The property was great in terms of its cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff especially for the amount I paid for. However the location is in sub suburban area, and not much dining and other activities.

This is a budget friendly hotel 🏨, the facilities serves its purpose. It would be really difficult to get another budget friendly hotel 🏨 like Exotic Palace. The road leading to the property isn't tarred but it's just about 100 - 150 meters.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel and had great experience. The hotel itself is modern. Cust service was excellent and the rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable with a mini fridge. Also had a chance to witness a wedding at the hotel. The only downside is not much entertainment or restaurants to choose within walking distance

This Hotel was very good overall ! The standard of the food was excellent, especially the local dishes, which were amazing !! Staff are friendly and helpful. The only slight negative point is the quality of the Wi-Fi !! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I loved this location and our room was beautiful, very clean. I loved the bathroom, but the water was not very hot. Wish there was a shuttle service to the airport.

So much potential

The hotel is nice and really not that far from the city of Accra. However, Uber and Bolt drivers do NOT like driving out to Tema. They will cancel your rides or even give you a hard time. Especially, if you are booking a ride using your credit card as payment. Also, breakfast is just eggs and a bagel. A little disappointing. Lastly, it’s on a dirty road that is very difficult to drive on.

This is so far the best hotel i have stayed at in Ghana ,the road leading to this property is not the very best but better than the previous one i was at .Its very accessible via the Accra-Tema motorway

Awesome place and very clean

Property is very clean and in a pretty good location. Very easy to get rideshares. Bed was the softest I’ve felt in Ghana and a/c worked great. However our TV didn’t work at all and neither did any of the WiFi networks. We had to use personal hotspots for entertainment. Also, the food at the restaurant was just okay. Definitely worth paying a bit more and eating outside. Staff was pleasant. Good for a quick stay.

Love everything the food is the best

Its a safe and convenient place located between the bustling cities of Accra, and Tema township, where I visited frequently to visit friends and family members. The pleasant staff are great addition to the services available at this "homey" hotel. I will be back!

Exotic palace is like home away from home. I stayed her for 10days while visiting Ghana and let me tell you how great this place is. It is a hidden gem. The staff is amazing, very polite and clean. The facility is so clean. The pictures you see online do not do justice the place. I will recommend exotic palace any day, anytime.

the owner of the Hotel he's a superb human being with a good heart, likewise the manager who just went out of his way to help me settle in, and the rest of staff's are just too good and fantastic, kudos to Chef Akos for fine breakfast and meal..I will rate Exotic Palace 4* and 5* with gym facility.

Good for Ghana

This hotel has its pros and cons. I’ll start with the cons: 1. They make you leave the key at the counter when you leave the hotel and get it back when you return. It’s an odd policy that made me very uncomfortable. I expect unrestricted access and movement for a room I paid for. 2. The fridge in the room did not work. Anything I put into it was quite hot. 3. The staff are a little curt on the phone when ordering food/room service and hang up Without saying goodbye. 4. I was given one towel, a dry towel only.. no face towels. The positives 1. There was air conditioning and a fan which is good because it’s super hot 2. There’s a staff member who secured the front gate 24/7 3. The staff try and open the door for you when you enter 4. Nice shower/bathroom/bed 5. Free WiFi 6. Complimentary breakfast and other food for extra price

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent decor, it was so comfortable I had to book an extra day. Service excellent I will definitely recommend and it was great value. The food was delicious! I’m from the UK and this was a great hotel
