Very spacious rooms great for small or large families. Love that they provide a washer and dryer in each apartment. The food is great. Also great price on Expedia or booking .com and will include breakfast. The staff are all so hospitable :)

We stayed at the Executive Residence for one night prior to our Safari. We had a 2 bed Family room plus breakfast. The price we paid was very low for the property, check in was straight forward, along with check out, staff were very helpful. Can't really comment on the properties location, i assume it was relatively safe as i noticed there were a number of Embassy Residences on the drive in. Given the price we paid (AUD $267) I'd happily stay there again and recommend it.

Exec residency is amazing! The service is sterling; the place top notch, the location friendly and the staff are some of the best in the business. As a returnee, this place is my home away from home.

Amazing gem of a hotel in Nairobi

Loved my stay here! Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Very safe and secure hotel and convenient to Nairobi Central Business District. You get a lot for the price point, and service is better than some 5-star places I've been to in Nairobi.

I stayed from sep 3-12,2021 in 2 beds room with my family. I really enjoyed my stay. Rooms are clean, staff very polite and friendly. Food is delicious. I will definitely recommend to friend and family. Even they organized Covid test. Thank you very much!

I had a great experience during my stay at this property. The property location is very convenient and clean. The food was well prepared and delicious! Not to mention all the staff there were friendly and accommodating! Ready to help and fix any issues that arrive. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here again when I visit.

This room was spacious, the staff were very courteous and their meals were simply excellent. It was also in central Nairobi which gave us the opportunity to sight see.

Wonderful place

We were here for a 2 day stop over in Nairobi. They were able to check us in early because we arrived at 0900 from an international trip for a much needed rest. The restaurant had several menu options. The rooms are very spacious and well stocked for kitchen needs. My only complaint was that the rooms were cold with no heat and not able to get an extra blanket but generally the stay was awesome with great service. Will be stopping by on my way back to the US.

Memorable Night Stays

It was a wonderful experience as the workers were friendly, helpful, and kind. They assisted us above message with some of our surprised needs that came up. The restaurant and warm indoor pool on the rooftop was amazing. We spent more time there that we thought we would because if the view, food, and pool.

The facility is very clean. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, modern and very well equipped. The wi-fi was great, the food and indoor pool were awesome. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They even helped us to coordinate COVID PCR tests for our return to the US. Great hotel.

It was an amazing stay. The apartment was very clean and kitchen impressively equipped.

Generally an excellent apartment building and service. Few things could be improved - the noice from the vents in the toilets, quickly responding to complaints, noting number of booked pax in room and ensuring services linked to number booked (key, water and towels as example).

Good finishings and Classy. Indoor pool. The 2 bedroom apt was quite good.

The apartment was more spacious than expected - the photos online for not show how big they are. That was a plus for us.

This place was fantastic. All of the staff were very friendly and hospitable and extremely helpful. The front desk was great at problem solving and the restaurant staff were amazing. The condo was so large and great space for the kids to run and play with great amenities. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again.

Roof top bar is so noisy with loud music specifically at night.

Best Value in Nairobi!

This hotel has to be the best kept secret in Nairobi. It’s very clean, laid out well and the staff is outstanding. It has a great roof-too bar and restaurant. For the money, it can’t be beat. It’s on a quiet road but very close to many restaurants, shopping, etc. It’s not a fancy place, but if you want a nice suite, comfortable beds, free cook-to-order breakfast

Awesome stay but food could be better.

Everything was great but two small things. Some of the breakfast, specially pastry, are way too industrial. The croissants, for example, are just good for looking at them. Also, I think the taste of the food a la carte can be improved. All I tried was a bit tasteless or then would throw so many sauces in it that you could no longer taste the base of the food. Otherwise this was a fantastic stay, considering it's on Riverside and there are no convenience stores anywhere near.

It is a very beautiful hotel in the posh area of Nairobi. Very clean, staffs are friendly. Roof top resturant is awesome and reaonably priced

It would be great to have more amenities for young children (1 year old and above) such as play area and high chair for the restaurant.

Great place and terrific service! Look forward to visiting again. Only small issue is need for good air conditioning in rooms during hot weather.

The aparments are fairly new and i have used Best Western Hotels ocasionally, rhe cleaning is disappointing and the restaurant fair is not good. Nor is the breakfast! Lots of improvements especially cleanliness in the aparments(doors,switches,showers!)

INSTALL CEILING FANS/WINDOW SCREENS! Awesome hotel

I stayed in a few hotels in Nairobi and by far, your hotel was one of the best. HOWEVER, I say this with all sincerity, there are some suggestions I wish you would take heed and do for your hotel. These are minor changes but it will GREATLY increase comfort to the guests. Your hotel does not offer central air conditioning. Your tower room fans cannot pull the heat and humidity off. PLEASE install ceiling fans. I know you’re a green building but ceiling fans are a great choice and help replace room tower fans. Next, install screens for the windows. Mosquitos are a huge issue in Nairobi. Make these changes, and you will have people knocking down the door to stay here.

Good value stay

Check-in was a breeze. Staff was very attentive and responsive. The apartment was very modern with a well equipped kitchen. Overall, I was very impressed by the accommodations. I will definitely be staying here again.
