Incredible hotel design with modern facilities . The hotel’s location was fantastic to visit the historical sites of Beijing and the staff really helpful to book tickets and transport for the different sites we wanted to visit.

Everything great good breakfast didi to your foyer

We checked in morning but when we returned in the evening they did not record the earlier checkin and we had wait >30min for their checking and recheck in. Rooms finally assigned were still good though with complimentary fruits as apology.

Excellent location, clean rooms

Clean and spacious room, good breakfast spread, friendly staff at the hotel. The only issue was misleading sales tactic on hotels.com part which has nothing to do with the hotel. I was given to understand that there will be breakfast for 2, but somehow hotels.com only provided breakfast for 1. Tried to resolve this with hotels.com, only to be met with extremely rude service agents.

The property and staff are very nice. The only complaint I have is that the AC wasn’t working I’m glad the room has windows you can open to get fresh air. And also glad that the weather wasn’t hot. The food at the hotel is incredible and also the train is near by for transportation make sure you carry small bills to buy your ticket from the kiosk.

Great location, room and breakfast buffet. 2 subway stations nearby.

Excellent property, location and staff

Hotel room is quite dirty, got cockroach in the bath tub. Staff service is not so good and professional.

Good for international traveler to stay in, staffs very helpful and warming. Good location.

Pros: The hotel was newly renovated. Room is very clean. All staff were super friendly and attentive. Cons: Our room’s aircon was not working most of the time so the room could get quite stuffy. We could occasionally smell cigarette smoke outside our room but not sure where it was coming from. We got the 80sqm room but pretty sure our room was closer to 50-60sqm.

Other then smoke smell in lobby toilets and room levels rest are all excellent. Breakfast spread is good

Fantastic hotel

Amazing hotel with fantastic room, restaurants, pool and service- very clean, no- smoking room. Fantastic breakfast. Metro station 2 minutes from hotel - great localization / really fantastic stay! 10/10

The room was spacious and modern, facilities were also well kept and clean. It’s a 7-10 minutes walk to Wangfujing Street but has a metro station right opposite the hotel. Would recommend and stay here the next time I’m in Beijing!

Nice and clean

Able to connect with WiFi but unable to access You tube at all. The hallway had a strange smell because it's on the 5th floor close to the swimming pool. We asked to change a room with a city view and they did move us to a new room but still on the same floor just away from the swimming pool. The room was very clean but the coffee maker didn't work well. The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful. One thing need to mention was the taxi driver's carelessness. The concierge called the taxi for us. My husband was still getting into the car, the driver started driving without looking back and almost caused a severed injury. Since then,we did not ask for taxi anymore. Except this incident, we enjoyed our 4 nights stay.

This was a well kept hotel in a great area.

Our group of two couples stayed at 北京华侨大厦睿世酒店, booking two rooms, and we were impressed from the start. The hotel staff thoughtfully catered to our request by assigning us rooms directly opposite each other, adding an extra layer of convenience and comfort to our stay. Both rooms were impeccably clean, offering breathtaking city views, and the beds were so comfortable that we slept soundly every night. One of the standout features of this hotel was its outstanding parcel collection service. We had several packages delivered during our stay, and the staff handled each one with care and efficiency, ensuring everything arrived promptly and without hassle. Their attention to detail and professionalism in managing this service greatly enhanced our overall experience, making us feel well taken care of. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, creating a relaxing atmosphere, yet it’s just a short walk from major attractions and popular restaurants. This perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility made it an ideal location for our time in Beijing. In conclusion, our stay was exceptional in every aspect. From the luxurious comfort of the rooms to the thoughtful service and seamless parcel handling, this hotel provided an outstanding experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier stay in Beijing!

This hotel is at the excellent location. Next to subway and walkable to dining/shopping area.

The property is well located right in front of the subway exits, and is in excellent condition. The only problem with our stay was that the aircon in our room seemed faulty. It would randomly stop working in the middle of the night and we would have to get up and try to fix it multiple times until it finally stays on. This happened continuously throughout our 6 night stay. Other than this issue, this hotel was a great choice for our stay in Beijing.

I would rate it full marks if not for one incidence that my room card somehow got registered and blocked me and my daughter out after a delivery pick up at night. Took around 30mins to solve…otherwise it would have been perfect.

An excellent hotel in Beijing! The concierge team was outstanding, going above and beyond to secure entrance tickets to various sights of interest for us, which can be tricky for foreigners to do on their own. They were also super helpful in booking taxis, making our transportation hassle-free. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a large selection of both Chinese and Western items. The staff were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the different foods and how to enjoy them properly, which added a delightful cultural touch to our mornings. The hotel itself has been tastefully remodeled in recent years. The location couldn't be better, with a subway station just across the street and another line’s entrance just a 10-minute walk away. This made it the perfect base for touring the major sites in Beijing.

Great quality over price ratio hotel. We particularly enjoyed how calm, comfortable and well design the room was. We like the hotel breakfast offering. Only drawback was spotty access to Wifi with insufficient bandwidth ad constantly dropping. The hotel is ideally located 5min walk North of the same street pedestrian only shopping section, with a subway station at the next cross-road and easy bike riding distance from the main city center attractions.

It was our second stay. Everything went well. We appreciate the place.

Everything is good.

The hotel is pretty nice. We stayed for 5 nights. Rooms are large enough and clean and comfortable. We are family of four, 2 kids and 2 adults. 2-full bed room works out quite well. The front desk receptionists are professional and helpful. We asked for a switch of room for my parents they helped the request immediately. Room service everyday was well done. The location of the hotel was golden, close to subway getting to area of interests. Walkable to Wangfujing shopping area. Don’t miss the China Art Museum which is just across street.

Perfect location and new hotel

Hotel is new and clean. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Booking of places of interest, asking about location and advices. Location of hotel is perfect, near to metro in 3 mins and at the same time quiet. Walking distance in 10 mins to shopping street.

Decent hotel in a prime location

1. Prime Location: the hotel sits at the northern (quieter) end of the mile long Wangfujing Street, opposite Jia De auction house and overlooking the National Art Gallery of China to the northwest. It is also 3 min away on foot from the renowned Capital Theater. Metro No. 8 is downstairs across the street and No. 5 and 6 are roughly 500 yards away. Forbidden City, Tiananmen square, the Lama Temple, the Confucious Temple, the Houhai bar district, etc etc are all a couple of metro stops away. The Capital Airport can be easily reached by taxi or Metro. 2. Service: front desk and attendants are professional and very helpful. 3. Ambience: exterior is modern with an oriental touch. interior was redone quite recently with acceptable taste. My floor was quiet and room soundproof. 4. Cleanliness and final touch: the room was clean at the first sight yet the details were not impeccable. There were water stains on the faux marble floor and bathroom fixtures, spots on the mirror, visible dusts at the nooks and corners. I asked for a recleaning and the housekeeping came quickly. The lady did what she could but explained that the stains were mostly permanent and not removable. The incident seemed to be a combination of ill-chosen remodeling material, lack of maintenance, and a bit slip on the housekeeping standard. Overall I was happy with the hotel and stayed for 3 nights.

Family Stay

We enjoyed our stay here while in Beijing. Our sons favorite part was the food offerings for the buffet.

All staff from front desk to concierge to cleaning crew are very friendly and helpful. It is a very convenient location, many restaurants are within walking distance. All major sights of interest are easily accessible by subway. The Wangfujing Shopping area is within 5 minutes’ walk. We stayed 4 nights and still have many places near and far that we’d like to explore next time we stay in this hotel.

Excellent location; a 10-15 minute walk to the heart of action. (I’m 30 so it’s walkable. Otherwise there’s a metro line beside the hotel) Staff were polite. Breakfast was alright. All in all, I’m happy I chose here!!!

Great place to stay

Our stay were very Pleasants and we had a great time. Rooms are cleans and breakfast was excellent. Front desk and concierge was very friendly and helpful.

Very high end and friendly staff

The room is clean and nice. The staff are all very friendly and approachable. I booked a double bed for a family of 3, is spacious and good. Will definitely stay here again if i m in beijing

Good location for first timers to Beijing

Room is spacious and modern. Location is ideal as it’s near to train station for line 5, 6 & 8. Plenty of shops within 5-10 mins walking radius. Staffs speak English and are helpful. Requested for late checkout and was given. Overall good experience

Metro is within walking distance of the vicinity.

酒店在中國美術館站對面，去機場走8-9分鐘去東四站，不過到站還要上下很多電梯，行李多的要注意。 酒店服務好，房間浴缸是半開放式，淋浴間裡沒有掛衣服的地方，淋浴間和廁所門互趟只能單邊用，關上後在裡面門也不好開，不方便！如果和朋友同住也很尷尬

Excellent location close to the gallery, metro, and the Wangfujing shopping precinct. Approximately 30 mins walk to the Forbidden City. Staff speak good English and breakfast buffet has a good variety. Would be back for sure!
