We were not disappointed with our stay at Island View Appartements. It had everything we wanted from a holiday destination. Very well located, well equipped (except for a clothes dryer), and quiet. We would recommend !

A good place for a rural stay. It was fine and comfortable only bad thing was the internet was unusable. It seems to be a shared service across several apartments and at night it’s just not usable. 4G coverage was also not great but it was at least usable for emails

Good location with generous room layout. We really enjoyed our last visit in 2017! Now in March 2025, the rooms and facilities are in urgent need of renovation. Very poor and very dirty windows, cupboards and furniture badly damaged, taps did not work, washing machine with bad odour. Basic cleaning only just done! We cannot recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay but both my husband and I got multiple shards of glass in our feet from walking inside the property and with two young children (crawling and walking) we decided to leave early.

We stayed in a wonderful apartment facing onto the foreshore. It had everything we could need and was very comfortable. The Island View Apartments are in a really good location close to everything and although our apartment was by the roadside we were not at all bothered by noise or traffic. I’d definitely recommend it for a stay in Esperance.

Lovely place with an even better view

Our stay at this apartment in Esperance was absolutely fantastic! From the moment We arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location of the apartment was ideal – just a short drive to the beautiful beach and close to the town center shops.

The propety was well located near the water. Easy distance to many tourist sites and shops

A cozy place near the jetty of Esperance. Host was super friendly. Place was well equipped n very clean. We had a wonderful time there.

Property close to the ocean, & a short walk to a Thai restaurant. Property is 2 story with living upstairs and beds downstairs. Had full size washing machine and dryer Bbq on the upstairs balcony. Bedding was clean and high quality & property was clean and tidy. Highly recommend

Lovely clean accomodation with great location, lovely views.

The unit was amazing. So clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Staff was also amazing. There was a little bit of road traffic noise in the morning, but, it wasn’t bad enough that I couldn’t sleep through it.

Highly recommend to others

Excellent location, great for families with lots of room and close to the esplande precinct. The house has two stories with a BBQ on the upper deck and laundry room. The whole house was spotless clean.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s in a great location and close to shops and restaurants as well as walking along the bay. Layout of the apartment with the bedroom and bathroom downstairs and living area, balcony and BBQ was great The hairdryer, bathroom and some of the cabinets could do with an update

Perfect location over looking the water. Beautiful unit. Very spacious. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Perfect for a group stay. Undercover parking in double garage. Great home base to explore Esperance. Landry a bonus washing clothes during travel. Good booking experience, friendly host. Little bit of road noise but nothing serious. Everything you need is there. Value for money. Would stay again definitely

Everything was perfect. Only thing I would change is darker blinds as it is quite light throughout especially early in the morning. But you can’t beat the view

If you want perfection in Esperance look no farther than here. Great location. Wayne was very helpful suggesting dining options. Esperance is so clean and a great coffee van close by. The apartment has everything you need. I would book again without hesitation.

Beautiful location, walk to main street , esplanade, or kick back and enjoy very comfortable spacious apartments with everything you need, the manager provided a really helpful debrief on arrival so we knew where to eat and get great coffee, and close to Cape Le Grande NP

BBQ ignition was not working pillows were atrocious and bathroom tiles are in disrepair.

Great location, gorgeous apartment, great view of the bay from the bedroom. Light and bright, great lounge. Would defiantly stay again.

Property could have been cleaned better prior to our stay, mould on wall, stairs are quite dangerous, downstairs is freezing.

Esperance gem!

Worth every star of the reviews! We had a spacious, very comfy 2 bed unit - well equipped, great beds, fast free wifi and all amenities. The location is perfect, being less than a kilometre walk to restaurants etc. Just a warning if you have mobility issues, our unit had the living area upstairs and bedrooms downstairs - not an issue for us, but maybe for some! The view of the bay from our window was superb.

Our short stay was enjoyable, with the apartment well located, quite spacious and with good facilities. An easy and informative check-in, and everything was in good working order (other than spa which we couldn't get the engine to work) and very comfortable. Nice bay views through the window and upstairs deck. Easy walking to the shops, pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Great location, well appointed and very good management

A great spot being just across the road from the beach. Property had everything that we needed, and was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

First impressions was that the apartment was extremely clean. It was very comfortable, warm and we wouldve liked to have stayed longer. Will definately be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to cafes/shop, just opposite to the Espetence Jetty, great seaviews! The property is fully equipped & spacious & very clean. Good quality of linens & towels; Wayne, the host, was always very helpful.

Great location, great host, comfy bed, fab shower, clean and tidy. Highly recommend this as THE place to stay on Esperance.

We were in one of the front small houses for two. The view is lovely but the road between the house and the foreshore is noisy from early in the morning. Amenities were good, although not generous on the bathroom provisions. There is a lot of glass, which is nice for the views, but you have to keep the bedroom blind closed permanently so that the house behind can’t see you! The shops close earlier in Esperance that you might think, so be prepared if you are arriving later in the day. The bay, the surroundings are further afield are just gorgeous.

Great place - but need good weather.

Accommodation - Amazing. Couldn't ask for more. Views, facilities, excellent. Love the upside down... so to speak. Living space upstairs, to appreciate the views, bedrooms downstairs. Staff- Amazing, very friendly, approachable, engaging. A big THANK YOU. Esperance as a place, great. Love people. Weather could have been better - uncontrollable obviously. Wind the main issue. Beaches and scenery great. Enjoyed our time in Esperance

2 night stay

Nice big 2 level house with balcony. Has all the practical needs including BBQ, full kitchen, back yard and carport. It's not luxury but it's nice, reasonably clean and very pleasant. Outstanding views and right next to the beach.

Loved the space

it must have been great about 20 years ago but... is a bit tired. The bathroom needs a Reno.

Very clean. Right next to the ocean. Walls are paper thin but it looks like most layouts only share 1 wall at the most so not a huge concern.

This is a wow accommodation. Got the 1 bedroom apartment at the front right across from the beach. Modern architecture had all glass to front of living/dining area giving views over the bay. Really comfortable king size bed and apartment had everything needed. I highly recommend a stay here and will be coming back.

Self contained nice spacious apartment

The apartment was in a perfect location overlooking the beautiful water of Esperance. It was modern and very well equipped. Wayne was very helpful and shared his local knowledge upon check in. We were given a map highlighting all local sights, dining and other points of interest. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and would return in a heartbeat.

The apartment we stayed in (ocean view) has all the utilities you need to be self-sufficient, which is great if you value your privacy. The only downside to the ocean view apartments is that they face a major road (The Esplanade), so traffic noise can be an issue. There is also somewhat insufficient shielding from light coming through the windows in the bathroom next to the bedroom, so it gets quite bright very early in the morning. Despite this, it's a fantastic place to stay. Would recommend.

ESPERANCE ISLAND VIEW APARTMENTS

Hello Our stay was pretty good, very clean and the apartment was great for family accommodation as there is only one bathroom. The toilet was entirely separate however. Everything was clean, well cared for, and well provisioned. We plan on going back for more.

Great 2 storey apartment with all the facilities you need including fully functional kitchen, outdoor bbq, washer, spa and parking bay out front. The property was clean and comfortable to stay in. A plus is the location as its close to everything.

Clean & tidy, with everything we required in the Apartments.

We were very happy with our stay the only thing we would say is that the heater didn’t work overly well. It was enough to keep the chill off, we learnt to put it on early before the room got too cold, otherwise everything was great.

The apartment was clean and tidy in a great location walking distance town restaurants and bars. Everything we needed in the apartment was there. Great family stay. Owner friendly and helpful.

The property is old and tired. The furnishings are battered. They bang with the wind and should be replaced. The TV reception for the footy grandfinal was terrible. In this day and age, the TV reception was not acceptable. Very disappointing.

Fabulous stay and welcoming Host

Place was fabulous, immaculate condition and all we could need for our 6 day business and pleasure stay. The host, Wayne was very friendly, courteous, personal (nice to hear you addressed by your name), professional and a mountain of information on places to see, do and eat at. We had a great time exploring and wow, what a coastline. Greg

This was our 4the stay at Island View Apartments. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Convenient for esplanade and town centre. We stayed in an older unit which needed some up-dating. Kitchen bench tops etc.
