I should have believed the bad reviews. The room smells so bad. It is as if someone smoked in there for ages. They switched me to three different rooms but all of them smell the same. I left the place due to the smell and was told i will get refund. I still didnt get the refund

Treated like a criminal!!!

The gentleman who handled checking in was amazing very friendly even got a microwave for the room since the room didn’t have one. Everything was great until the next morning my friend who stayed there also is handicapped and I called to ask for 15 min extra so he could get dressed and everything and they said they couldn’t give us extra time but when the maid service got there we would have to leave. This was fine well he was finishing getting ready when a pounding came at the door and it was the cops and I assume the lady that works in the front office telling us to get out. Keep in mind the maid service had never shown up. Anyway they told me I had to keep the door open and open the curtains. I told them no because I friend was putting his pants on that it just took him a little time. Well they acted like we were criminals when I opened the door to walk out they just stoop in the doorway. Then they went in there like we had ransacked the room. Well it was cleaner when I left than it was when I got there aside from the trash in the trash can. Oh yes they have roaches also

Had to finish where the drywaller left off, with wet toilet paper, plugging all the gaps and filling all the holes from foul air, wasn't a relaxing stay. The pool and front office staff were good, but the rooms shouldn't pass Marvin Zindler health code.

The rooms was pretty nasty the bathroom and tub was not clean the floor was sticky when we got back from the movies and got into our room their were roaches all over our stuff the bathtub when trying to drain had brown stuff coming up from it I mean I guess you get what you pay for but if your looking for a cheap place then this is the place for you the only good thing about it was the front desk lady she was very nice

The property photos and the actual location did not match up at all. The room I received was invested with roaches. We literally had to go to the store and buy raid to kill all of the roaches in the room

This is my review

I stayed two nights. The girl at the front desk was very kind, and you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you lost her. She deserves a raise, a Christmas bonus at the very least.

Uhm if you would stay there and they didn't like you they would put you in the back then I truly believe they would have people listening to us. And that should be a data infrastructure and should always keep updating but finger print also should be both ways frfr!!

It’s an inexpensive overnight. The motel is a bit sketchy, lots of interesting characters coming and going all night long. Make sure you bring any valuables in your room and lock your car. Area has little amenities.

Terrible experience with this horrible place. Was on our way Friday night had an traffic accident and to find out that they cancelled our booking at 3 pm. Check in is at 3 pm so how do you cancel my booking at 3 pm. Bunch of idiots at this motel. They said if you don't show at check in time that booking gets cancelled. BS

For a place that states that it has a pool it would be nice if it was actually would have one you could swim in.

I didn’t like that there was a lot of people outside smoking weed and very dirty outside and the rooms smelled very bad like pee and restroom and floor was very dirty never again I canceled my next trip there to that place

Excellent stay.always choose extended stay

Horrible place. Roof leaked, bathroom was flooded, no blankets, dirty sheets, dusty, not a clean room at all. A lot of bugs and bed bugs, took them 3 days to give me toilet paper and towels, room also had black mold that caused my child to be sick.

Tried to let them know ahead of time not to give my room away as I was behind schedule. No one answered the phone so I sent an email. I even contacted expedia. They gave my room away and would not refund me for the remaining 5 days of the reservation. Once seeing the property I did not want to stay there anyway. The property is very run down and there were a lot of sketchy people wandering around. I did not feel safe.

There waz to meny ppl out side walkung around looks like they were selling drugs or sonthing guys everywhere. Jyst trying to aproch me. Couldnt even go get ice. Or smoke outside not good

Was kicked out in the streets. Paided for two days in cash. Property was rude, unaccommodating and treated me like a dog with mane. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. They took my money and I was not given a room but the side walk to sleep on for a couple of hours before cops were called. I had no choice but to leave without my money.

Easy to find easy parking

Friendly people room was big and roomy and the eye very clean.

Construction made it hard to access. Rude overnight staff. Building exterior was awful. Room stay was generally uncomfortable. Only information given at check-in was it being tax free after four weeks of staying. Not for me.

I pulled in the parking lot and couldn't find the office lobby . I drove around to find it and no luck , people hanging around and trash all over. I pulled right back out and my son abs i got another hotel.

The place is a dump. Extended stays are generally nice. This place brings bad reputation for your brand.

Didn't like streaming television kept buffering

Literal roach motel

This was one of the worst hotel/motel experiences I've ever had. I don't care if I see a roach, or a hair, or if there is a little dirt, or maybe some not so white towels. BUT this was all of those things plus A LOT of roaches. Of course they have a no refund policy because I'm sure that almost everyone who checks in tries to go get their money back after walking into the room.

Pool was nice, has shaded umbrellas staff friendly, no deposit fee.

Dirty and unsafe, the rooms and property are nothing like the pictures

I was able to sleep about a total of 5 hours due to the noisy individuals outside walking around, but other than that I enjoyed my stay. Over all good stay.

What I liked about this property is the fact that it was really close to where I work and I was able to make the commute in less than 10 minutes. Very convinent.

Lots of Roaches and rooms are dirty. Toilet seat was very loose and maintenance never came to fix it. The kids that live on property are loud and curse a lot. Wifi was also horrible and super slow. Staff was super nice though and friendly. Pool is very nice and clean

2 pillows for 2 beds is crazy, no comforter blanket, bedspread or anything but sheets. Dirty towels left on a chair and someone smoked heavily in there and I was sick the entire night because of the smell

Room had a heavy cigarette smoke smell. Refrigerator was dirty. Bed sheets and towels looked worn and dirty. No oulets to charge anything except for a single 6 plug extension cord attached to the tv outlet. AC worked well. TV worked ok. I wouldn't stay here again.

Not the best place to stay

For the 3 nights I stayed they never clean the room, I noticed a lot of Cockroaches around the room.

I did not I REPEAT I DID NOT STAY IN THIS SH!T HOLE !!! I walked in and asked for a cart and the front desk Indian guy was beyond rude! I am glad there was no cart for my 4 bags because I would not have felt safe there anyways. I reminded me of a homeless shelter. dirty nasty and trashy

Never Again!!

I was so scared to stay here. Definitely in the ghetto!! I was afraid my car would get stolen. I parked near the front office just in case. The room was filthy!! There were dead cockroaches under the sheets. We brought fast food to the room for dinner and I went to use the dirty restroom in our room and a cockroach ran out of my to-go box. The toilet had pee stains on it. Mold all over the shower walls. I would not recommend this place. The pool looks disgusting and looks like it’s never been cleaned.

I asked for non smoking room and room smelled of cigarettes. Stains in the seat cushion, holes from cigarette burns on the bed sheets, tub slippery, curtain rod falls upon touch, and my husband fell in the restroom. Towels were very small but at least the room was very cold. Limited power outlets and pillows were flat and only 2 small ones on a king size bed.

It was a little dirty and I saw a few roaches, but it was safe and affordable. The road construction made it a little hard to access.

Not clean

July 4, 2024 Motel room 118 was infested with miniature roaches. Room smelled like piss and the room had a deep smokers imprint still choked me while i slept. Bathroom toilet was deeply soiled stained. Pool was green and kids pool was deep yellow with Ton of bugs. No chair in room. Microwave door was jamming. Roache in freezer fridge. Tip if desperate to stay keep lights on roaches stay hidden but not too long. Better staying car in a good area than waisting $1on a room where door isn't secure to leave possessions.

Room was OLD and had blood spatter mostly cleaned but still visible. Windows curtains dint fully close. It's ok for a quick NEEDED cheap stay, but not a place you want to go if you plan on loungein

I fully understand this is a cheap hotel. I understand everything will be dated in old. I do not understand why the floors were sticky. The sink was chipped, and there was a cabinet door, fixing a hole in the ceiling in the shower.

Doesn't care about expired IDs they're just straight to the book and take care of the reservation as a good customer service

While staying at this hotel. upon enterring the room, it reeked of ciggarette smells. we moved the bed since it was slightly crooked and there was food with mold underneath. there is also black mold in the restroom. Not to mention the dirty sheets. The couple in the room next to us were screaming almost all night. There was homeless people sleeping outside the hotel rooms, making it a very uncomfortable situation.

Road construction makes it hard to get in. Staff was friendly. Room was a place to sleep but was not clean. Found dead flies everywhere. We had our service dog with us, and were warned about parvo in the area due to all the stray cats. People fist fighting in the parking lot, and a policeman accompanying hotel staff as they going around knocking on everyone’s doors. Not what we expected. Richer for the experience.

Worst experience in my life

In the middle of a construction zone, almost impossible to find, and terribly rundown. Surprised they don’t have hourly rates for the appearance of this flop house.

Property was dirty, room was dirty with roaches. Towels I used had a bunch of lint on them. A train passes right next to the property and is very loud! And the freeway is noisy due to the fact it’s in front of the freeway and there’s construction going on. No continental breakfast as well

Highway or trains were so noisy, it was really hard to sleep.

You can hear the neighbors as if they were in your room with you and the room is suppose to be nonsmoking and it smells so bad of cigarettes. It's only my daughter and I and there's only 2 small pillows on the bed and only 2 small towels in the restroom. No hands towels or wash cloths. I guess it's ok just to spend a night and be out in the morning but not long stays

My room was okay there was no restaurant in walking distance. The area people were approaching me looking for drugs very bad area for that
