Cafe da manhã ruim

The staff was always cordial and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and the shower was good even if it needed frequent adjustments at the beginning. The breakfast was great and varied. The location was great within the Savassi neighborhood and it allowed us to walk to many restaurants, bars and stores in the area.

When cleaning the bathroom floor a lot of water gets to the wood trim of the door. Everything needs to be replaced.

Older a/c units that make a lot of noise. You can hear the next room. First room we got made us have an extreme respiratory allergic reaction. Not worth the stay. Very disappointed.

Very nice hotel, very comfortable with helpful staff and within walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend it.

Very safe and convenient location. I stayed at property 7 years ago. The staff is excellent. I walked everywhere.

Great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to a lot of places. Very friendly and polite staff. Food at the restaurant was very good, and I thought prices were fair. Room is spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, and shower head was the best I ever had in a hotel. Definitely recommend and I will stay here again when returning to Belo Horizonte.

Stay at ESuites

Stayed here for the Exposibram 2022. Hotel is comfortable, clean and in a great area - Savassi. Staff speak English, have a well equipped gym, steamroom and sauna as well as spa on site. Only complaint is that the room wasn’t as sound proof as required and the street was noisy from time to time.

Liked everything about it. Staff was ultra friendly, specially at the restaurant. Food was great. The thing I like the most is that the hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood and in a street with little traffic. Great place.

Good location, clean, fair breakfast but noise.

It is well located, near Savassi with a lot of facilities close. Hotel workers are in general friendly. The lower point is you can hear your neighbor talk clearly. Breakfast is fair.

Comfortable hotel in central Belo

On a previous visit, a massive storm knocked out power to a wide part of the city but what I saw was good enough to return to this hotel. This time, with the hotel and surrounding district fully functioning, I was able to fully appreciate the quality and service. Clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. The hotel restaurant is basic but the food and service are very good - ideal for a simple evening meal between days of elaborate business dinners. I tried the lamb burger in a Pao Australiano bun.The name seems to be made up in Brasil as the dark brown bread is completely alien to an Australian.Not to my taste but that is no criticism of the food which was very good. I'll stay there again on my next visit to Belo. Is there a better recommendation?

Nice hotel centrally located

I had a great experience at eSuites Savassi Toscinini. Room rates are reasonable and the hotel was centrally located in the close vicinity of the malls.

Nice hotel, service not that much People in BH are really nice, but somehow the employees of this hotel aren’t .. Since we arrived they were not helpful with our bags or parking information. But the worst part was the following morning when we found out there was only one body towel in our room. First of all you shouldn’t miss a towel in a couples room, but service recovery was the worst I have ever seen. I called asking for an extra towel but 15 minutes later when it didn’t arrived I called back and they said basically it was my fault for having called that early (7 am). I had a flight to catch so I had to use the little hands towel in order to be ready on time. Didn’t received any apologies afterwards. Hotel is pretty, rooms are clean (not enough towels but great hair dryer) and breakfast is ok.

Top notch hotel

One of the best hotel stays I've had. Great price, worth upgrading to the suite. Wonderful room design and decor. Exceptional breakfast. I'll be back here for sure.

Quiet Please

Very good, comfortable hotel. Only issue is that interior walls are not very sound proof...lots of noise from hallways, adjacent rooms and room above.

Comfortable room, but HVAC doesn't cool well; breakfast needs to be improved; TV channels don't match with booklet; small details will improve substantially the hotel overall.

Great location!

This hotel is in one of the best locations in Belo Horizonte, close to the main places of the city. The hotel staff was very nice and attentive, breakfast is great and the restaurant's food delicious. The room was spacious and very clean, great channel selection on tv and the bathroom very spacious and clean. Loved it and will definitely be staying there again in my future trips to Brazil.

Exceeds typical quality of Promenade chain

Most promenade hotels in Belo Horizonte are in need of renovation and upkeep. Toscanini is new, has a spa and decent gym.

Great hotel in a great city

This hotel is fantastic along with Belo Horizonte. You can walk to shopping and great food safely. I strongly recommend.

Great hotel

Great hotel, great staff. Only downsides: 1, TV reception was terrible with only a few English speaking channels (all news). 2, toiletries were replaced once, would expect daily replacement - we were there for 15 days. 3, for a 'premium' hotel the bed linen was fairly cheap. I'm told that the only difference between the premium room and the standard is that you get a microwave in the premium (fairly useless for most people) and the room size is slightly larger. Having said the above I will be staying again, the hotel is modern, wifi works well and the staff were great.

Likely to become my regular stay in Belo Horizonte

Excellent, excellent, excellent! Roo spacious, beautiful decor, Serta matress, nothing could have been improved upon. Location secure, exercise room adequate, and a great foot massage at spa. This hotel will be my first choice when staying overnight in Belo Horizonte.

Good deal in a quiet part of Savassi

This is a nice hotel in a quiet part of the Savassi neighborhood, but a very short walk away from Praca da Liberdade and many restaurants and bars. The service was great, the rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was tasty, and the restaurant food was very good. I thought it was a deal.

If you have no other choice

Rooms are OK, it feels like a nice IBIS hotel, lobby is very small, not place to chill or relax. Staff not trained very well, feels unprofessional. When you walk out of the lobby, the street smells really bad so location not clean enough. If you do not keep your expectations high, its an OK hotel, I dont know if there are any other choices in this city. I would not stay again.

Excellent hotel

We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and was very good. We needed an extra bed for a five year old and they had the bed in the room and all made up within 30 minutes.

We arrived at night and were a bit nervous about the location, only to discover in the next few days that the hotel is conveniently situated and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, banks etc. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are modern and extremely neat and tidy. The breakfast is magnificent. I cannot comment on the other hotels in the area suffice to say that some of the guys I met at the semi final in Belo Hotizonte, complained bitterly about the rates they were paying at the hotels they were staying in and what little the hotels had to offer in return. I strongly recommend the Promenade Toscanini as a true value for money hotel.

O hotel é bem bom, quartos confortáveis, limpos, iluminados e espaços, numa excelente região. O café da manhã era bem servido, com boas opções de comidas e bebidas, embora possa ficar um pouquinho tumultuado se o hotel estiver muito cheio. O staff era bastante receptivo e atencioso. Algumas vezes a chave do quarto desmagnetizava com facilidade, mas nada que comprometesse a boa experiência.

Hotel adorável, recepção muito eficiente e educada. Chegamos às 8h e prontamente fizeram nossa entrada pedindo para aguardar até 12h educadamente. Quarto super limpo e cheiroso, café da manhã excelente. A localização maravilhosa, pertinho dos principais pontos. Recomendo!

Amei a hospedagem , café excelente , única observação seria a acústica, escuta tudo ao quarto do lado e isso nos incomodou pois a sra.estava ganhando flores hospedada com marido e esse homem falava alto demais por horas e toda hora iam entregar flores

O staff do hotel e a limpeza são pontos positivos. No entanto, café da manhã insatisfatório, com pouquíssimas opções para pessoas com restrição alimentar, além de alimentos que pareciam amanhecidos. Além disto, serviço de estacionamento terceirizado em espaço decadente, extremamente apertado e sem qualquer auxílio com malas e estacionamento por parte do time responsável. Não recomendo.

Eu diria que foi razoável. Embora muito bem localizado precisa melhorar os serviços. Toalhas de baixa qualidade, café da manha ok para bom. Pedimos uma omelete, terminamos café e a omelete não foi entregue. Ducha não funcionou direito.

Bom, mas poderia melhorar

As toalhas estão gastas e por isso ásperas. A lixeira do banheiro é totalmente anti-higiênica, pois os papéis encostam do lado de fora e descartar fio dental se torna extremamente desagradável. O café da manhã não me trouxe nada da comida mineira … o que é um desperdício, pois em toda a cidade a comida é incrível. O atendimento sempre foi cordial e o strogonoff de filé estava uma delicia.
