We had a great time here, the place is super quiet, right on the beach and doesn’t look tacky or in your face like the other Tulum places. It does feel like being in Tulum before it was an Instagram hotspot! Kudos to Roxana who made sure we had the prefect holiday
Such a peaceful stay!
The staff was extremely accommodating and the surroundings were beautiful!
Loved the place! Wish we couldve stayed longer
The space staff was great
Great people , pleasant and kind, excellent beach.
Selfishly, I would like to keep this magnificent place to our own as I want to keep it our secret hideaway in Tulum, but it will be a disservice to the owners and to the wonderful staff. So here I am writing a review. :-) This is my wife and I's first trip to Mexico and we stayed in Ether for 4 days to spend our anniversary. Everything is perfect to our liking. The privacy, the accommodating staff, the serene and relaxing atmosphere of the resort and the quaint room. It made our stay in Tulum memorable. Airam gave us a warm welcome and toured us in the resort while Giovanna is absolutely fantastic and made sure our stay will be comfortable as possible. You will have your own private beach with comfortable beach pillows and mattresses. They have a small pool too for you to chill. The resort is located very near and steps away to good restaurants and shops. We would definitely come back and are already actually planning our next stay here.
Buena ubicación y el chico de recepción muy amable, pero las camas muy incomodas, el AC racionado, la comida que venden no es buena, poca presión de agua en regadera.
We liked the location and the surroundings of the property. Our room was very well equipped and we had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly all around from the receptionist to the servers in the bar to the guys who cleaned around in the area. The food in the restaurant bar is excellent as well as the drinks. We had some special requests and they were very nice to us. Overall a very good place.
Not worth it
Hotel looks nice but has a lot to change and amend Prices are crazy high for food and basic stuff like water at the hotel. - wifi works not good - beach is never cleaned from seaweed - too expensive room rate for that what you get

Communication with receptionist was perfect.Very polite , helpful and fast.Parked car inside and enjoy a quiet night of sleep. So so private. Didn’t spend much time at property but if your looking for extreme privacy and zero people, this is the place to be. Very down to earth, following the old Tulum vibes. Dont know others but our room (2) have a bery small mini split AC which is not enough to cool down the whole room.I can guarantee you that during hottest months of the year it boils. Shower Water taste and feels very weird ( salty/sweet) and I have no ide where it comes from. I spent 2 weeks in other 2 hotels in Tulum and didn’t have this issue. This property is pretty, if u like nature it will suit you. No hot water. Beach is awesome. Thank you guys
