Horrible stay

There was no Heat in the room, light in bathroom had to be held down to work, there was no hot water at all in the room ie.. sink or shower. killed 2 roaches the next morning. there was only a sheet and a thin cover on the bed.. no Blanket. the advertised "Jacuzzi tub" was inoperable and taped off. floors were dirty and the door to the adjoining room as open on our side. the lock on the door was 1/2 missing.

The only light that was working was to dim to see anything, shaower area had no place to put soap or things, refrigerator did not work, on top of the AC being off when i got there it did not work, no cups for drinking, the room was very clean and so was the parking lot as well as being well lit.

Very convenient to sleep when you are driving many hours and just need a place to rest.

the bed was ok, and the room could be nice if maintained. The bathroom door handle was broken off, holes in the ceiling with black mold, hard spots in the carpet like gum, toilet handle lever arm snapped off so I had to take the tank cover off and operate it from the chain, this was not repaired for the second night I was forced to stay here. Door was hard to figure out because green light didn't come on until you turned the door handle. Broken furniture and appliances piled up next to the office. Lobby door was still locked at 8:30 am. Speaker for the bullet proof glass was dangling making feel like a horror movie.

The hotel was stinking I couldn’t sleep til morning, I ended up leaving early because I couldn’t stand the smell of dirty carpet and canibas

Not a clean property

Very badly maintained Hotel. Not cleaned properly. Lights not working in bathroom. Room was not ready at check in time.

During the hurricane it was safe. The water was sheeting but it did not enter the room The only complaint I had was the carpet which was very dirty otherwise no complaints. The electric went out but that was not their fault that was due to the hurricanes the whole community was out so I left I did not stay for the second night which I paid for no refunds is their policy.

Expedia claimed that this location had a room open and they did not. I was charged for a room that I never stayed in and wasn’t even available in the first place.

The room smelled bad and the front desk lady judged me I felt like I was in a crack motrl

Terrible rude unclean,roaches,bug shells in corner. Manager the lady at front desk terrible attitude uncaring as well as house keeping.And I felt with horrible colorism.

Room was clean very good for the price and the man up front was nice

Solid staff, clean and simple motel

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the last month. The place is clean, the staff is steady and seems to enjoy their job. It’s simple and outdated, but it’s a place to sleep while I’m working on this job site and out of town. It feels secure and safe enough for exterior door motel.

Could have been better

Only stayed here 3 days while our new home was gettin ready for us to move in. It was easy to find. Didn't like that you have to check in outside and not in the lobby. Room was clean but outdated. Asked cleaning lady for extra towels since we were a family of four. She acted as if I had asked for her wallet. Very rude and told they don't give extra towels only replace what you use. Disappointing that there was no breakfast as advertised.

You get what you pay for. For the price, it wasn’t too bad.

I arrived here and couldn’t open the door very well and the property manager came and showed me how to do it, which was very kind!

This place smelled so bad. The carpet was extremely dirty. The sheets were nasty, had hair and stains on them. Would never recommend this place to no one.

The staff was rude. Kids couldn’t sit on couch in lobby. NO coffee in lobby. One pack in room with no condiments.

Someone leftover food was in fridge. Hair in shower. Was not informed no brkfst and/or no snack machine, when stated repeadtly we were hungry... until after room was booked. Front office would not assist with my checkin issues through online... and when finally got it, he asked repeadtly if was ok, not in manner of geniune but as in dont want have any issues (because i was cold, tired, and had been crying - daughter asleep in car) so wanted him to stop asking question and get me the key card for my already shortened stay & he was slowly processing while repeadtly just looking at me - using my paid time . When leaving, my daughter asked to use restroom and we were told key was turned in and lobby was closed but had store across street, from lady at check out. It was difficult in communicating Wanted extra towel but no housekeeper available. 1 lil baby bar of soap provided for showering. And i expected cost of 58ish or something but charged 70$ to card why didnt i get difference returned as informed at check out? Felt frustrated & more confused from what should've been a night to enjoy with my 3yr old.

The only thing that i like was that it was quite. Found roaches all over the room. By the door i saw 3, on top of the bed found 2. I opened the fridge found 1. I just left the room and requested another room. I didnt left the facility because it was too late.

Not too bad of a stay. I mainly did not like that it says it offers breakfast and found out in the morning that they are not.

Night manager is very rude, yells into microphone, cancels reservations at will with no notice of cancellation. Go to some place else.

Does not give a free breakfast!

I have a pet peeve about hotels that claim they offer free breakfast and then don't. That's why I took off one point. I really wish Hotels.com would start cracking down on this type of false advertising. Free breakfast and decent wifi are an absolute must, and there is no breakfast while the wifi is so-so. I would recommend it if they hadn't offered the free breakfast.

They tried to charge me more when I got there than my reciept. I did not stay there after driving 6 hours to get there. Expedia took 3 hours and booked me in another place and told me they had the same admenities when I got there that was a lie so I refused to stay there as that was not what I booked and paid for. Me and my 3 companions ended up 3 of us sleeping on cot and my wife on the couch at my son's house and cutting our trip a day short. Expedia ruined my whole trip. If I am billed for there screw up I will not pay it are ever use Expedia again.

They were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Refused to honor my reservation and wouldn’t even help me with a credit or finding another place to stay.

Great room clean

Are room was wrong. We didn't have a jacuzzi like we ordered. The room was filthy the lock was missing from inside of the door, and electric lock wouldn't function from outside. Blood stains on bed coverings. Trash on floor. Weirdos hanging around outside. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

I had trouble opening the door

The place was okay but when I was checking out the room service woman was accusing me of taking pillows and when I told her there was only 2 pillows per bed when I got there she tried keeping me there while she was calling someone… I got in my truck and was trying to leave because I was In a hurry she tried to chase me down she was rude and caused a huge thing in the middle of the parking lot I’ll never go back there

Large room, great location, good air-conditioning, plenty of hot water. Nothing bad to say about the place, they could use a new door stop under the door.

I booked a non smoking king suite for 5/27 check out 5/29... They gave me a smoking room, keys never worked after one use, instead of making my keys for two nights they only did one night. Had my room listed on housekeeping for checkout saturday so I'm half naked just out the shower when housekeeping just walks in.. no knocking, just straight used her key and walked in.. There was no Breakfast like it advertised.. Property is wore down. Bed sheets had blood stains on them, no toilet paper, hot water was not working. I booked a room to get away and have time to think about things going on in my life and this stay really just added worse stress on me.. DO NOT STAY HERE, NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES AND FALSE ADVERTISING..
