The only thing I didn't like about my room was the smell of cigarette:( it was too strong. With that said, I still recommend it. Everyone welcomes you with a smile! I had lunch and dinner in one of their restaurants and I loved it. I left this morning and said to the receptionist that they'll see me back the future :)

The front desk staff in Tower One are extremely rude. I witnessed them being rude to a customer and they were just as rude to me. But the staff in Tower 2 and 4 are amazing. Also the kitchen staff are nice.

GOOD...BUT FAR FROM GREAT!

I stayed at this hotel five months earlier and enjoyed it so much, I didn't hesitate to return. I still love the location of the hotel and the fact that they have a massive swimming pool, a supermarket, a hairdresser, a basketball court and cafes and restaurants all on the premises. There are also coffee shops and a Kmart (which is more like another supermarket). My only disappointment on this trip was the day I checked out. This hotel is part of the Qatar Stopover program. They are used to people having flights coming and going at all hours of the day. I requested a 4pm check out which they gave me and I was incredibly grateful. However, at the crack of midday, I got booted off the Wi-Fi. They told me how to reconnect but the connection was unstable and I kept getting booted off. I also had somebody knock on my door just after 1pm and ask when I was leaving. This person was oblivious to my 4pm checkout. Lastly, on the morning of my checkout, I asked a staff member to put my bottle of water in the freezer. I told them SEVERAL TIMES it was imperative that I have ice for my flight to keep some medication cold. Upon checkout, they presented me with a bottle of water that had been in the fridge. So my medication probably spoiled on my flight. I was incredibly disappointed that such a simple request was not followed. I am now requesting compensation for the spoiled medication which was worth a fortune.

A CITY UNTO ITSELF - A RESORT IN CENTRAL DOHA

This hotel was absolutely phenomenal - it was like a city unto itself! It is in a great location close to a Kmart which is more like a small supermarket. Hotel & rooms are a little dated but very clean. Short stroll to the coastline. Breakfast was absolutely huge - so much to choose from. The pool was nice but absolutely freezing! Fabulous views from the hotel room of the coastline and the skyline. The staff were really lovely - they were so welcoming and accommodating. They offered me 4pm checkout free of charge which was amazing. Laundry service was very expensive but it was prompt. There are 4 towers to this hotel. Level 4 is shared by all towers and there is a small supermarket, a pool, cafes and restaurants, a barber shop, a basketball court and a children's play area. This hotel comes RECOMMENDED without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I had a good 2 week stay at the Ezdan, hotel was great especially for the price, only disappointment that it was listed as having a bar on location, but this was not true. Great spot. Just wish it had even a small pub/bar

It was a good sized room with a nice view, however it smelt like smoke, like it use to be a smoking room. Just had a very stale smell. Bathroom was ok, shower didnt have good pressure though! What really ruined the stay was very noisy kids running around in the corridoor until 2am in the morning on the first night i got there, i had to call reception three times at night. And when i came down in the morning to complain again, i was told they would look into it. In the evening i was told there are no kids on that floor which was a lie, as i spoke to someone in the lift who mentioned they were woken up by kids running and slamming doors at 1am too. It just ruined the stay. So not sure if i would stay here considering nothing was done about it.

Cheaper place to stay in Doha, but a bit run down and in need of renovation. Air conditioning had three settings: New England in Winter, Antarctica, and Vacuum of Space. Staff is exceptionally nice and helpful though.

The people were warm and welcoming. Clean, new and modern. Views of Doha are excellent. A little complicated as complex is 4 large towers.

Nice place to stay

Issues with lifts at property created bottlenecks and delay to hotel guests, which was very irritating to deal with multiple times a day, especially on the highest floors. Checking in and checking out took much longer than usual in most hotels (30 minutes plus). Customer service staff were polite but seemed overwhelmed, and the front desk was often busy with a long queue. Guest services often did not answer when calling from the room. Area was convenient to walk in and had good breakfast options. However I would not choose to stay here again.

I stayed here for 5 nights and found it clean and quite comfortable as far as stay is concerned. They provided you with good complimentary assistance and toiletries. If you are lucky and got a good deal well before in time. Its a thumbs up 👍 However being a 4-star hotel following points were of concern; 1) its hard to reach guest services number or operator and eventually I had to visit the reception in person to get the assistance. 2) room size was quite small if i compare it with what i have experienced in 3-star hotels in Dubai. 3) they have many rooms and a single pool and a GYM to cater their needs. Which is for me over croweded

Construction inside the premises. Due to COVID emergency I had to check out after 2 days. Manager confirmed that refund would be given via Expedia as it was medical emergency. But when Expedia contacted the Hotel for refund they refused. Unprofessional and unfair practices.

It was nice stay even though just a night... all the amenties were placed in the room before we arrived. Cleanliness is superb and well maintained priperty.

The hotel was quiet clean but we had problems with reservation on arrival. WE had to rebook our stay. My reservation got sorted but my friend had to pay double the price for the night after rebooking.

The room is good and staff are friendly very nice place to stay every weekend.

The pool in cold, i hope to have heater, Tge room view is not excellent.

Spotlessly clean

We stopped here last year (studio) but went for a bigger room (executive studio) but this bathroom was tiny. Everywhere was spotless. Very useful having the pool and a supermarket on site.

Service is absolutely shocking and management avoids dealing with the issues. 1) the curtains didn't fit the windows, so you couldnt close them 2) housekeeping is bad, they can't make a bed and they don't replace the toilet roll when it runs out 3) New TV's but you can't watch anything as the signal quality is so bad 4) room safe didn't work 5) the walls looked like they were never ever wiped down 6) bathrooms flooded as shower drains didn't work properly 7) had to ask 4 times for more blankets

The property overall is 3 from 5.Its out dated. We stayed 6 nights ,the price was accaptible The room was cleaned two times only for 6 nights. even if i notice front desk.

It was so below expectations ! No hair drier , no water , no tooth brush , the room was looking so old !

Which tower?

Our taxi dropped us off at Tower 1 by mistake (we were in tower 2) but the receptions were identical so had no idea we were in the wrong tower. We we went to our room where obviously the keys didnt work. When we went back to reception we were taken to the right tower etc. It didnt say by the lifts or anywhere in reception which tower we were in. There was no hairdryer in our room which had never been an issue anywhere I have ever travelled before. The bathroom was very tired as the towel rail fell off and the toilet water spray cleaner holder fell off too. Other than that the facilities were great especially on level 4. Everywhere was spotless.

Very little to like. Location is close to center of Doha and there is parking and internet included in room rate. Room has no maid service for fresh towels, bed making, cleaning etc. Air conditioner had two settings; On and Off, no thermostat. Room was either freezing or outside temperature. No heating element in HVAC system. Beds were like sleeping on the floor. Found out breakfast wasn't included in rate and the hotel restaurant buffet was a bit expensive for what you got.

Property was like a maze. Open one door go into another door, very confusing. The grounds were good for kids and the pool and restaurants were fine, but the furniture were stained and scraped up and very old. The only good thing was the bathroom, but the next morning shower was Luke warm and the tv was not clear. Not a good stay

Avoid block 1

Stayed in block 1... absolutely shocking. Dirty, smelled extremely bad, room was horrendous, broken toilet, tiny shower with old shower curtain, seems like it's just cheap accommodation for people living/working in Doha. Block 4 appeared to be like a hotel, but avoid block 1 at all costs, never again!!

Room is big , bed is comfortable, clean as well , the main problem one guy reception did no return my change , i was expecting upon i check out reception will give me , but nothing happen, and aslo this is the only hotel with out ketle in the room . Over all is a good hotel and affortable .

Terrible experience. 3000 rooms in these towers. It was like a 1970’s purpose built apartment block built to house migrant workers. Sub standard accomadation for a tourist/business trip.

Elevators speed is low for such a high building. Spend too much time moving up or down. Laundry will not be delivered to your room unless you pay in advance of delivery. This is inconvenient specially when they have your credit card copy.

Small but good for quick stay

The room was good and small. I had a king size bedroom suite in tower 4. But just right. Shower door was weird. Rest room was too small cause toilet was right in front of sink. Room service food was horrible. There is no alcohol in this hotel!

Great potential - management could do better

Beautiful view. Great facilities in-house. Room done up well for celebration. Some issues; blocked toilet, stains on floor and walls, fuzzy TV channels, issue with communication, etc. Management rectified some of the issues, however, were unwilling to go the extra mile to compensate us for the trouble.

So far, not so good

Few issues with the room. Went to Qatar for anniversary. Miscommunication on hotel's part caused reception to wake us up by mistake after a whole night's journey. Next day we found toilet blocked. Room service came straight away to fix, however, it shouldn't get blocked in first place. Room had stains on wall and coffee stains on floor. TV channels were limited and some of the channels were fuzzy. I spoke to Mr Ali at reception. Unfortunately both the managers (Ms Sameer and Ms Ikram) were unavailable, so Mr Adinesh came to help. Despite all the failings on the part of the hotel, all that was offered to us was an apology and the chance to move to another similar room. Complimentary upgrade wasn't an option. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back to Ezdan.

Plus: Pool is nice and big. Staff is helpful. Minus: Facilities at hotel are old and required better maintenance, room needs refurbishment. Toilet bowl at room I was staying was clogged.

The staff was awesome and the location very good. The only downside was the facioity had no microwave and wall plugings so i had to remove one light to charge my stuff and also the walls are so thin

The A/C is a killer. It cannot be controlled and too cold and noisy.
