Wonderful stay at this hotel. Amazing buffet breakfast. The hotel was thoroughly cleaned. The only problem I encountered was the pillows, which were uncomfortable.

Fatima : great location

We had a lovely stay , the staff and our bedroom were very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, again the staff were very nice and helpful. We did not swim because the pool was too small, I think this is not a swimming pool more like a large plunge pool. The dinner in the restaurant was disappointing, overpriced and the food was very poor. this i believe to be a very fair evaluation. we would stay here again for bed and breakfast but would not have dinner!

A beautiful facility, clean and contemporary, with comfortable, nicely appointed rooms. Friendly and professional staff. The hotel even has a small chapel for pilgrimage groups.

Great stay next to Fatima

Great hotel next to Fatima Sanctuary. Very comfortable rooms. They also offered a buffet dinner at a very good price, and food was very good. Breakfast was also great

Exceeded my expectations really! Lovely hotel, great staff and check in process, so obrigada! My room was spacious, especially given it was a single. The only thing single was the bed! The facilties were excellent and the bathroom so nice. What I love the best about this place other than The perfect location, was that it had minor adaptations to allow equal access for all! I've not seen this alot on my travels and this hotel is excelling in it and perhaps leading the way in Fatima! Well done!!! (I've previously read someone complaining about this?!). Loved my stay there (3N) and highly recommended and will do to my friends and family! Such good value!

First of all, they put me in a room for the disabled. There was a ref that was unplugged inside the closet! Breakfast was not quality and nobody even ask for my room # and second day was worst because there was no set up of utensils on the table and yet too many staff talking to each other. I have a feeling, they are not very welcoming to Non Portuguese individual pilgrim? Also, the walls are all painted too white-feels like hospital...

I could never stay because they overbooked and gave my confirmed room to someone else. It took 2 hours for Expedia to find me another room nearby. Waste of time while traveling.

The breakfast is very good and so is the service and staff. Located just down the street from the castle and walking distance to the city and bus station. On the down side, the room and bathroom is small, but we found it comfortable

The air conditioning was not able to deliver heat to heat the room, seam to have low capacity and poor installation The bathroom was also very cold with no radiator.... very cold.

New Hotel - Bathrooms excellent

Hotel overall was clean and tidy. Rooms are a little bare and could do with a touch more colour to take away the clinical feel. Bathroom was huge, so could do with a smaller bathroom and a larger bedroom with more storage. Hotel breakfast was amazing and Bridgette (sp) in the restaurant was awesome and full of useful facts and information about the area. Only down side, was we had to wake the duty manager in the morning so we could check out.

Nice new hotel

Very. Nice new hotel that’s less than a year old. Nice big bright bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Air con worked well. Free self parking on the premises was convenient being we have a car. The only real weakness was the buffet breakfast which was our least favourite one week into our 3 week driving vacation around Portugal.

Great new hotel!

We enjoyed our 1-night stay in a quadruple room. The hotel being brand-new has a few design flaws and kinks that hopefully will be addressed but overall this hotel is recommended.

El hotel es muy nuevo y esta fenomenal, restaurante perfecto, desayuno muy bien, tipo buffette pero bien, cenamos en el buffete una noche y no tenia mucha variedad pero para un dia estuvo bien, lo unico que nos parecio extraño fue que para usar la piscina habia que reservar y se podia como mucho 1h al dia, nunca me habia pasado tener esa limitacion y encima tener que reservar con antelacion para poder usarla, ya que solo podian haber 6 personas a la vez no hace falta qie diga cuan diminuta era, pero fue lo unico, por otra parte te dann toallas y albornoces para la piscina, que como critica constructiva deberian solicitar una consigna y permitir que pudieras llevar el allbornoz a la habitacion, ya qie habia que devolverlo en recepcion, por lo demas todo correcto, perosnal del hotel muy distante pero bien

Hotel muito bem localizado, ao lado do santuário. Quarto amplo. No entanto chuveiro sem apoio para sabonete e shampoo, banheiro sem suportes para toalhas. Ficamos no último andar e passei a noite toda com um barulho vindo do telhado, só vento. Café da manhã muito bom

Hotel a menos de 5 minutos da Basílica e em frente à praça principal da cidade, que tem muitas lojas e restaurantes. Localização mais que perfeita. Quarto tem uma pequena cozinha com utensílios, muito útil para quem viaja com crianças. Cama muito confortável e banheiro novo e muito limpo, com amenities de qualidade. Só achei que a alimentação poderia ser melhor para um hotel 4 estrelas. Mas no geral recomendo e ficaria novamente

Alles war wunderbar! Das Hotel top, stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, wunderschön. Sehr bequeme Betten, toll ausgestattete Küche, zwei Balkone mit dabei. Ein Innenpool, ein schöner Laden und eine friedliche Kappelle im Hotel vorhanden. Der Frühstücksaal sehr schön eingerichtet, das Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen, reichlich und extrem lecker. Das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels perfekt, das Heiligtum von Fatima in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, Läden und Restaurants unmittelbar in der Nähe. Wir werden schon bald wieder hier buchen und freuen uns sehr auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

É sempre um prazer voltar a este hotel. É o 3º ano consecutivo e para já algumas certezas: Quarto espaçoso com um ar condicionado que aquece o quarto em 3 minutos. Casa de banho com janela, muito adequada. Receção de grande qualidade e simpatia. Sport tv para acompanhar os jogos à noite. Pequeno almoço muito bom com grande variedade de frutas, pão, leites entre os quais leite sem lactose. Café expresso croissants quentinhos, grande variedade de pão e ovos mexidos sempre a sair. Numa das noites comi um risotto de camarão com parmesão, delicioso. Parking vigiado grátis. Muito bom! Fantástica relação qualidade preço e a 200m do santuário. A voltar decididamente.

It was overall a good experience. Room was modern, clean. Check-in was fast and friendly. For the pool you need swimming cabs, this was nowhere mentioned before and they are quite expensive when you buy them at reception. The breakfast has everything you need and a lot of fresh fruits, only the coffee is not good it is just instant coffee Maschine.

Chegada agradável pois tivemos lugar mesmo à porta com a saida de um carro mas perguntando logo à recepcionista se havia mais lugares de estacionamento, a resposta simpática foi sim... Rápido depois de o filho ter de fazer teste lá fomos para o conforto do quarto aonde nos sentimos cofortáveis.. O hotel calmo e confortável aonde marcamos 2 quartos pois os sogros estavam tambêm e gostaram.. Peq.Almoço simples mas com tudo que é necessário para começar o dia bem para visitar o santuário aonde a capelinha fica a 5 min a pé..excelente sem dúvida e à noite é rápida a volta ao hotel.. Vou referenciar o hotel aaos familiares e amigos pois gostei muito estando perto de tudo .. Obrigados foram 2 dias excelentes

Piscine hors service non annoncé.

L'hôtel est très propre et un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Le restaurant est excellent et pas cher. À 3 minutes du sanctuaire. On avait choisit cet hôtel pour sa piscine mais à notre arrivée il était fermé à cause du covid. On était très déçu car ni le site internet d'hôtel.com ni le site de l'hôtel ne l'indique. On est extrêmement frustré par rapport à ce point.. Autre point négatif, la note du restaurant était fausse, on a dû corriger 3 erreurs.

O hotel tem ótimas condições , as camas são muito confortáveis e o quarto muito acolhedor. A recepcionista foi muito simpática , de manhã no pequeno almoço quem estava na sala do mesmo , estava constantemente a olhar para nós como se nunca tivesse visto , foi um pouco desconfortável . Não são la muito lgbt friendly. Tirando esse episódio o hotel é muito porreiro .

EL MARIANOS se encuentra muy cerca del Santuario y eso lo hace un hotel muy recomendable. La habitación doble tiene un tamaño adecuado y el baño es comodo.

C’est un très bel hôtel, vraiment propre et moderne. Le personnel est top et essaie toujours de parler français. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont très bon, avec des produits de bonne qualité. Le restaurant est le meilleur que j’ai manger au Portugal.
