Clean and well located and maintained

Overall a good stay. Clean nicely laid out apartments which are somewhat aging but everything including all the appliances etc worked wel. In a quiet location but only a 10-15 walk (uphill) to Yumbo. However , wifi coverage is extremely poor. Changing towels every 3 days is not sufficient.

Wonderful staff Relaxed atmosphere Clean accommodation with everything provided Very comfortable beds Nice powerful shower No interruptions to hot water Better quality food than similar places There’s an unavoidable step uphill stretch of road to get into town, but a taxi’s only €4 or €5, and it’s an easy 20-minute downhill walk back! Near the hotel itself there’s a good little Hiperdino supermarket, and a great free little botanical garden just before the corner where the uphill section into town begins.

This property is a bit like a Premier Inn. It does what you want it to. Short walk to Yumbo. Longer walks to beaches but bus stop outside the hotel and taxi rank a short walk away. Negatives are that the decor is showing its age and could do with updating in all areas. Tricky door locks! Staff were very engaging and tried to ensure any quirks were quickly sorted.

Noisy Instalkation of Jacuzzi right outside!

Loved the duplex apartment! Staff were friendly! What negatively impacted our stay was the drilling noise from the work to install a jacuzzi just outside of our duplex! We mentioned it to a staff member who said this was the worst day and after the noise would be much less! Over some 5 days later it was still ongoing. On our holidays we do like to lie in get up late and breakfast outside! Therefore the noise significantly impacted our enjoyment! We mentioned it again and were to receive some kind of discount! To date we have heard nothing! This jacuzzi I stallion was clearly planned so why put anyone in one of the duplexes that are right opposite the work? Why weren’t we moved when we first complained about the noise? Why were we offered discount and yet have heard nothing! Aside from the noise issue would thoroughly recommend the apartment, pool, facilities etc

Friendly staff

I’m definitely planning on staying here again. It was good value for money, really nice pool area and I liked having my own little front terrace with a sun lounger.

Great stay for the price. Staff are friendly and accommodate all of your needs. Properties are a little dated inside but you get what you pay for. Food is varied every evening and decent quality. Only minor down points are the WiFi connection is intermittent at times.

A lovely pre-Christmas stay

A nice quiet resort hotel away from hustle and bustle nightlife. Food was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. Direct bus to and from airport a very short distance away. Was a good base to get to Acualand, Sioux City and other activities from. Very reasonably priced

This resort is well attended by Spanish familles which is great. The atmosphere is friendly and perfect for families with the children. If someone prefers peace and quiet, there are plenty of adults only hotels nearby. Cleaning service is good and consistent. The food is average to say the least but this was expected from 3 star. There are plenty of restaurants in Playa del Ingles.

Nice

The room/apartment was tired and really needed freshening up. Breakfast was basic, would I go back. Unlikely.

The property was good for sleeping, good for rest. The restaurant has a good variety of food. Poor cleanliness and ants in the kitchen. Suggest having a table and some chairs in the living/kitchen space to help you have a meal at home if you wish.

Friendly place in a convenient location. There could be a few more power sockets (The kitchenette had only one and there were none in the vicinity of the bedside table). Other than that, a nice place to stay.

Spacious apartment very private and a good place to relax by the pool. Downside very basic self catering utensils and not one english tv channel out of over 50 channels caters more for german tourists first time we have experienced this in a canary island resort. Close to local supermarket and great bus service right outsider hotel

Budget hotel but a nice place to stay

For a budget hotel and the price we paid, I was happy with the hotel. No frills and did not expect any but was a nice clean place and the staff were lovely. Would stay here again as its good for a cheap week away.

The environment is ok and the location is good as the bus stop is just right in front of the resort. The hot water is not very stable and if you eat breakfast in the resort, better choose the buffet because the menu is a bit slow and not very worth it.

The staff here are defo the high point. Every single one was lovely - special mention to Hector (we think) on the front desk. We travelled as a duo and each had our own apartment - two floors and a great price for the amount of space you get. The apartment kitchens was the low point, very little there - however the on-site restaurant is pretty good, so even if your not out every meal time you can pop to the restaurant. Location is 15 - 20 minute walk from the front, but we wanted to see as much of the island as possible so this was perfect for us - there is also a bus stop right outside if you don't fancy the walk. Would stay here again without a doubt. Many thanks.

Terrible Cleaning Policy

Reviewed yesterday via mobile I was not impress with the cleaning schedule.Cleaning was only done 5 days out of the 7 and bed sheet was changed only 2 of those days,baring in mind the cleaner skeanr changed the duvet cover,when we arrived they were nail polish stain on the duvet cover we stayed for 9 nights and that sheet was never changed. We had to hid clean towels in the wardrobe so that we could have enough for the days the cleaner didn't show up.This was really annoying and frustrating.At one point our sheets were irritating our skins I had to tell the cleaner to give me the spare clean sheets and I'll change it myself which she did. Alot of towels and sheets had Holes in them. To add to that the hot water system to shower was a joke,hot water will only run for about 2-4 minutes and it will start to go cold,shower time was not relaxing. Dont expect to find shower gel or hand soap in the bathroom bring your own The Hotel really need to invest in these things as it's very off putting. The Location to the beach.airport and other places are quite convenient to travel by bus. The Staffs in the restaurant are really lovely especially Gloria Maria. We had half board breakfast was ok but some days the dinner was horrible. Very friendly and approachable.

Tired, but ok

Nice place, however kitchen very poorly equipped, no bowl to use in microwave. Limited crockery and cutlery. Just a few extra items would have made it easier to cater in the apartment. Kettle coffee maker and toaster plus microwave all good touches. Place was clean but tired..end of season perhaps, no shade on beside light for example and sliding wardrobe door sticks. Balcony to was very narrow. Price of for what you got was not bad, but have stayed in better for same price.

A little gem but out of the way!

I had a really lovely stay it’s a great resort! Booked last minute due to circumstances! Staff are friendly. My apt overlooked the tennis club next door, so had the sun first thing in the morning up until lunchtime. Although I missed out on afternoon early evening sun it meant I got peace away from over looking the pool! The pool area is mostly pleasant and a decent size and deep. The apartments have a great lay out with a separate bedroom and bathroom upstairs. I love to cook and the kitchen was functional if not a little sparse on the utensils side! I ended up mainly using the hob for everything, so a spatula/fish slice would have been useful. I even went out and bought myself a decent sized wine glass and tumbler and apartment glassware was a bit small. The location was a blessing but also a bit of a hindrance for me. It was in a nice street that was well kept away from the tacky busier areas of Maspalomas but when I did want to head to the beach/sea or the bars it was a decent walk to Yumbo area. 20 mins at a decent pace. There is a bus but they are pretty infrequent! The number 90 bus also takes to just out the hotel to and from the airport. I’d throughly recommend this hotel/resort if you want to get away and switch off. If not you’re not to bothered being in the thick of things. If you want to be close to the beach this isn’t the place for you.

Ein schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen.

Prinzipiell kann man bei einer 3 Sterne Buchung natürlich nicht mit Erwartungen von 5 Sternen anreisen. Uns jedenfalls hat es in der Unterkunft gut gefallen. Es gibt natürlich auch kleinere Mängel über die sich die Hotel Verantwortlichen sich mal Gedanken machen müssten, wie zum Beispiel das Essen. Dies war leider Abends oft kalt und schon viel zu durch gebraten, wie zum Beispiel Fisch etc. Auch hat das Frühstück leider keinerlei frisches Gemüse wie zum Beispiel Tomaten, Gurken etc. Das ist eigentlich schon in den einfachsten Hotels schon Standard. Auch sind die verschiedenen Angebote nicht einmal gekennzeichnet um zu wissen, was man da zu essen bekommt. Das muss man dann halt erraten. Wenn dort in der Zukunft noch mal die Stellschrauben nachgestellt werden, kann man dort gerne wieder Urlaub machen. PS. Auch sollte man mal über eine Renovierung der Bungalows nachdenken, die sind leider auch schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Aber wie gesagt es sind nur 3Sterne. Zum Personal gibt es eigentlich nur eins zu sagen, und das ist wirklich so gemeint. Sie alle dort waren sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne so weiter.

Trevlig personal, bra poolområde, bra läge, bra frukost

Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis! Sauber, ruhig und einigermaßen zentral gelegen. Freundliches Personal! Kann ich empfehlen.

Leider hatten wir das Bungalow direkt an der Straßenseite. Es war öfters mal sehr laut in der Nacht durch die Auto's. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft preisleistung top.

Rolig og intim plass

Rolig sted midt i Maspalomas. Et stykke fra strand, men så var vi heller ikke interessert i det. Fint bassengområde. Nydelig og rikholdig frokostbuffet. Ypperlig utgangspunkt for turer på sykkel på veg eller i fjellet. Buss stopper rett borti gata, så enkelt å komme seg rundt. Hyggelig personale. Kort vei til diverse restauranter og grei dagligvarebutikk rett i nærheten. Grei leilighet med soverom og bad oppe og oppholdsrom med TV og kjøkkenkrok nede. Ikke tilrettelagt for bevegelseshemmede.

Die Unterkunft ist alles in allem gut. Mir hat die Kommunikation zu den Öffnungszeiten des Pools gefehlt. Ich war morgens schwimmen und wurde rausgeschmissen weil es außerhalb der Schwimmzeiten war, die nirgends kommuniziert werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat Auswahl, erinnert jedoch eher an ein Intercontinental Buffet aus den 2000ern. Das modernste war, eine Auswahl sämtlicher Milchalternativen.

Una cosa que me llamó la atención fue que en la papelera de la cocina encontrara un plástico de cervezas, se lo comenté a la señorita de recepción, me dijo que fue un despiste de las chicas de la limpieza. A la noche estaba yo sentada fuera y vino una huésped a preguntarme si allí se le había quedado una caja roja con 2 copas porque a ella le habían dado el apartamento antes y se cambiaron de ropa y el plástico de cervezas era de ellos, me quedo lo duda si me limpiaron el baño después que ellos salieron, me parece poco higiénico y más que fui con un niño de 7 años, por todo lo demás bien.

Faltaba más comunicación con transporte público y lo mejor la piscina.

Insgesamt hat uns die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt — Wir würden sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

El hotel está muy bien , es cómodo y familiar. Las habitaciones son duplex grandes y muy bien equipadas. La cama son 2 de 90 juntas y el colchón es muy cómodo. En cuanto al desayuno y la cena , no es que sean muy elaborados y haya demasiada variedad , pero no está mal. Lo mejor de todo , la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal del hotel , son una maravilla. En conclusión , calidad /precio un 10 , si vuelvo a Gran Canaria,repito.

Edullista ja rauhallista.

Tämä oli varmaan jo viides kerta tässä resortissa. Erittäin siistiä ja puhdasta. Valitsemme huoneen aina "takapihan" puolelta jossa on rauhallisempaa, lapsiperheet viihtyvät paremmin altaan puolella. Kaksikerroksiset huoneistot ovat ainakin meille mukavia, yläkerrassa suihku ja makuuhuone sekä ilmastointi. Alakerrassa keittiö-olohuone levitettävällä sohvalla ja mukavan kokoinen terassi ruokapöytineen ja aurinkotuoleineen. Keittiössä saisi olla hellan, jääkaapin, kahvinkeittimen, mikron ja leivänpaahtimen lisäksi uuni, liesituuletin ja kunnolliset veitset ruuan laittoon. Mutta näinkin on pärjätty. Tykkään kokkailla lomalla ja syödä aina aamiaista ja illallista rauhassa, omissa oloissa omalla terassilla ja katsella auringon nousua ja laskua, täällä se onnistuu, takapihan puoleisissa huoneistoissa. Asuinalueena tämä on melko tylsä, mutta soveltuu hyvin kävelyyn kun on niin tasaista. Vuokra-autolle löytyy kadun varresta ilmaisia paikkoja. Pieni juuri uusittu ruokakauppa on ihan naapurissa. Joten voi helposti itse laittaa ruokaa. Vielä helpompaa on syödä resortin omassa ravintolassa. Ystävällinen palvelu on aina tarjolla.

Keurige accommodatie

Het keurige kleinschalige resort ligt ingesloten tussen grotere resorts aan een drukke weg. Helaas daardoor nogal wat last van geluidsoverlast. De huisjes zijn ook gehorig. Prima prijs kwaliteit en een bijzonder vriendelijke service. In het restaurant kun je terecht voor een eenvoudige maar nette en goed betaalbare maaltijd en ontbijt. Goede bediening. Het huisje was erg schoon. Wel is de staat van het interieur hier en daar twijfelachtig. De foto’s op de site zijn mooier dan de werkelijkheid. Maar goede bedden en airco. Leuk zwembad en even te relaxen, verwacht geen mega voorzieningen maar daar is de prijs ook naar. Dikke prima alles bij elkaar!

Vi är nöjda med vår resa. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Lägenheterna är av lagom storlek och vi tyckte det var positivt att det var två våningar. Poolen var mkt större än vad vi trodde och det fanns gott om solsängar. Vi bor gärna här igen. Då det är lite lyhört är ett tips att plocka med öronproppar.

Tämä oli kolmas matkamme tähän resortiin. Olemme olleet täällä siis yhteensä n. 4 viikkoa. Tämä on loistava valinta pienellä budjetilla ja vuokra-autolla lomaileville. Pysäköinti on ilmainen viereisellä kadulla ja aina on ollut vapaita paikkoja. Myös bussit kulkevat aivan ovelta mutta niitä en ole käyttänyt. Lähiympäristö on turvallinen ja rauhallinen. Pari pientä kauppaa on aivan 5 min kävelyetäisyydellä. Ravintolatarjonta sen sijaan on kauempana jos ei tyydy omaan kokkailuun tai resortin ravintolaan. Asumukset ovat kaksikerroksisia, alhaalla olohuone-keittiö ja ylhäällä makuuhuone jossa tehokas ilmastointi. Jos haluat rauhaa ja koko päivän aurinkoa varaa huoneesi "tenniskentän puolelta" näissä huoneissa näet sekä auringon nousun että laskun, jos taas viihdyt uima-altaalla pyydä huoneesi uima-altaan puolelle pääset sukeltamaan suoraan omalta pihalta. Koskaan ei ole ollut melua öisin joten hyvin on nukuttu. Hyvä vastine rahalle on tämä kohde. Joskin ympäröivä alue voi olla tylsä ja vaatimaton kävellä. Autolla/taksilla sen sijaan olet aivan mahtavan helposti niin dyyneillä, rannalla kuin "Inglesin" keskustassa, vain muutama minuutti kaikkiin.
