
Its a clean room, nice view on top floor
Staying at the hotel was amazing and we can sleep soundly at night because we are on 20th floor. Room was spacious and aircon was very cold, depends on temperature you set. Its a very clean room and toilet. Only walking out from the hotel and walking in was very annoying since the lobby is on 5th floor of fahrenheit 88 mall. Swimming pool was big and environment of the hotel is very good. Many people stays at the hotel. I have watched and read some review that scares me but overall my stay was a very good one. Tv channel is watchable, gym equipment is usable. Only the lift sometimes are making problems because of the button. But overall, the hotel are nice.
Looking for the Suite Lobby/Reception is really confusing..No proper signage as to direct guests to the Check in Lobby..Rooms were spacious, however, sofas in the living room is filthy..2 of my rooms were not equipped w clothes hangers in the wardrobe..Tap water is rusty.and the water heater is not stabil..Windows is not safe, especially for me as I have young children. The ironing board was broken, as the holder to allow the board to stand is broken and was not replaced.
Budget apartments and not Suites
The hotel is part of an apartment and the walkway and lifts are in worn conditions. The towels provided are hard and of low quality. Balcony railing are dirty and rusty. Sofa is dirty and full of stains. Rooms are quite alright but I think the management ought to improve the hotel to be called suites .
Hard to find the lifts which carry to the reception. Location is good. Not suitable to those have to park their cars!
Overall stay is fine except wifi. Connection of wifi is very bad
Great hotel, affordable price
Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Our suite had 3 bedrooms and felt like a home. I wish the continental breakfast was included rather than charged separately. I bought it one day and found that very few people were buying it. I liked that there was a price for food wastage, but wondered what they do with all the unused food since not many people were buying the breakfast.
This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Only about 2 stars. Hotel does not have a foyer on the ground floor. It has a desk near the shopping centre with a life to the 5th floor where you have to find the check in office (there are a few as this apartment block also houses permanents, time share and hotel guests). A maximum of 2 keys are allowed per unit and you need to leave one in permanently as the rooms are stinking hot as aircon does not work properly. There is another lift up to the hotel rooms... these are under renovation and very dirty. Rooms themselves are very spacious. The 3 bedroom apartment was huge although you had to keep all bedroom doors closed so air con worked on 16 degrees, all doors squeaked every time they were opened.. Bathrooms stunk of bad sewage. Showers were good. Small kitchenette with free water which was good. Apartment was quite clean but no where near as bright as the hotel photos on the web page. Up side is you are very central. Right on top of shopping centre and within a few minutes of McDonalds, Starbucks, Monorail and other shops. Outside hotel foyer and to the right was 7/11 but at night had many locals just hanging around and felt really unsafe.
Big regret
lousy rooms with problematic air-conditioning, water heater, slow wifi with frequent disconnections. Bath towel smells and toilet drainage gives off sewage odor. Overall - bad experience. Shouldnt have taken this cheaper option (Grand Millennium is better).
Price of staying not worth.
1. Cleanest of the room so poor. 2. WIFI not so good. (Keep prompting to registered again and again) 3. Condition of rooms: Not so good. 4. For 2 Room facility not so convenience: Toilet need to shared
Good location but old hotel.
The water is too small for showering. i booked the 3 bedroom apartment but only 2 wifi user given. Staff not v friendly. had to change lift to get to the room. and the lift is old and scary. Good location. Should do come upgrading and renovation
Family Hotel
we were there for family re-union./ It was the only hotel that offered a 3 bedroom suite. The apartment was spacious but the furnishings were very average. Entry to the hotel was a little complicated and inconvenient. It suited our purpose because the family members were only interested in food and shopping
Not recommended
Not meeting my expectation. Not a proper hotel, small reception. Old building. You need to pay expensive parking rate, get ready to pay extra RM20-30 per night.
Room is good , but there is no direct entrance to room . You should take left to the fifth floor then other left to your room level .
Convenient but room facilities not so good :(
Hot water shower cannot control the temperature, and water very small.
Worst experience ever!
The apartment was based in a very central location inside a shopping mall. The lobby area was a little poor and there were 2 seperate lifts to actually get to the room. One of the lifts was not in a good condition and got stuck with a lot of our group inside. This aside, when we got to the apartment it was OK but not of a great standard. The bathrooms were basic and the towels had a strange smell. However nothing could prepare us for the experience we had. During one of the evenings we started to get a strong smell of burning plastic. We isolated the smell to the fuse box and realised that one of the wires had completely burnt through and had disintegrated!! We called management to come and investigate and they ignored our call. We called them again and it took over an hour for them to come and sort it out! Once the engineer arrived he told us it was critical and had to turn the electrics off. We then had to pack in the dark and move room at 3am which was on a completely different floor to the rest of our group. When we went to management to complain about this they could only offer us an apology. No compensation and no sincerity at the fact that they put 14 people's lives in danger! Appalling service and Rekha the manager needs to get some training in hotel management and customer service! I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Near death experience due to electrical failure
The apartment itself was ok and mostly clean and location was slap bang in the middle of the town centre which was a plus for our family, however at 2am my aunty woke up to the smell of burning plastic only to identify that one of electric fuse boxes had burned we informed reception immediately and it took around 1 hour for an engineer to attend to this matter, once he arrived he looked at the box and instantly turned off the electric supply and told us we had to move to another room (which we had to do in the dark at 3am) once we confronted management regarding this and no form of compensation was offered and only a mere sorry, is sorry enough for the lives of 14 people?? This was by far the worst exerpeicnce ever especially the way the hotel management team had handled the situation, we highly recommend you stay well away from this apartment unless you would like to temp fate! a 0.01 out of 10 is an overstatement!
The Worst hotel that I have ever stay in KL
The actual room vs the photos are totally different and the environment and building of the hotel are very run down and very dodgy.
The Hotel should upgrade its lifts. Have to wait quite long for them to move up and down (Lift from Shopping mall to 5th floor)... it didn't open at the floor as required. Lift from lobby floor to room, door can't close and does not move at all.
It is not worthwhile to stay in the hotel, with the same rate, I can get a better hotel at that area. The lifts did not work for two days out of five days stayed. The room and furnitures looked old.
Just close to downtown
It was bad. I think I could choose other hotel for same price.
Didn't get the rooms that were booked
Booked 2 rooms with King Size bed. However, was told upon arrival that only left with rooms with 2 single beds. When I mentioned that my booking was for King Size bed, I was told by the check in counter that these were all subjected on availability. of course and this only showed that you didn't manage your rooms well. Anyway they offered a free upgrade to a 2 bed room suites. At least one of the room had a king size bed. The other room was two single beds which we joined together but still it's little consolation. Further the aircon in the King size bed room was not working, basically just blowing air and not cold air. The water heater was also not working. There was no hot water even when the electric heater was switched on. We had to shared the shower in the common toilet. I Guess this probably would be our first and last stay in this hotel.
Location is prefect for everything u need in KL (shopping/ food/ monorail). Only complain is the hot water system, don't expect a hot shower and no bath tub. But there are 24hrs SPA on the same building, which u can enjoy SPA/ massage/ pool/ food etc..of course on your own cost . I m a typical shopaholic , so yes will love to stay again.
Lobby to hot
aaaaaaaaa............
I have to say that this hotel / suites has a great advantage with regard to size. It is a one big room that can literally fit 2-3 people and it comes with living room, kitchen, sofa, dining table, etc. However.. what is missing is cleaniness. The room is awfully dirty. I find myself in a great discomfort as the bed caused me to feel itchy. The rooms are also dusty. One of the other biggest drawbacks beside cleanliness is comfort. With the disturbing sounds of the children during the day and clubs in the night, you can hardly find yourself an ideal serene situation of a hotel room. Beyond that is the lightning. The lights are not ideal and can be pretty dim. Against the size of this suite, for peoploe who have big family, this hotel is sound and relatively cheap. But if you look for a slight comfort and do not mind to stay slightly away from the city, there are a lot of other options that I can say - 100% much comfortable than this one.
Better value for money elsewhere. The location doesn't make up for the standard of the rooms. The breakfast is a joke! And the 4 star rating on Expedia for this hotel is very misconstrued. The only redeeming factors are location, room service and the laundry facility.
Only location
Very noisy, outside many people talking loudly during midnight , room sound insulation very bad, totally cannot sleep.
Bad experience
Bad stay ,wardrobe was like 20years old , doors falling off , noisy because of the room doors are heavy whenever it close it slams hard . decor is bad .
1. For 2 rooms appartment with only one toilet/bathroom was really inconvenient of a group of 4 adults. 2. A family with 2 cars for a 2 rooms appartment was only given a small discount for only one car which all other hotels and appts we stayed before was FOC. 3. Hotel lifts were condition than before when it was under KL Suites
Nice Location Apartment
Booked a deluxe 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights stay and arrived early at around 9.30am and was unable to check-in till 3pm as told by the reception. However, managed to pay RM100 to upgrade to a junior 2 bedroom suite and immediately able to check-in. The Good: room is nicely renovated, spacious, kitchenette fully equipped and beds are comfortably soft. The Bad: old air-cons with missing remote control for 1 room, lousy shower fittings and wifi only allow for 2 users per session. The Ugly: Seemed like the management only renovated the shopping mall (previously KL Plaza, now Fahrenheit 88) and forgotten about the apartment portion. The exterior of apartment looked really old and not even painted plus the lifts are old as well. Overall, my friends and I agreed that location was the best selling point while staying at this property.
less awesome family trip
1)hotel checkin lobby should be on 1st floor where staff is there to greet/welcome us. 2) we felt so troublesome in need to change lift from one to another floor just to get to our room. 3)the lift have no sensor and because of that we was several time hit by the door 4)the breakfast room was at another block and once again we have to change lift and beside that matter the breakfast was serve in closed door room,we feel so uncomfortable. 5)I wont recommend my frens to this hotel if they bring along their old parents and small childrens.
Excellent location but no parking space!
Excellent location but almost had no parking space in the same building. The apt mgmt should reserve parking lots for apartment guests. Parking should also be free for apt guests and not a rebate of RM10 only. Reception and corridors looks old but the apt inside is nice and clean. The toilet however has a weird smell. Overall not a bad place to stay in KL.

Very Good Location to Shopping Malls
Location was super convenient to all the shopping malls. All malls were interconnected via underground passages. Rooms and Apartment were datedb. Common toilet drainage was terrible. Chocked drainage. Missing Fan remote for Hall , and was reported to Counter.
