The hotel was clean and nice. The area is ok. Breakfast was very good! Shuttle form the hotel was very convenient. I've chosen this hotel because breakfast was included and it was a good price. Yes, it's not on the strip but they provide shuttle to the strip. They also have pool and kids enjoyed it. Overall, the hotel met all my requirements.
There were a lot of things that didn't work in the room. USB charger and also the air conditer didn't work
Awesom property
…
Great breakfast
The jacuzzi and pool were moldy and closed.
Clean environment
I left a note for room service that there was no shampoo and a drain was draining slowly. I got a note back saying the drain was cleaned, but no shampoo and the trash cans were not emptied the entire 3 days. Including the banana peel from the first day.
The hotel was nice. We appreciated the complementary breakfast. It was amazing!! The complimentary snacks and drinks every night was great as well! This hotel knows how to treat their guest!! We had a small issue in our room and asked matience to come and they did immediately. They fixed it.
Value for money
Overall satisfactory. The hotel is pretty nice and clean. Breakfast was awesome and the complimentary drinks were great. Our room had a hot water issue in the shower which wasn’t fixed even after multiple complaints and the room service was slow.
The rooms are very old , carpet smelled very bad - we had to request room service to immediately to spray scent , furniture was old smelly - opened the view window , bird poop every where - do Not recommend this hotel , shame on such a popular chain Hilton .
Night front desk person Frankie was extremely rude upon check in. We did not get the type of rooms that we had actually reserved and paid for through Expedia. We reserved 2 rooms and called twice to make sure that they were connecting rooms. Both rooms were supposed to have balconies but we were assigned two rooms several doors apart and no baconies. Poor view and noisy. Dirty windows to the outside. We were told they would give us one night of our stay for free due to the above issues. Our stay was ruined and stressful due to the above issues. They should fire the rude staff person (Frankie) who instead of doing her job made excuses for herself and after escalating and being argumentative with us she failed to check us in and we had to go to another front desk person and stand in line to get checked in at 2 am. She has ruined your hotel’s reputation or what was left of it. We will never stay at any of Hilton’s properties.
Really enjoyed our stay Definitely recommend
so/so
Our room had a terrible smell, they said it was common from the plumbing pipes. They were able to move us rooms, but not to what we had booked.
Such a lovely experience, from check in, to the friendly & knowledgeable staff. I will be definitely returning
It was nice
The inside architecture is absolutely beautiful. Security was top notch, we felt safe staying here & plan on staying here in the near future. The included breakfast was delicious. Thank you for everything, much appreciated.
Clean, comfortable, great service, great breakfast, great view.
The pool on the first night was nice and warm. But the next 2 nights it was cold. Dogs were barking all night in the rooms. The people at the front desk were very nice but didnt really give us a solutions to our problem. It would be nice if they had a couple more wines to choose from at there happy hour. Beds were NOT comfortable. My son and I went down for breakfast very early about 7. Someone from the hotel came into the room and was surprised when my partner was in there and said oh sorry and left. I thought that was suspicious. Especially after they said no one will come into your room not unless you request it.
Don't pick this if you think it will be near the convention corner. Taxi driver warned area unsafe, adjacent apartment complex unsavory and certain routes subject to car jackings.
Walkable to strip
Kid friendly no smoke smell
All good
Comfortable
Cool
Very clean and delicious omelette options and breakfast
Good place have to pay for parking even as a guest.
All good
The older gentleman who checked me in is amazing. he made me feel super welcomed and checked me in quickly! He is definitely an asset to the company. I really appreciated the complementary coupon i was given. My shower didn’t have hot water. It would have been nice to take steamy shower since it was cold outside. There wasn’t any shower gel or shampoo in the bottles that were in the shower. I felt very weird using conditioner to wash my body and i couldn’t even wash my hair. I didn’t have time to call down to the front desk for assistance since i was very short on time given they would have probably switched my rooms but overall staff was amazing but it was horrible showering in cold water with no proper shower items.
Awesome
breakfast in the am.
Barely friendly staff enjoyed our stay
There is alot of homeless population around the hotel.
Arrived after midnight took about 20 minutes to get into the hotel. The doors were locked I knocked and called finally got an answer 3rd try. Pool was out of order whole purpose to stay there. There was old blood splattered on the bathtub walls. Old stale smell in the room. Sink leaked. The restaurant and bar staff were great! Good breakfast a bit chaotic. Close to the strip. Surrounding area definitely sketchy! Dont go to the McDonalds next door.
For its age, this property is acceptable. Not a great neighborhood but that isn't their fault. They have good security and didn't have any issues. It is certainly dated and could use certain upgrades but I wasn't dissatisfied with what I paid for.
Excellent.
Great evening drinks and snacks plus full breakfast. Pool is great also. Shuttle service is very timely.
Room is not clean, the sink wouldn’t drain. We informed the front desk about it, tgey sent the engineer, he said he fixed it. Two minutes later again the same issue, in fact the water from the sink directly draining on to the floor. I am a Hilton Honors Solver member, Never had such an experience at any Embassy suites hotel in the past.
Our room was satisfactory but when we returned several hours later, after attending a show, it was like walking into an oven. The thermostat quit working and the temp was 106 F. The front desk accommodated us with a new room only to walk into that room which smelled of cigarette smoke. My husband went to the front desk a 3rd time and they upgraded us to a lovely presidential suite. We thought that was a nice gesture being the hassles of room changes and it being very late at night. We were grateful:)
Terrible
No soap in bathroom 2 days. The last night the power went out. No lights at all for hours. No water. No assistance. The emergency exit was totally dark. The rooms doors locked people out. I had to pack in the dark using my iPhone. Then I had to carry my luggage down 9 flights of stairs in the dark so I wouldn’t miss my flight. The staff offered no assistance and no information.
Terrible
No soap for 2 days. Power went out. No lights. No water. No assistance.
We understand things happen however we booked this specifically for the hot tub. The rooms were very strange and out dated looked very run down. Our lock on the door seemed like at one time may have been kicked in. Our room was literally in front of the elevator and a giant wi dow right in front made it awkward. The restaurant was closed, the hot tub closed the terrace bar closed so we had to uber to get something to eat. This os also in a sort of sketchy location. I jad also booked this because it said it was 3 miles frim the airport it was 9 and also 17 minute drive around downtown. We will not be coming back.
Front desk service was absolutely AMAZING! Thank you so much FRANKIE, you did an awesome job!
Sandra at front desk was great. Staff was very nice. Loved the staff!
This property needs some renovations. The bathroom shower needed to be fixed and the hotel couldn’t keep up with the hot water demand at night so I had Luke warm showers each night. The parking lot was too small so we ended up paying the extra for valet because the self park was full. You do get a view of the sphere but I wouldn’t stay here again. If it was cheaper then I would say it was fine for the money, but it cost just as much as the hotels right on the strip.
Nice hotel, except sofa bed mattress not good, breakfast was good
Nice place
Everything was good esetp not get WiFi end ask front desk end send me to talk to cable company to fix the problem i
Convenient
The dining was not that great. Buffet food was always cool and dry food. Way too small of an area for the amount of people that wait in line. We decided to eat elsewhere. The hot tub area you could never use as for kids were swimming in it.
Enjoyable

I have stayed here four times. This is a great Property if you do not need to be on the strip or have a casino on site. The breakfast is great and the staff really works hard to help you with your stay. This is a really good value hotel and they love to have well behaved pet dogs stay with you.
Going to see a show at the Sphere? This location is great, just a short walk away, and you will be with others, 2 turns and you are there! For Sphere events, we will be back, and whens the last time you ordered an omelet for INCLUDED breakfast the way you wanted it? Great breakfast and free drinks starting at 530 before you walk over to the Sphere. Good deal
Clean, hasslefree and awesome breakfast
Clean and smell free hotel. 5-7 min drive from strip.. Awesome breakfast and evening drink n snacks. No smoke smell. We love it..
Clean and organized
Good Stay but the hotel Needs an update
Many things are good but others require attention. The hotel require an update, the rooms are a little bit old, we wanted to use the sofa to sleep, but the mattress was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in the mattress. When I took the shower I saw both, the bottles of shampoo and conditioner were almost empty. The other beds were great and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and enough for all. I was contacted for the personal of the hotel and I told them those issues and they tried to fix some of those issues. I liked her attitude about it and her diligence to fix some of those issues.
Breakfast was limited the hotel needs to be remodeled
Great location off the strip. Happy Hour and to order omelets were highlightes. Hope your Wi-Fi installation is complete soon, it was a bit challenging to connect to the internet. Only correction I would offer for the great breakfast options, is that the orange juice tasted like orange flavored water, that’s an easy fix. Otherwise good stay.
Uncomfortable sofa bed
The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and no comfort on the bed only top sheets.
Not recommended many issues
We stayed at this hotel because we were in Vegas for the F1... on our first night our restroom was clogged so the maintenance guy took 40 + minutes to come to our room to fix it, which he said he did but next time we went to the restroom it got clogged again. Maintenance once again took almost 1 hr, to go to out room and this time he ask us to ask for another room because the restroom was 'Really' clogged up. We did not get our new room till 1:30 a.m. and we have a lady touching all of our belongings packing them up.... Then another day we used the shuttle service, please DO NOT do it since they didn't pick up us, the driver instead of using the designated shuttle pick up drop off area decided to drop guests in the street, so we had to run to try to catch it but the driver wave at us good bye and left. As I reported the situation I got confronted by the driver stating that he wasn't the one that did it, it was another driver and I needed to sign a document stating that; my response to that confrontation was that we were guests so we did not have to be signing any type of docs stating if he was or not the driver that didn't pick us up. What I am saying here is I would NOT recommend this hotel if you want to have a smooth stay
Unhappy
The room was spacious, beds were comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t so good was the food.
The breakfast was very good. I booked this hotel for indoor pool for grandkids. The pool was cold and the area was not kept up. Very disappointed
Very nice experience
Love it
Very nice hotel
We had a great time
Was nice and clean
It was overall good
I have stayed at different Embassy Suites and this time was not ideal. I went this time for conference event, so booked Embassy for conveniences with breakfast served. However thus had very bad food poisoning experiences with both me and my Mom who is over 90 years, clear clues of only 2 food we both ate at the restaurant that the hotel provided, 1 small piece of sausage and 1 small pancake, the others we ate differently. Surprisingly no one ever followed up with us after my phone call, even though the front desk people who picked my phone said reporting to the manager, but never seeing him/her showing up, very disappointed. Besides, when we checked into the room, there was trash unvacuumed on the carpet, the room felt kind of dirty, did mention all these to the front desk on checking out. We will never stay at Embassy Suites anymore.
It was a nice experience
I would stay here regularly
This hotel is in a convenient location and provides excellent service. Free breakfast included buffet style hot and cold items and the cook to order omelet station was incredible. Staff is very friendly and parking fees are minimal. Definitely will return.
NEW MATTRESS ARE WAY OVERDUE
The main bedroom mattress is so worn out The side closest to the door in the bedroom had such a large hole in it. I had to sleep diagonally in the bed. My sofa bed my business partner slept on, was so uncomfortable. He ended up sleeping on the sofa cushions with the sheet over them on the floor it was more comfortable than the mattress on the bed.
Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.
Horrible boiled egg smell permeated the entire hotel and grounds. They mentioned fixing some pipes the day/days prior to my arrival. All the water had been shut off to the entire building the day before, according to the front desk and the maintenance guy they sent up. They said this also attributed to the cold water problem. Had to run the water for over 10 minutes before EACH shower before it turned warm. Nearly 20min until it got hot. Leaky toilet kept me up half the night. In an effort to fill the tank/stop the running water sound, I removed the lid. In my sleep filled delirium, the lid slid off the side and broke. I called down first thing in the morning, and a different maintenance man had it swept up and replaced in under 15 minutes. Pure accident that I was charged an ADDITIONAL $100 for POST checkout, WITHOUT my knowledge or CONSENT. They would not budge OR put me in charge with the actual manager who charged me. NOR did said manager ever call me back. Complete disregard for their customers and their short comings. 100% would NOT recommend.
No water, dirty rooms, door locks do not work properly
Our water was off for hours could not take a shower prior to our evening out Could not use the toilet What an Inconvenience we asked for compensation but I was blown off by an uncaring staff member This is not Been our experience with other embassy suites we will not be staying at this one again
Hotel was nice. The only problem I had was that my room had an awful sewage from the sink. I let front desk know about situation and nothing was done, luckily I was only here for one night so I was gone by early morning.
Since I prefer not to stay in casino hotels this was perfect. I would have preferred a bar a restaurant that was open more hours. There was no bar. The hotel is noisy, at least the room we stayed in, 215, was. You could hear noise from the parking lot in the bedroom and noise from the lobby and kitchen from seating room.
Staff were very helpful
Nice place away from the craziness!
Hotel is clean and quiet. Fair price. Free breakfast. Great staff! Pull out bed is horrible. Don't use it if you are an adult. No housekeeping if yoy don't call in the morning. I did not know this. It was supposedly told to me at checkin. This shold be a written communication. Overall, very good.
The breakfast is nice.
Amazing staff
We had a nightmare booking at the Sahara and made a desperate change to embassy suites. The staff were amazing. A drastic difference from the Sahara. The free amenities are great. Good breakfast. Good happy hour. The rooms themselves are dated. The mattress was so hard. The pullout couch had seen better days. It was terrible to sit on, I can’t imagine sleeping on it. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a less expensive off strip stay.
Very old construction
I like the breakfast (specially the omelet men), parking, Jacuzzi, room. I don't like my shampoo, conditioner and body soap bottles were empty. After request on third day, only two were filled. The ice machine on my floor (7th) didn't work. The 6th floor machine has a sign "out of order, use 7th floor". I asked for sphere view, the receptionist said OK ... but no

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bathroom space was not great with a rolling table instead of a real countertop
Very convenient for walking to Sphere. Nice quiet hotel off strip
Overall a nice place
We were disappoinyed we could not hook a gaming system to TV.
checking in was easy & fast the room a bit small for 4 people for the price of the room expected a larger room for so call suite !
This was a great property. Loved the happy hour and breakfast.
Good stay. I wish they provide shuttle bus to and from the airport.
Excellent stay
Stayed at the Embassy Suites while traveling with my sister for a concert at the Sphere, which is within walking distance. Enjoyed the hotel stay, very quiet compared to the Strip hotels. Breakfast and dinner at the Grille were excellent. Overall great customer service. Monorail access is within walking distance also. Would recommend to anyone visiting Las Vegas but wanting to stay away from the Strip.
Enjoyed our stay! Spacious room, comfortable bed and complimentary breakfast!
Breakfast time should be until 10:30am
Loved this hotel! Bed was so comfortable!! Staff was amazing!
