I like the room, rate and the breakfast! They charged us for parking, but never told us when we checked in. I couldn’t use my digital card as I had to go to the desk first to give them a credit card. You should be able to do this on the app. The pool was not very clear so we didn’t use it.

Close to the airport. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking lot could have been sanded and cleared of snow better but overall a nice, quick stay.

Heat was a little wonky, but it was very cold outside.

Great hotel to stay at if you're flying out of portland jet port. Or even visting the old port. Awesome atmosphere, great bar restaurant with happy hour. Fantastic food and specials. Great friendly staff and wait service. Resonable prices. My new favorite hotel when staying in portland.

Great option near airport

We had an excellent stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but especially for families. The staff was incredibly welcoming, room was comfortable and the happy hour was a nice surprise.

My children and I always stay here when going to the Maine Mall. The pool is wonderful, breakfast is always fresh.

Nice hotel near the airport

1 night family stay

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening were a nice bonus. The only issue was with the transportation to the airport. The shuttle is not very big, which made for some drama with some very rude guests that tried to go ahead of other guests that had already been in the lobby waiting on it. It would be helpful if the hotel would have a way to make reservations for the shuttle to keep that from happening in the future.

Staff and room was good

Exceptional service from hotel staff, especially in the restaurant.

The over all process to check in and all accommodation were excellent. Our flight was cancelled and we booked this last minute and it was easy. Room is cleam amd very comfortable. Mamy perks here and Happy Hour was fantanstic.

This was a real "find", well worth the price, I will stay there when in the area. Not a big problem for me, but the walls/windows may be underinsulated. Room loses heat very quickly if heat turned down or off.

Property was clean and safe. Not as quiet indoors as I thought it would be. I would stay here again when in the area.

We love this hotel. All of the staff are so so sweet! The room is perfect, with the pullout bed and the 2 other beds everyone is comfortable and has their space. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean, the breakfast is amazing, even though it’s right on the airport property, you can’t hear the planes from the room. I can’t say enough good things, we’ve stayed here twice and both times extended our stay.

The front line staff was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable Stay

I arrived late to the airport, so I was tired after a long day of travel. The staff was amazing, the shuttle driver was friendly and considerate. The front desk employee was amazing and made the check in process really simple. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of options. I can’t wait to stay here again!

The only thing that worried me was the tub was slippery. Needs more grips

Great, 24 hour shuttle service to/from the airport. Hotel is right next to the airport. Staff was informative and nice. Restaurant had good food. The room was fairly large, clean, well-maintained, modern and more than sufficient for our needs.

Such a wonderful place! We flew in late and they picked us up quickly! Our room was huge! So comfy! The breakfast was great with an omelet maker. I LOVED the heated pool and wish we had time to enjoy the peloton bikes!

One of the greatest hotels in the area!

Had a wonderful one-night "staycation" at the ES! The manager's reception was wonderful, as usual, with chips, veggies and dips and two drinks! Even though the hot tub is long gone, the pool itself is heated and very easy to get into. The beds were comfortable, the TV worked, and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I went with a made-to-order western omelet at the omelet station!

I do not review hotels often, but I feel like I need to review this Embassy Suites! We checked in promptly and the staff was so welcoming and kind. The rooms were clean and well appointed, the other guests were friendly and respectful. The pool was fun and warm (many hotel pools are too cold for my kids to actually enjoy) and the drinks and food were both delicious and affordable. Honestly, we thought we had made a minor mistake by booking so close to the airport but the manager, Adam, and his team have me sold. I would stay here again just for fun! Affordable, clean, friendly, and just a good vibe all around.

Convenient, comfortable accommodation at Portland Jetport, with plenty of space.

Excellent room that surprised us even after seeing photos. Warm shower, extremely comfortable bed, good TV, very clean. Great service at the front desk and an overall very quiet area for being so close to the airport. Parking was fairly slim, and they called us right at 11 to make sure we were leaving which was a little bit of a turnoff, otherwise great experience.

Great property. Didn’t realize it was actually located at the airport. Large and quiet room. Bought two beers and a small bag of chips in the lobby and it was 30 dollars. Almost fell over. Would stay again.

From shuttle drivers ,check in and check out, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I rarely sleep well but had a great night sleep in a very nice suite. It was so quiet despite its proximity to the airport. Room was spotless and I will stay here again and highly recommend it.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations!!! Staff was wonderful…breakfast was great and the snacks and drinks given in the early evening before dinner was such nice touch as well!!! Rooms were great with a comfy bed too…you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Check in staff not helpful, difficult to understand with her mask, no eye contact. Asked if there was dinning service , she stated no. Later found that there indeed was dinning service. Other staff members very pleasant & helpful. I would have reported excellent if registration staff more attuned to her job.

Solid performance from this chain of suites hotels. Nice staff, comfortable bed, and a good complimentary breakfast are all strong points. This is right at the air port, but you don't hear much noise. I'd consider staying there again.

Clean, breakfast was amazing

The complimentary breakfast is excellent, especially the egg station. I really appreciated the shuttle into downtown Portland, and there’s also a bus that takes you into downtown right across the street (leaves once an hour). The staff were very nice and helpful.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights while visiting Portland to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. Upon check in we were greeted by Rosemary at the front desk. We had arrived a few hours earlier than check in and Rosemary was very accommoding to put us into a room right away. When she learned we were there to celebrate my husband's birthday she gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. What a great first impression. The hotel is located in a lovely area which I would not find typical for an airport location. Our room was lovely and the hotel itself also very modern, bright and so clean. Our complimentary buffet breakfast was outstanding and consistently good every morning of our stay. Joe at the omlette station was very accommodating when making our prepared food. Every staff member we encountered went over and above to make our stay feel special. It gave the impression that all Hotel staff cared about making the guests feel comfortable. Even though it was an airport location, the hotel proximity to downtown and other tourist areas was close. While we did not use the complimentary shuttle to downtown or the airport it was great to know it was available. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would highly recommend this hotel to those looking for first class treatment and a wonderful stay.

My only suggestion is that the cleaning people spray some Tilex in the showers to remove the mold between the tiles. Other than that everything was wonderful.

The Staff were amazing, the free shuttle to and from the airport and Downtown Portland was a great feature. Will definitely recommend the hotel. Very clean as well.
