A fantastic experience! French toast with cheese and bacon will change your life.

There was nothing not to like! I cannot wait to return to Rome and have another stay at this property: immaculate rooms, friendly staff, convenient location and thoughtful service 10/10 recommend!

The hotel is beautiful and the service is amazing. Location is perfect.

We really enjoyed this location. We arrived by train, and were able to walk to the property, as well as walk to attractions, dining and shopping. The morning breakfasts were incredible, and the staff was SO friendly and helpful in every way. We would definitely visit again!

It’s front door was in an alley The room had no windows and the pipes in the bathroom from the shower was letting out a terrible smell through out the room No way this is a 5 star hotel

It’s everything you want a Rome hotel to be. The property was lovely. The room was great. The bathroom I loved the people that helped us were wonderful and went over and beyond.

A beautiful hotel around the shopping district with somewhat easy access to Rome’s beautiful city.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was great. The bathroom was an amazing size and the shower pressure was amazing. But the best thing was its location. Near enough the hustle and bustle, but tucked away on a quiet street.

Kind, informed and helpful staff. Very clean and modern. Breakfast was particularly good.

I love this hotel. Will definetely go back!

GREAT STAFF

Hidden gem in the heart of Rome. We absolutely this boutique hotel and had a five star experience. It's settled on a quiet street in a bustling part of Rome, just steps from great shopping, restaurants and near Spanish steps- yet when you entered you felt like you were in a cool quiet escape from the world. Beds were so comfortable, suite set up in mansion section was perfect for my husband, myself, and our two children- with the sofa bed set up for them in a separate living area. So much space. A large spa tub to come home to after a long day of touring was the highlight. The air conditioner was powerful when we needed to escape the city heat, We loved the freshly stocked complementary mini bar, and all the little details and amenities. We were warmly greeted by the reception staff Sara, Manuele, and Stefano. It's clear that all of the staff are courteous, genuine and kind and did everything to make our stay fantastic. The cooked to order breakfast was delicious- and we loved the restaurant staff as well. They Did everything to make our experience super. Best of all it's served all day- so you can leisurely wake up and get to breakfast whenever you want. We loved that flexibility. Overall a wonderful stay and a 5* boutique hotel experience. Far from a 5 star hotel experience. The hotel amenities are not what you expect for a 5 star hotel, and the hotel wouldn't ask/help with taking baggage down to the taxi. Spend the money elsewhere for a 5 star experience.

The hotel is located in a good location, which made me choose it, and it is clean. That’s about it. On the other hand, the annex building was a 4 stars property that I payed 5 stars price for, and that was not disclosed upon booking. The curtains did not have blackouts, which made it difficult to sleep, and the hotel did not address the issue when raised to them. Furthermore, the ac was central with no ability to control it in the room, something that I have never seen at any other property. Above all of this, there was no elevator connected to my floor. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous .. from the second we checked in to our check out .. everything was perfect ! The hotel is beautiful and quaint .. the staff is amazing ! The breakfast is delicious .. they don’t nickel and dime you for little things like the other hotels do and that goes a long way in hospitality ! We would repeat our stay here again .. thank you for hosting us for 4 nights !

From upon arrival, everyone was incredibly gracious and lovely! We arrived on a morning flight and they were able to accommodate an early check-in, which was such a treat! Alex was a gem! The room was the perfect size for a three night stay to celebrate a milestone birthday. They booked a reservation for us at a speak easy, which was a nice amenity! Can’t wait to return!

It's by far the best hotel stay we ever had, with outstanding customer service.

I’ve traveled to lots of European countries, and stayed at many hotels from 2 star to 5, I’ve seen nice treatment and horrible treatment before. This has to be the nicest staff I have ever encountered. The location is perfect, is walkable to many main attractions, has lots of restaurants and shops near by. The property itself is very clean, warm, and cozy. Would love to come back again one day.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Especially Francesco for all his help with transportation from cruise line and also Marta for her help in getting tickets for entry into sites. Would definitely stay there again.

We just left the hotel and my husband and I are already talking about our next stay there. What we loved about this beautiful boutique hotel- The location is in walking distance to many of the sites, shopping and restaurants. Definitely include the breakfast with your stay. The food was exceptional. The rooms had all the newest technology and still felt warm and inviting. They had toiletry bags for woman and men, coffee and tea machine, hair dryer, laundry service, room service and concierge services. Customer service was exceptional and above our expectations.

Decent 5 star boutique hotel, lovely, well appointed room, luxury bathrooms, very friendly and professional staff. Breakfast is a must, great choice of high quality freshly prepared food. Highly recommend a stay here. Great location too!

Average experience for an expensive hotel

The hotel itself has a great location and is quite lovely inside. But it does face one well traveled road and I would recommend requesting a room not facing that road. It is loud until very late into the next am. The first room I received had problems with its air and though I called down at least four times I was not moved to a new room- a downgraded room - until 11:30 PM. The next day when I spoke with the manager Claudia he was extremely unhelpful and insisted on blaming the problem on technology. Obviously it was a technological problem, but it was not my problem. That was an unfortunate interaction I did have a lovely front desk coordinator named Barbara, who was extremely helpful and caring and apologetic. The breakfast offered was quite light in its selection. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and a lovely location but my experience did not reflect the cost that I paid for the hotel. I must note though that Claudia did put a bottle of champagne in my room for my inconvenience of having to repack my room at 11:30 PM. Honestly, just a simple apology an acknowledgment for my discomfort was all that was necessary.

Beautifully appointed property. Elegant appointments in the room. The staff was exceedingly professional, accommodating and gracious. The breakfast was second to none. Excellent location right in the heart of the Via del Curso. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Rome.

Beautiful room and excellent staff. Loved the location and the feel of the hotel. Only downside was the sauna - the major selling point for me - it did not heat up even with over 2 hours of advance heating. Nevertheless the hotel was amazing but I really wish the sauna was an amenity we could have used.

Only a few minutes walk to Spanish Steps and the central shopping plaza the location is excellent.

Great experience! We highly recommend it. The room and the whole hotel was very clean and well decorated and the location was excellent. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Also the breakfast was included and was very delicious.

Cleanly hotel with great service in a nice area. Shopping and restaurants all around. Major attractions like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese, Pantheon all within 25 mins of walking.

A wonderful experience, we stayed here over Christmas- the staff is extraordinary, and the hotel rooms are beautiful. The food at the hotel was next level, we will definitely be back!

Front desk staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with respect to both our time in Rome and our onward journey.

Very disappointing for the price

If you are used to 5 star accommodations, this will be disappointing. The staff is very pleasant, the decor is trendy, and the location is great. Unfortunately, the food is terrible, the beds are the worst beds I've ever slept in at a hotel, there is no gym and no actual spa. There aren't really any hangout areas that anyone would use, and the bathrooms are old and not renovated.

Loved the roof top terrace for a relaxing drink after a day exploring Rome.

The hotel is a little jewel in the centre of Rome and is walking distance to alot of amazing attractions. The interior is modern, and the finishing touches are exquisite. We stayed in a suite with 2 children in the main building which I highly recommend. The lady at the reception desk (Marta) is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcome immediately. She had wonderful tips to share with us which was much appreciated. Housekeeping also deserve a mention as they were excellent. Overall this hotel is a five star plus and I would love to go back and stay there again.

We came to visit Rome for 7 days with 2 children.And What an incredible hotel! And what an amazing room. Clean an tidy with a great fireplace and sauna! Top class indeed. Above that, the hotel is located at the best place in Rome, 5-10 minutes from every location and literally on the main shopping street but quite, not noisy. And last but definitely not least it the hotel’s staff - each and every one was so generous and warm, they helped us in anyway possible and they are truly incredible.

Location was perfect. Everything was new and clean. Great restaurant recs. Air conditioning in our room needed work.

The hotel is beautifully appointed the room was luxurious with lovely extras and a lovely free mini bar. It was exceptionally clean with an evening turn down service. Service in the restaurant from Giovanni was top notch and the food was excellent and plentiful The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble / they want you to have a great time and if they can help you achieve that they will. We were upgraded as it was a special birthday for my husband and a lunch was made on arrival which was delicious. When in Rome treat yourself and stay here

Wonderful stay, staff very welcoming and friendly.

Great property and the staff as a whole was exceptionally friendly. Complimentary breakfast and minibar were nice perks. Only complaint, and it would be very minor, was we had to wait a few minutes for hot water during the peak times on a couple of occasions. Really wasn’t a big deal and we would stay here again.

BEST HOTEL EVER

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels... but this is probably the best ever. The staff is so nice and the food is DELICIOUS. The hotel is very clean and warm. The rooms are so nice and there is not one thing I would change about this hotel. There are only 33 rooms so it’s a very nice and personal experience. The location is also great because I could walk to almost every landmark and the prettiest streets are right outside your hotel room.

It was my best hotel experience ever!!! I hope I could stay at the same hotel all around the world, then I don’t need to worry about finding nice hotel when I travel. Everything was perfect during my 5 nights of stay.

We enjoyed the complimentary mini-bar, the interesting artwork throughout the hotel, the white staircase, and the breakfast. The staff were all lovely, and the lighting design throughout the hotel and rooms was artistic and unique.

Staff were great and the hotel and room were really nice with a contemporary feel. Location was perfect.

Excellent location, great design, perfect service. But acoustic between rooms not great, we can hear the shower of next room, the ventilation fan of the toilet is very noisy all the time. Other than that all is perfect

A shopper’s paradise! Gorgeous 5 star hotel with elevator, lovely common areas, delicious breakfast and at the same street level as the lux shopping this district is known for! We have stayed at other 5 star hotels at the top of the Spanish steps and this feels much closer for the shopping. Nice marble in the rooms, nice decor, nice design. Nice amenities. Great little espresso station in the room. Only complaint would be the $150 pet fee and $60 parking fee. We stayed only one night and these amounts feel abusive. We would consider staying here again for sure!

Quiet and comfortable stay

Excellent. My husband and I came to Rome with two of our little children, 6 & 9. We were welcomed with smile and treated with respect through out the whole stay. Everyone from the entry door to the front desk to the breakfast tables and to the room cleaning ladies, everyone is nice and polite. The front desk was especially helpful when we were planning our a day trip to Naples and Capri. Also they helped us to buy fast line tickets to all tourists sites. Some days, rooms were cleaned twice a day and were treated with evening snacks every day. The hotel is located on a quiet small street right next to a busy shopping street Corso. We stayed in one bedroom villa/mansion building right next to the main building. Very quiet and comfortable. Master bed was extremely comfortable and perfect after a long day of walking all over Rome. We and our kids loved the hotel. Thank you everyone at Elizabeth hotel! -The Kangs

Elizabeth hotel was one of our favorites during the trip we made to Europe. The hotel is not only well located, but it has an amazing taste, decor, design, amazing treatment from everyone. I really recommend this hotel.

Truly exceptional!

Service and facilities were truly exceptional. Front desk was always helpful and the security staff took very good care of us. The wait staff in the restaurant made excellent recommendations. The room was beautiful and luxurious. Location was in the city central and easy to walk to restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend!

If I could bestow 6 stars out of 5 on this hotel, I would. Excellent services, beautiful rooms, amazing amenities and thoughtful touches multiple times a day. I was blown away. I cross my fingers we can come back here again!

Stylish hotel in a prime location. However, the room was very small.

Lovely property with well-appointed room and convenient amenities, comfortable bedding, and extremely helpful and friendly staff.

The customer service was awesome :) The restaurant manager found out we were on our honeymoon and sent us up champagne and chocolate to our room. They made it a 5 star experience!

The location, the interior design and the size of the room are perfect. The staff is super helpful and friendly. It’s a boutique hotel which is smaller and more intimate experience. The only thing we thought that could use an upgrade was the breakfast. Better breads and fruit. But the yogurt and granola are great.
