Just so so

Smoke free room smelled of smoke no matter what we did. Room also smelled funky. Appliances and everything super old and rusted. Floor was sticky/ a film on it Staff was nice and helpful.

Walked in after 12 midnight due to weather. Waited for the front desk to let us in. When we walked in four police walked in with us. Told the worker once she appeared to let them in and went running up to another floor. Not sure if this is a common incident. The hotel was fairly clean but smelled like mildew and a bit outdated but the price represented what you were offered. A good 6 out of 10 for a short stay.

Worst stay ever

Worst experience I've ever had staying in a hotel in my entire life. The place looks nothing like the pictures. The bed isnt really a bad. The amount of people up and around till early hours of the night to screaming children and slamming doors. I will never stay at this establishment ever again. The place needs to be condemned

Room smelled of smoke and needs a more comfortable mattress

The room was dirty. There were no dishes as stated & even if it was I wouldn't have used them. There was a terrible odor. Blankets & sheets were dingy pillows dirty & felt itchy when lying down. Blinds were stick & food was all over the walls.

Reservation overbooked and dump hotel

I reserved a room with two beds through Hotels.com several days before arrival. When I arrived, I was told there were no rooms with double beds, then that were no rooms. She said that it was the fault of who my online booking was through. I was never notified ahead of time that this would be the case. A highly frustrating experience. The lady at the desk then found a room to give us, but it had one small bed and no couch or loveseat. The room was a little more than what I had originally booked for, but there weren’t many affordable options around the area the day of arriving. There’s no way these rooms should be anything over $50-60 a night. I paid just over $100. This property is lousy and quite a dump. There are zero amenities. I was almost surprised there was toilet paper in the room. I would recommend this hotel to no one ever, and I will likely never book through this site again either. The staff were friendly though, and I can’t complain about them.

Smell smoke and dirty

Worth It..

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a couple days, that’s not too racy but yet not run down, I would go with this place! It was worth the money spent to me.

Gross.

Elevator was dirty, the hall and room smelled like pot. The room had roaches, and appeared to be poorly renovated. (Mismatched paint colors, some areas partially painted.) Wouldn’t stay again.

The first room the tv was not working.Had to move to second room, broken kitchen faucet, toilet lid broken, bathroom door lock broken, shower curtain rail falling out of the wall, wall molding loose in bedroom area,dirty walls with stains. Woke up at 4:30 am three times from loud guests. Twice woke after midnight from drunk hotel guests!Called staff on service phone nothing was done. Second day cable tv was out of service for over 12 hours!

Its a skid row hotel. Mostly dope heads and people fresh out of prison. The rooms look like they use to be nice but years of crackhead abuse makes them look beat. Firts room i stayed in was bug free. Second time i stayed seen 3 little baby roaches over the period i was there. Im single so i stay there but i would not stay if i had a family with me or if i was a woman.

Room is ok for 50 bucks but its a place for dope heads and people just out of prison to stay at. Walk down the halls and there is people setting in the hall ways with their dogs. The room above me had a dog dragging wooden toys across the floor most of the night. Once the sun came until about 9 am it was nothing but women yelling at their boyfriends to get out of bed and go to work with the guy yelling back to F off followed by dors smamming then the women yelling down the hallway to F off. If this was new york city or L.A. this would be considered skid row. I would never bring children here. The bed blankets are covered in moth holes and the room is beat up. It looks like it may have been nice at once but over time the crack heads have kind of made it scummy feeling. In the fiture i will pay more than stay here. Do not recommend this place.

Disgusting

We checked in and immediately noticed that the hotel seemed very run down. The halls smelled like old fry grease and sweat. The room was filthy and had roaches (we took photos). The bed was just a cot style spring frame with a mattress on it. We left immediately, and were told we would be refunded. So far they have not followed through with the refund.

Where do I start? Upon arrival it took forever for someone to come and check in…I know people live there but the people above us were very noisy, I felt like they were stomping the whole night. There were 3 of us..and only 2 sets of towels, we asked for some and the lady just said “they were in the dryer” and we still didn’t get any because when we went down no one was there. The pillows smelled, the blankets was like covering up with 2 flat sheets, the beds super uncomfortable…this place needs a lot of updating.

The building smells like dog urine and smoke. The room was filthy and infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. I witnessed numerous drug deals in the parking lot along with drug use. Do not stay here. This hotel needs to be condemned.

The room looked cleaner in the pictures. They could use a fresh coat of paint to cover up shoe prints on the walls. There was no hand soap or shampoo in the bathroom.

Just stayed for one night. Front desk was unmanned when I tried to check in. Waited about 10 minutes for service when there were housekeeping people with an ear shot of the front desk. No shampoo or other toiletries, just a small bar of soap. I had reserved non-smoking room and received a smoking room. Holes in the paint throughout the room. Definitely not worth the money.

We booked three rooms and all three were dirty and smelled horrible.

I should have read reviews before, the staff was non existent, the hallway was dirty and smelly, the room was not cleaned, makeup on the bathroom counter, the door handle was coming off. The bed was terrible and worn out. I will not be back. I did sleep there and the shower was ok.

This is a tenement not a Hotel. A lot, I mean a lot of people live here and they normally would be homeless. I think they have a few rooms held back to rent for a weekend when the Razorback's play football. I took it because they were the only hotel not sold out. Would not stay here again and Expedia should have a disclaimer on the site as a very, very, very last resort.

After arriving at this property, I quickly decided that I could not stay there. Even though my reservation said non refundable, I fully expect this company to refund my money. No where in the description did it include, dirty, smelly rooms with a drug use atmosphere. I did not try and complain with the staff, as I knew there would be nothing they could have done. I had to find another room for the weekend for the safety of myself and daughter.

We checked in and right back out at this property. Staff was wonderful but the hotel was gross and had an awful smell. People had animals everywhere and every tenant looked homeless.

Pretty good place overall , got full fridges microwaves sinks and stoves. Pretty clean but some things are run down or broken. Pretty good for the price for the most part but deeply smells of cigarettes all over the whole hotel even though it's a non smoking place.

How does this even have 3 stars. Absolute the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s was a coin flip to stay in the room or go sleep in my truck.

The location is convenient. It's not very clean and not smells good. The phone inside the room was not working. There is no iron box in the room.

Loved it!

I arrived with 3 children around 11:00 p.m. I was afraid to get out of my vehicle. I did get out there was people whom had been drinking at the entrance door so intoxicated they could not sit up! Bottle of different whiskey all around. Soon another lady walked out to this person and began making out. A couple in the parking lot are arguing LOUDLY!! I walk in the are barking dogs everywhere, pit bulls, other large dogs, but no attendant! There was a metal wall looking thing pulled down in front of where a receptionist should be. By this I was so scared I just left. I would like a refund since I paid in advance. Please and Thank you.

Its always an easy process to get checked in, I had no issues.

I’m not going to pile on because the hotel does serve the community. That said, it was very bare as far as hotels go. My wife was going to meet me there because she was at a concert and I told her not to get out of her car until I came and got her, because I felt it was unsafe. After going to dinner I told her to just go home after her concert (where our air conditioning had gone out in 90-100 temps) I may be overthinking this, but she might have cried when she got to the room. It looked more like a prison than a hotel room. The lady at the front desk was very personable and kind. She was an all star at that hotel.

By far the worst motel in the area! Overbooked with beds worse than a pull out couch mattress! Walls and ceilings carry sounds 2 rooms over and above. Had to check out the next morning and change to a different hotel because we were literally up allnight from the loud sounds and uncomfortable bed. Paid for three nights with the 100% refundable policy of the motel and requested a refund from the motel for the two nights not stayed. Extended Stay Anerica has a strict no refund policy and will refuse any refund. Even though their listings say otherwise. The rooms and hallways have a strong odor of weed and cigarettes. The floor in the room was sticky and there were burn marks in the bathroom. The front desk was pleasant and polite, but was working a 24 hour shift. So obvious poor management by overworking their employees. The lighting in the parking lot was almost nonexistent. Needless to say I will not stay at an Extended Stay again.

The front desk lady was very nice, only bad experience was the fire alarm being set off at 11 pm

I was expecting just an average hotel room during my two week stay, but was pleasantly surprised. Three things I require of a hotel room, clean, quiet and safe and this hotel delivered. The entire hotel was well kept. My room was immaculate and the cooking facilities were great. Desk clerk Richard was so helpful and no matter what was requested he always came through. If ever in that area again I would not hesitate to book a room.

Late night checkin is slow. I waited in the lobby for the phone to connect with someone. I was tired and wanted to go to bed. I waited for 10-12 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Then another 5-7 minutes for someone to come and check me in.

Well i like it first when i arrives and go to front desk kindly staff but the things i don't like it that smell marijuana inside the elevator in the wallways and our bathroom.

The front desk person was so kind and blight she make it so easy with the check in.

Someone burned some food they were cooking around midnight. They opened the hallway door trying to air out the smoke and set the fire alarm off. It range till the fire department arrives and cleared the scene. It was too loud to sleep for about 20 minutes. Maybe the hotel should put signs up in each room about what to do if there is smoke in the room.

Seems as if a lot of homeless are staying in or around the hotel, it was in ok condition and you get what you pay for

Really terrible and nasty

There was cockroaches in the rooms, people smoking pot outside the door. The front desk people were rude and trying to get extra money that I had already paid, and I would not recommend anybody to stay there ever again.

Couldn't be more upset. it was dirty and smelled awful, had to change rooms it was so bad and was cherged additionally because of bigger room. construction all through the night. I'd like a refund and will be disputing

When I arrived I went to check in desk, and there was no one there, but I could hear them in the office. I stood there for a few minutes before I said hello. There was a voice I’ll be right there in a minute. Finally they came out. I wasn’t greeted in a warm manner. I only stayed one night and the room was clean and met my needs.

Bathroom light doesn’t work. The room stinks like a dog. The key only worked once

I had to wait 15 minutes before anyone showed up at the desk to check me in. The room was not as expected. One double bed. No option for roll away beds or cots. The carpet in hallway was stained. The hallway reeked of marijuana. Not something I wanted to expose my child to. We came back after about 3 hours and decided to go home instead of staying. I could not find anyone at the desk to let them know of any issues and I was leaving. It was getting dark and to be honest I did not feel safe in the area. I left my keys on the counter and we drove 3 hours home.

It was bare necessities. Clean and very affordable. To be honest it had refrigerated, microwave and stove. The bed slept well but it was a regular size instead a queen.

Prices were inflated due to demand. The room was not very clean. Bad smells and smears of filth on the walls, tv, remote and floors. The beds were not nice but the sheets appeared to be clean. I would try to avoid this hotel in the future, if possible. But it was the only one available.

Me, my husband and out two small kids booked this hotel 10 min before arriving. Upon arrival we noticed a bunch of people out in the cars just randomly sitting around some walking around the property. We felt very unsafe and uncomfortable to even go inside. We called the front desk to explain what was going on and see about getting a refund. They directed us to contact the company we booked through to get the refund. So we did that on Monday and we were told that the company will reach out to the hotel about an our refund. We were later told that we couldn’t get a refund. I recommend spending a little more if you want to make sure you’re staying at a safe and clean hotel.

Location was convenient, neighborhood was Ok. After hours access was compromised by guests. Elevator was very warm, sweaty. Shampoo in addition to soap would have been nice. Towels weren't sufficient, used 2 to dry off.

Ran out by bugs

We showed up and 3 police cars were there and it was the 3rd time they were there. Went to the room and bugs were crawling all over the bed, walls and floor. We left, i wouldnt let my family stay in such terrible conditions.

The room was fairly clean for the most part. There was some crumbs or something still left on the floor under the bed and under the heater- a/c unit. And while we were laying in the bed we started noticing cockroaches were starting to crawl down the walls and floors.

If your looking for comfortable this is not it

this is a catfish hotel, looks nice on the outside and crap inside, beds horrible, this is not a hotel for travel, it is for workers, people living there. staff not friendly, smells like weed in the entire place.

The carpet in the halls smelled filthy and dirty, my room had a terrible odor, the sheets on the bed were filthy. No housekeeping staff, no front desk staff after 8 o’clock. No staff at all on Sunday.

Roaches all over our room.

Our room had a toilet that wouldn’t stop running, live and dead cockroaches(have photos), no one at the front desk to help or answer the phone when you call. We checked out and went to another hotel.

It felt more like a low rent apartment complex. The smell of weed very predominant everywhere. Pretty sure my husband watched a drug deal go down while waiting for me. We got a refund and went somewhere safe.
